The Andrew Ramadayl book - PMP Exam Prep Simplified is indispensable and he breaks down the ECO in a really easy to understand way.
That said, I could not have passed without watching your 200 Agile questions David. Or your 7th edition in 60mins (I lost count of how many times ive watched it)
You, good sir are indispensable to passing the PMP in my humble opinion. Thank you for all the help you provide

I took the PMP exam today and passed it!! Huge thanks to you, David. I just ran into your videos when searching for PMP2024 on RUclips and since I have reviewed all of your PMP videos, including the exam questions on top of studying the PMBOK and Agile Practice Guide. I found it incredibly helpful as you especially taught me the agile mindset through many example questions and thorough explanation! Thank you so much for your positive teaching- the positivity helped me go through so many questions, although they were overwhelming at times.

Good luck. You can do it!
It's a lot to remember. Try and "chunk it up" into larger buckets or general rules if you can - like servant leadership, Incremental vs Predictive, the PM Process (Requirements, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality etc). Then for your exam, use the "Elimination" technique - remove answers that don't match the question, and choose the "most correct" answer.
Keep going. I believe in you!

This is absolute truth. If you're familiar with the ECO document, you know what the key to the answers is. Some points directly point to the answer to the questions.

Just passed the PMP two weeks ago. I found that think of every question from a Servant Leader perspective really helped. The test didn't feel hard, so I thought I was bombing. I got to the end with 20 questions and 10 mins left. I knew I wouldn't make it, so I only read the final question of each one then picked the answer that made the most sense.
I ended up passing with TTAT. I've watched your videos multiple times (even playing while I was sleep) over the last year.

David I just passed my PMP and I wanted to thank you because your videos were of a great help. It's difficult for me to sit and study for hours on end so your questions videos really helped me acquire the knowledge I needed without grinding through a 700 pages book.
    Thank you again and bravo!

Love David’s videos. I have noticed a lot of pms aren’t experts when it comes to creating project schedules. It took me time to get to where I’m really good. But I’d love to recommend a course or a coach who teaches PMs how to be really excellent at project schedule creation. This will help fast track pms to what took me years of determination and learning thru trial and error. Any recommendations on a formal course or a coach to hire?

I am going through your Udemy course as I have found your videos to be super helpful (I did AR's course in November then had a terrible work mess which derailed me). I was part of the conference management team at Snowbird in the early 2000s (my first PM position!). I didn't realise that was what was happening or the impact it would have on me all these years later!

Hi David, I have been following you for a whil, I need your thought about this question,
During a project, the project manager finds an opportunity to reduce the project cost by completing a deliverable ahead of schedule with a minimal impact on project resources. However, the client has only been focused on the next milestone.
How should the project manager approach this situation?
    A. Apply additional resources to realize the early deliverable and ensure the next milestone is achieved.
    B. Focus on the deliverable of the next project milestone as per the client's strict instructions.
    C. Review the change management plan to discuss early benefits realization with the client.
    D. Evaluate whether the client's request will add extra features to the project deliverable.

Hi David, I like the way you teach. I've used multiple project management tools in the past but, now that I'm starting a business that hinges on it, I'm unsure of which tool to use. There are so many but it is important to me that it is one that will make it easy to follow PMI's project management style. You have a lot of videos regarding Microsoft excel templates etc. Should I keep it simple like that or would I benefit from a different tool such as ASANA, Monday, Clickup etc.

I sat for the exams yesterday morning, Sunday. My timer ran out with 25 questions remaining.
I had a big bowl of ice cream to mourn my failure but guess what this morning? I got the congratulations email!! I passed. 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼
This is my second attempt. This time around, I made a playlist of 158 video including all your questions and answers, PMBOK 7th edition guide, process group guide, agile practice guide real scenarios, and PMBOK video course series. I analyzed my questions in my head like you do, probably why I didn’t finish all 😂
    I’m so happy. 🙏🏽
