A-Train was also foreshadowed during the A-Train puppet scene in the beginning. When Ryan couldn't do the song, everything stops, and you can see the A-Train puppet going unconscious.
That's a stretch. When his puppet is replaced later and Ryan does the same thing on television, the puppets do the same thing. It's just that the person controlling them stops. We even see some of the puppet masters sneaking out after his outburst during live tv.

The said in the episode the octopus could only be out of the tank for a limited time hence the several gasps for air during the death scene she didn’t instantly die but was suffocated slowly
Apparently octopi can stay out of water for up to 30 minutes. That whole scene still doesn't really make sense because it didn't convey that much time had passed. The Octopus was out of her tank long enough for Deep to read his stupid poem book in the previous scene. The show did a weak job at explaining the difference between the two...
