Glad to see someone show how to adjust it from the back side on youtube. I've checked out a half dozen videos and every one of them says pull the wheel. pull the caliper, pull the rotor, yada yada yada, when there's a slot on the back. I know how to do it on other vehicles and it's a pretty simple job, but I wanted to see if there was anything I could possibly do wrong.
You don’t have to go through the slot at all you can just take a flat screwdriver or a small pry bar That spring just keeps the adjuster from spinning on its own I like taking the wheel off because it’s easier to get at the adjustment And you can see what you’re doing better💯
You can stick a brake spoon or screwdriver through the slot. I searched high and low online and I found zero information on exactly which way you turn the adjuster and I made this video to clearly explain it.
If you go through the slot you can adjust them without taking the wheels, tires and rotor off. I made this video to demonstrate how to do it, so you can see exactly how it works.
No problem. I figure this will not be a very popular video, however I made it because after doing a solid 20-30 mins of googling and youtube search I could not find a straight answer to this simple question.

Do you have to take the wheel off? Couldn't you just stick a screwdriver through that slot?
