I solved my jerky clutch issue by putting a $2.69 car cleaning sponge under the throttle peddle. It gives the peddle plenty of stiffness and resistance to keep it from jerking while driving. No need for an expensive or warranty voiding clutch kit right out of the gate. I'll keep my 5 year warranty intact thanks.

Hey Blake - I originally purchased the stage 1 kit when I had my stock tires and it was great on the first ride. I upped my tires to 30x10x14 Tusk Terrabites which are definitely heavier, but not much bigger than stock. I went ahead and upgraded to the stage 3 trail so I left the primary alone and just put in the secondary spring/helix clocked at B1. It's honestly too much for how I like to ride - I like to ride mostly in low to protect my belt. I can't get above 15mph with the stage 3 without the motor screaming. I tore apart the clutches after this last ride (About 100 miles in Hatfield McCoy) and my secondary is annihilated. I had to order an entirely new secondary assembly from Curren RV. Can I run the upgraded helix with the stock spring so I can keep that cruising speed in low? Thanks sir!
Blake, I watch your channel a lot. I am from southeastern NC. I just bought an 800 and a 1000. The dealer I got them from doesn’t do anything but change oil. There is nowhere around here to get parts or aftermarket parts should I say. There have been a lot of the CFmotot units sold in my area. Is there a way I can get a stage 3 clutch kit to ouch the brand up here. We ride in a lot of muddy trails and parks. And the last time I was at the park we had a group of around 10 CFmoto unit’s playing around. Can you help out with this. I do tell everyone I meet that asks about aftermarket parts to look MSC up and shop. Thanks for all that you do for the brand and the people.
Thank you bro! I sure do appreciate you and appreciate you representing and telling people about Main Street Cycle! But I don’t get to make those decisions on sending people stuff for advertising.. but you can contact the parts department and see what they say brother

@RealTalkPowersports Blake and Team MSC, I am about to be in the market for the UForce 1000XL! I want to set mine up exactly like yours (high clearance A-arms front and rear, tuned ecu, the wheels and tires and spacers that you have, the doors, front and rear windshields, literally everything) ....minus the whip lights and sound systems and rear box lol. I hunt in Arkansas, Missouri and Tennessee, so a lot of flooded corn, rice and bean fields, but we do enjoy going out and riding on the weekends too. My question is which clutch kit would you recommend to be best for my application? The stage 3 mud or Trail?
Blake, I’m curious of what stage 3 trail kit you have. I received that red primary with 22 weights along with the chrome secondary spring and a 38-52 helix. Does that sound right? I’ll be running 32” tires like your set up and I wonder if I received the correct stuff.
If you have the stock tires and wheels then I Would at minimum Recommend the Team MSC Stage 1 Clutch kit. But The Stage 2 is going to really help your Pulling power the most. It can slightly affect your Top Speed but the pay off on the Low end and mid range far out weighs a couple MPH on the top end. We also have the Team MSC Performance Plus Clutch kit that would be a good option. But for Pulling and working around the farm and property I would recommend the Stage 2 Clutch kit.
I have to say, I haven't even looked at a CF Moto before purchasing the little 110 but I couldn't believe how lacking the major manufactures are in tech. Almost all the majors have single front A arms, drum brakes, no display and the little remote with the app is genius! I also like they have actual working headlights and a cool LED CFMoto tail light. And best of all they are a better price! The only one with similar tech, and yet still missing some things, was the can am 110 x xc and it was literally 2k more. I will be looking at CF moto alot closer
Great content as always. Purchasing a single cab Uforce 1000. Primary uses will be hunting, light trail riding and occasional water fording (not much mud). I will be installing 31" tires when I get it. Based on this video, I was thinking about purchasing your stage 2 clutch kit. If you see this comment, what do you think? Also, would you be able to suggest which spacers I should run? I apologize as I have asked this before and you responded. I just can't find it again. I believe you said 2" rears and a little smaller up front. Anyway, thank you for the videos and content..
Can I run stage 3 kit if I’m still running my OEM 29” tires? Mostly trail riding, but eventually will run bigger tires. How would it affect it while running 29s?
@@CodyJames13 as of right now, I’m running stage 3 trail kit with my 29s and is riding just fine. A little higher RPMs, but not very much. Feels great.

Great video but i have a question not covered. So my question is- I primarily ride mud and will be ordering the stage 3 kit and tune bit some times I like to put my stocks back on and do some trail riding.. do i need to worry about the tune and clutching when i switch? Is there a way or need to switch back and forth the tune and clutch?
i just purchased a 2024 Uforce 1000 Xl. Im looking to get the most power but mi also not wanting to loose the smoothness of the ride. I do a little trail riding and use it out on my 15 acre home and take it out to the lake. what kind of clutch kit would you recommend. I forgot to mention it has a rough take off and i jerks and pulls when acceleration, can a clutch kit fix that?
Just want to get rid of the engagement jerk. Do mostly city with some gravel and dirt road riding. No muddying. Usually 35 to 55 mph. Thinking stage 1.
hi blake.!! i was wondering… im a big guy 400lbs and my wife is 250 we bought a cforce 800xc 2023… i roll stock tires and i like it like that… which clutch kit would i need just to preserve my belt due to the weight of the 2 of us

Afternoon Blake, I have a question. I purchased the stage 2 kit for a all stock 2022 UForce 1000 before you guys came out with the stage 3 trail kit. I have since added the Moorhead off-road A-arms front and rear and 32” tires. At that point you came out with the stage 3 trail kit, so having added the extra weight and size of the tires I ordered the stage 3 helix. My question is, is the stage 2 kit I previously purchased the correct springs and weights for the stage 3 trail kit? Sorry for the lengthy post.
I have a 2023 Zforce 950 ho ex. Problem is it sounds very noisy off the line with very little RPM input. Its just not smooth kind of grinding sound, but as soon as you moving it goes away. it has improved with 300km on is but it is still there , any thougts?
I have a 2019 cfmoto zforce 800 trail just wondering what kit would I need . I do a lot of road running so I need more top end speed take off and more power take off
Hi. I have Cforce 1000, I have 27/12/12 Bighorn tires. I ride a lot in heavy snow and I need that extra power. I also ride in trails. Do you recommend Stage 3 trail?
My question is, do the stage 2&3 kits take away from top speed? I do a good amount of road riding and don’t want to lose a lot of top speed. If I’m not on the road, I am doing trails frequently as well
Depends on your tire size as well on the top speed.. but yes you are going to lose a little bit with the stage 2 only on the top end.. and not as much with the stage 3 trail kit. But you gain loads of bottom end and mid range pull and cruising power and better acceleration to your top speed.

what does the degrees 35 or 40 or 48 etc indicate? The angle of the pointy thing on the helix? Or something else? I have a cforce 450 and its slow for me. I want it more power
Ok so quick question to clear up a question I had on the phone yesterday with one of your parts guys and what is mentioned in this video. I have a 2023 cforce 500 and I put 14” wheels and 27” skags on it. And I have the stage 2 kit. I trail ride and some deep mud holes here and there and then the road speed of 55mph from time to time. Now in the winter I’ll be putting the factory wheels and tires back in for using my snow plow. I’m skeptical about doing the spring in the secondary because the guy said I’ll start blowing belts with the higher speeds? Can you tell me what’s what with that before I install the spring to the secondary clutch?
Sorry for the misunderstanding.. I talked with the parts guys and I believe he misunderstood what you were asking. So to answer your question, you will be just fine with the kit that you have for all of the different situations that you are using your CFORCE for.. you will be very happy
Thank you for clearing that up! I just got the stage one part done and took it for a rip down the street here at work and I can definitely see the improvement now to install the secondary spring!
@RealTalkPowersports I did get the stage 2 completed on my 23 cforce 500 here at Dvorak Motorsports CfMoto dealership in Bismarck, ND which I work for in parts and my wheeler is a whole new animal now! I don’t have that initial take off pull and then that dip ( bog ) feel in the clutch then take off again anymore. It’s a solid strong pull from throttle all the way to top end speeds. Even the stage one fixes that but adding the secondary spring to complete the stage 2 for larger tires is worth every penny!! Glad to be linked up with you guys and be a dealer for your clutches and other accessory parts you guys only handle!
Which do you recommend for a 24' cforce 400 that ill be riding in open desert with a mix of compacted rocky sand, loose sand, hilly/mountain trails, no mud. Im in the southwest/socal deset and will ride in ocotillo wells ohv park.

Could you do a video on the 500 trial s3 mud clutch kit? I have a 500 and want to know if it’s worth it bc I’m running 28 outlaw 2s

Send me a clutch kit ha for my zforce 950
Hi Blake
I need your help !!
I have a 2022 uforce 1000. I have added your stage 1 clutch kit. I am still having chattering problem.
Since then I have changed to 29 inch tires, your Rjwc exhaust.
What changes do I need to the clutch?
I live in Arizona, drive the trails (not to many hills) and do a lot of pavement riding
If I went to a stage 2 kit, do I need to change what came in the stage 1 kit?
HELP
Would a clutch kit be able to increase my towing ability in my 2021 zforce 800 trail which currently can only tow 500lbs in low gear?
Yes it would certainly help it pull better in low gear
What stage would i need for a 23 uforce 1000xl. Mainly trail riding mudding every now and then

Are you running stock? If so I would run a stage 1 clutch kit with a Trail helix added

Hi I just bought a new 2022 CF moto zforce 500 I do general trail riding..I live in Canada what clutch kit is best and where do I get it? I'm running 27s tires and mountain climbs do not level ground
Will a clutch kit help with a sticky transmission shifter in a mine when you first start it does not want to go in and out of gear until you get that clutch warmed up pretty good it’s a 2020 trail 500 with low mileage.
That could be a primary shaft bearing issue that you have..

The best kit on the market with “REAL” performance gains and cooler belt temps. Can’t beat the guys at msc and vv.
Thanks brother
Thank you sir.
This would make a great give away for the CF Moto Take Over and maybe a tune also. 🤔
🤔😉
Gonna give away a atv at take over.

Hey Blake
Love the content.
Any chance doing some testing in dunes?
I think good place test clutching, high RPM low torque.
Little Sahara in Oklahoma would be excellent testing grounds
Keep up the good work

Excellent video. What is the impact of installing clutch kits regarding decreasing the engine's lifespan?
If I put a clutch kit and keep the same tire can I harm my engine.
Can I run stage 3 clutch kit with stock tires?
My question is, why doesn't CF Moto do it right when they build the machine? No ATV should react like the Uforce 1000.
