The people who made cruelle definitely didn’t care for making a villain origin story, they just wanted to make an amazing movie about fashion and they did such a good job! This movie is one of my favourites, I wish more fashion movies like this were made

Cruella was such a good movie that never needed to happen honestly. The fact that they tried to sympathize a Dalmatians villain, the same one who wanted to skin puppies for a coat.
I’m not gonna lie, the old lady being that unabashedly intense of an asshole actually makes her really entertaining and likable, I’d watch a whole movie about her specifically. Same for the boutique guy.
This movie doesn’t live up to who Cruella is in 101 Dalmatians but by itself it is an incredible movie. It’s like an alternate timeline type of story instead. 10/10, I’ve watched it maybe four times already
