    Thanks. This is the only cardio that has ever interested me. I started muddling my way through it a few weeks ago. This video clears up a few questions on technique

    Thank you. This helped me! I have shin splits and have been looking for a cardio that does not involve a lot of lower body. (Commenting this from a planet fitness😂)

    Thank you 💕 - can you please zoom in on the tension settings - starting back with limited mobility
    I love the machine - but need the lowest tension
    If you turn the dial to the left does that decrease the tension

    Okay as someone else asked we need a clear direction on how to change the tension. That nop has no clear way of even knowing what it is set to when you even start.

    I feel like I set my PF hydro rower to 16 out of 16 and it doesn't increase the tension at all, very frustrating. Still fun to row though.

    That’s not what the rowers look like at my PF😞. Looks like they need to upgrade.
