    I am speechless. Passed my PMP, AT in all areas and THE ONLY study materials I used was yours David. Pmbook 73 video series, key concepts 50 videos, 1 hour roll up and these questions. Your voice is embedded in my head and I think I almost talk with an accent. I listened to your materials at the gym, on the bus, during work..... you are amazing, thank you for what you do.❤🎉

    Hello everyone. I failed the PMP exam my first time taking it, but after buckling down and watching David's 200 Agile, 150 PMBOK 7, and Waterfall 100 Questions videos I was able to pass the exam the second time yesterday. I watched each video, pausing at the question to give my best guess, and then resuming to let him explain not just the right answers but also the wrong answers too. After watching all 3 videos I took a break and took practice exams elsewhere and came back to David's videos again to refresh and shore up knowledge. I passed with AT, AT, and T. Thank you so much David, not just for the videos, but for the encouragement too!

    Thank you, David! I took my PMP exam today, and could practically hear your enthusiastic, encouraging words as I made my way through the test. "How did you go?" "I KNOW you can do it." "I believe in you" were the phrases that made their way into my mind as I went through each question. And I felt like you were there coaching me through the process of elimination, question by question. Thanks so much for putting together these study guides and videos. PASSED! Just yesterday, I received the results and passed! David's videos were essential in preparing for the exam. I would say that I passed because I took the time to watch all of David's videos. Each and every question that David went over not only elaborated on the right answers but also why the others weren't. The examples provided throughout his videos allowed me to understand that the PMP test is ultimately a mindset you must use to answer the questions. Thank you so much, David!

    I can't thank you enough for being my savior. During the start of the exam, all I could remember was David's strategy to eliminate options, break down the question into parts, use keywords for identification, and strategically align it with the concepts. Gradually, as the exam progressed, my brain cleared up and the concepts started kicking in, but the strategy remained the same.
    I talked to myself occasionally throughout the exam, exactly in David's words and tone, I believe in you, you can do it, and I did it! I passed the PMP with T/T/AT.
    You are a rare gem, David. I hope more people benefit from your lessons and motivation.

    For everyone!!! Please do not take your exam online! I studied so hard for months for this exam just to join my exam for proctor to revoke my exam because I got too close to screen on question 110! I do not want anybody to have same experience I had. Now I have to put up with same stress and retake a 4 hour test! Don’t know if I will pay for it again too! Unfair. I hope this will not happen to others. I have read so many bad stories about taking online exam after this happened to me. I didn’t know. If this can help to anybody at least I didn’t waste my 3 hours of life and rest of the day frustrated and crying.

PMP and Waterfall video bundles on these last 3 days, it would be miss for sure. Your videos are underrated. This is gold as someone already said on the comments. Almost feel like unfair because I see so many people trying to teach PMP but they miss on a key aspect which is incorporating the attitude of a project manager from a PMP perspective. It's an evolving experience listening to your questions. You really feel you are looking to each situation from a PMP PoV. Thank your David for sharing this knowledge! • @tube.bossmc
      @tube.bossmc Год назад +2

      @@Shakti326 Yes, I would still try to go through the PMBOK 6! I know it’s a very big book to digest but it has the baselines you need for project management. The 7th edition introduced new technics and approaches but the baseline is still there so you need to have the 6th edition ITTO’s in mind. There many books out there that can help you to understand the PMBOK 6th edition probably in a much simpler way. Finally, keep in mind that exam is unpredictable…you can get situational only like me or a mix of processes, evm, god knows :)

    As additional context, I originally started studying with PMI's Study Hall and was consistently scoring around 70%, which was concerning and frankly a bit stressful. For my preparation I started off with your 1 hour video on 7th edition of PMBOK and then have watched all of your videos on scenario based questions 2 times and made notes to develop the mindset. All of your videos are priceless, it was your videos which enabled and motivated me to go and get done with the certification. TBH, I had your voice in my mind while answering the questions on exam day, I was like how would David select the best option, "this looks like a high may be", "a very good choice", "a low may be".

    Bro, I was studying all the time and no matter how hard I tried, I could not connect the various project management pieces together to understand the bigger picture of how processes worked. I was stuck memorizing different parts of project management as isolated items and couldn’t connect the dots. I stumbled across your videos, and they changed my life. Every weekend during the last month before my exam, I would wake up and spend hours listening to your lessons.
    The way you explain each item and how you articulate your thought processes as you navigate the questions truly made the difference. I was finally able to connect the dots and when I would review my study material, it started to make significantly more sense.

    I took the exam online last Saturday (09-03-2024) and passed!! AT/AT/T.
    I only watched your videos in the final stage (last week) of studies and really, they were fundamental in unlocking the understanding of the best answer.
    I did it in Brazil and I didn't have any problems with Pearson Vue (many complaints). I had no contact with Proctor and all the process go well.
    The only caveat is that I reviewed all the questions in English and, in my opinion, the translation into Portuguese leaves something to be desired at several points, including impacting the understanding of the alternatives (example: "report/relatar" is not the best translation for escalate). I wish you success!

    • @John-Bear79654
      @John-Bear79654 29 дней назад +1

      Hi Emilia, initially I found the actual exam questions to be slightly harder than the prep questions in the video. However, I don’t think they were much harder. I think the reason it felt more difficult initially is because I was trying to complete the exam at a pace of 1 question per minute to give me more flexibility towards the end when I knew I would get tired of reading the various scenrio questions. In the videos, I got used to spending nearly 2 minutes per question which allowed me to focus on the actual problem. Once I settled myself a rhythm, and focused on breaking down the question and answers like the video shows, the questions felt much easier. I chose to trust my first instinct on many questions in order to save time. I ultimately finished with nearly 20 minutes to spare at the end of the exam but I definitely took longer to read and breakdown questions in the third part when I felt a bit mentally drained from all the scenarios. If you study enough to where you truly understand the concepts in these videos and in other study guides, you will do great. The questions I got on the test did not have many memorization facts such as “what is the name of the model that _____”. And math related questions were very few and mostly about recognition of the concepts. Overall, everything was situation-based. If you understand the guiding principals behind waterfall, agile and hybrid, you can usually deduce the most likely answer. Based on my prep, I thought I was taking the test a little early in my study but i passed with room to spare. Study hard, use a few sources and trust your instinct and you will do great!

    Just cleared my pmp exam today. 3AT. Big thanks to David. I watched and digested the 150 PMP questions, 100 waterfall, 200 Agile questions and the PMBook summary videos by David. All my practice exam are google searched only. His videos are a great help especially the encouragement on every questions. I think I got the confidence from all his videos. Big thanks to you and your team for this awesome videos.

      @@SatyaPrakash-ec6lki would say to everyone studying for the PMP exam, practice, practice practice. You need to familiarize yourself with the type of questions, especially situational ones, and approach on solving them. Practice as many questions as you can on a daily basis, at least two weeks before the exam.. plus of course studying the materials (i.e. agile practice guide and the process groups practice guide )

    PASSED my PMP certification yesterday (21st Sept) with 3 ATs and came back to drop this THANK YOU note :)
    Listening to you elaborate the questions and how you narrow down on the answers is probably the BEST study technique.
    Your ever-assuring voice & the motivation you give throughtout the video are just the right icing on the cake !!

David has been amazing in my studying so far, but ALWAYS open to further perspectives in this pursuit. Thanks in advance!

      I watched & solved a lot of mock questions. David's videos in particular were both informative & interesting to watch/solve and it also served as a great learning experience.
      Lastly, the certification is not as difficult as it is portrayed to be. With the right amount of motivation, guidance and preparation you will be able to crack it :) My good wishes to you Project Manager!
