Nice video! Thanks for the reminder that the proper way to use the MTS machines is under hand grip. Please consider adding diagrams to your videos that highlight exactly which muscles should be targeted in addition to your verbal explanations - it would be helpful.
Thank you for this very helpful series of videos. My one recommendation to improve this video would have been to show how much weight is on each machine's individual weight stack.
My planet fitness’ seated row doesn’t have an adjustable front padding, and I have stubby arms lol, it’s very difficult to do considering I lift heavy and I have to grab the bars before I sit down
I wish there was a different way to put your feet on the back machine, I had a lot of knee pain. I think I was using my legs to push and assist the motion. I'm going to start knee exercises today with a foam roller before I return to the suspected equipment that caused me a problem.
Hey, EMO VENGEANCE! Something you can try is to hold the movement longer to feel more tension, like 3-4 seconds. Also, focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together as if you holding a pencil in the middle of your back. That should help!
I can't reach the handlebars on the mts row machine. Had to come back to this video. Surprised there isn't a way to move the chest pad forward EDIT: NEVERMIND, I found a video that show how to do it. It's different, have to lift it back and up and kind of wiggle it lose, to adjust it.
@@KevTheTrainer Is it in the regular machine set or the HIIT group? I had back surgery in Feb and am still trying to gain muscle strength. I think just the ability to hyperextend Slowly would help enormously.
Because of this, I now know that I was using the mts front machine completely wrong. Thank you for this video!
I love this series of videos - so helpful! Thanks 🩵
More to come, Ali!

I follow these and the instructions on the machine but I never feel a burn or soreness from actually working my back muscles. Any ideas why?

Nice video. Thanks bro 😊
Does PF have any back machines that allow full back extension?
Hey! There is a back hyperextension machine that wasn’t at the location I was filming but I did come across later. That would help!

Love this video I feel my home planet fitness don’t have some of these machines but if I visit other locations I’ll keep my eyes out
Goddamn y
Google or RUclips, who ever is tracking my movement, quit it!! You know I was at planet fitness the other day!!

Too many machines need more free weights
