For anyone looking for the pmp exam cheat sheet, read this!!! I started studying for my exam at the beginning of May 2023. I tried to read every note, watch every video to get the concepts and nothing was working. My exam was 6/9 and a week before the exam I took several practice exams and basically failed them all (I’m talking 48% and below). I was distraught and was on the verge of rescheduling til I found David’s videos. I watched about two hours of the agile and 1.5 of the pmbok 7 and it wasn’t till these videos that everything made sense. I will scream from the mountain tops that David is the reason why I passed today (6/9) with AT on all sections!! I can’t thank him enough!
Hi there, I feel like I'm in the same boat. My exam is tomorrow. I just came across these videos and have started watching. Praying I pass. Question, were most of the questions scenario based and is there any formulas you suggest to master? Thanks in advance
wow, congrats on your exam. really happy for you. Can you give me a favor, were the questions similar to these questions or different, and do you recommend something special to study for the Exam. Thank you and highly appreciate your time.
This video is crazy. 6 hours long. I am half way through and mentally exhausted. I can't imagine how much effort you have put into creating this video for us. Thank you so much.
Do just 10-30 Qs a day. Also, do this over time, as learning slowly ingrains the knowledge in the brain the "good" way. Whenever I've taken a boot camp, the information is "fast in, fast-out".
I am in the same situation................It's too long I solved 60 questions though 50 are correct. But now my brain is stopped working. Salute to that man he made this long video.
Im still going through you questions. Not only 200 well explained questions, this video sees you smiling for 7HOURS!!!! With at least 200 sessions of encouragement in the process!!! Crazy man! never seen such a happy face in my life! Thanks!
I JUST PASSED MY PMP - I was screaming and crying of joy. I have to say that watching this video as well as the 150 PMBOK, and 100 Waterfall question videos, I got through it. I got AT, AT, and T in my exam. All these videos helped me get in the mindset of an effective PM! I would advise everyone to watch those 3 videos and to go through and try to answer every question (pause to answer them before David does ) Just to confirm that you get it. After watching 1-2 hours of these repetitive questions, it will start to click, I promise. If I can do it, you certainly can! Thank you David for putting this together. This is better than a lot of material that are out there!
I just passed my PMP exam on 08/07/2024 and I really want to thank you David for the videos you have shared. The exam questions were very similar to the ones in your material. People who are planning to take the exam should watch 200 agile/150 PMBOK and 100 Waterfall videos. Make sure you try to understand and concept and mindset. One day before the exam, please go through the PMBOK in one video. Best of luck.
Congrats! I have mine in 2 days and am super nervous and excited.. how were the questions? What was your study plan or materials .. please share if you find time .. congrats again
Andrew Ramdayal's udemy course (company provided) and all 3 David's exams questions. Night before, go through his mindset and PMBOK videos. Exam was very nerve-wracking as the clock ticks very fast. Make sure you don't waste a single second. I got 3 drag and drop questions and 7 multi-answer questions.
I passed my PMP on Feb. 10. MANY MANY Thanks to Dave. I watched 100 Waterfall, 150 PMBOK 7, 200 Agile, and the complete PMBOK 7th Edition videos. Dave, your videos are 100% Gold. Everyone considering taking the PMP, I WOULD NOT have passed my test without these videos. Dave does an outstanding job breaking down the questions. “This is a high maybe”.
@@ziamalik6584 i would suggest that try to do all david's questions and Eduhubspot from Varun. For theory and special note while doing all the exercise...
How many 7th edition content was in the test? I'm about to take mine, and the PMI's exam outline doesn't tell me whether to focus on 6th or 7th edition. Thanks!
Hi I am planning to attend the exam within a month. What would you recommend me to go through for the materials and what did you do to prepare for the exam? Also is there any calculations from the 6th edition or not? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Hi David, I took my PMP exams today and the provisional report said I passed!!! This was my second attempt. This pass is mainly because of your videos and the encouraging pep talks. I almost gave up after the 1st attempt until a friend recommended me to your videos. I watched the 200, 150, and 100 questions about 3 times and today, the long held dream has materialized. Thank you David! Thank you Thank you!!!
Sir, I can, hand on heart say that I passed my PMP exam a few weeks ago because of YOU!!! Not only did I pass, but I passed "ABOVE TARGET". It felt like you were holding my hand the entire duration of my exam. You are a LEGEND! I cannot thank you enough. God bless you and your loved ones.
Just came back to this video and I passed my PMP!!! got AT/AT/AT all thanks to David!! Anyone wondering how much effort/time it takes to pass I would suggest the following: Watch all three of Davids videos (100/150/200) questions, followed by PMI Study Hall basic and that should be enough to learn all the concepts (not just memorize for the test). I did this in about 2 weeks and was able to grasp the concepts and pass the exam. Thank you David, you have been instrumental in my success. I wish nothing but great things for you!!!!
I just passed my PMP exam having AT on all three parts. David, Your videos are the truth and I appreciate you Sir. Having the Mindset of an Agile PM was such an important thing to make this happen. I appreciate your videos. For everyone else, Watch the 200 Agile questions, the 100 Waterfall questions, and the 150 PMBOK 7 questions. those were a big help. I watched them 2 or three times before the test.
Hi, congratulations. I have a very tight timeline. I am planning on watching the 200 Agile questions, the 100 Waterfall questions, and the 150 PMBOK 7 questions and Davids's agile playlist, there are some 25 short videos. do you think that should be enough? or Need more study? Thanks
Dear David, I wanted to say: Thank you! First, because it took you a lot of time and effort to make this video and second because the content of the video is pure GOLD. It helped me understand and mostly connect concepts. I passed my PMP exam above target yesterday! I have recommended your videos to other colleagues on this journey. May all the well you've done be multiplied back to you. Thank you, again!
David! I discovered ur videos in d last 3 weeks of my exam prep. I felt good about the future results by by own efforts but after following all ur PMP related videos for 3 straight weeks i was beyond confident that i would have passed. And i DID. I took my exam yesterday and got my results yesterday above target in all domains. I truly want to express my thanks and gratitude to you! I wish i knew how to donate to u or help u keep these videos going . Im greatful
I undertook my PMP yesterday and Passed with T, AT, AT. I can't thank you enough for creating and sharing this video for free. Someone give this man the 'Medal of Honour'.
@@brip0091 I would say that, I watched those 3-4 famous videos from him. Plus, please keep this in mind that this video will help you wearing the project manager hat. DO NOT EXPECT questions to be the same. Yes, the questions will have similarities to these videos but the scenarios will be different in exam. I hope this makes sense. Please comment any other questions and I’ll try and answer as much as I can.
I passed my PMP exam today! 3/29/24. I just have to say thank you so much for your videos, (Waterfall, Agile and PMBOK questions) they were definitely very instrumental to my success. I appreciate you sir. 🙌🏾
Hello @charlesbusari347 congratulations, pls what other materials did you use im looking to take mine this month but I’m a bit confused your guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank youuu
I passed my PMP exam 2 days ago with all 3AT ..and I want to say even though I just found your videos only 5 days ago- after 4 month of studying PMBOK and Rita Mucahly’s- this video shifted my perspective/ approach completely and THANK goodness!! And thank you David not only did you help me focus my critical thinking approach for the exam, your energy and enthusiastic encouragement put me at ease. I also read all 180 questions in your voice/accent and when I started to overthink it- I thought to myself “Sam don’t waffle on!!!” I will recommend you to any friends/ colleagues interested in PM- a million thanks!!!
Congratulations Sam, that is wonderful news! Your hard work and dedication paid off, and you have done an amazing job. This skill will serve you well for the rest of your life 🙂
Found it very funny that you also read the questions in Davis's voice with his accent as I find myself doing! It's very relaxing and lessens the anxiety. Just beginning my PMP test prep watching David's full video and reading the PMBOK. Any other suggestions?
@@jackie6764 Good luck on your journey toward PMP! - Rita Mulchay is great but very dense- give yourself at least 6 weeks to get through it maybe 12 if your working full time- also many people on Reddit swear by PrepCast - I liked it well enough because it did give you a feel for how the real exam is laid out- honestly, this channel still tops my list.
I just passed my PMP exam with AT in all 3 domains!!!!🥳🥳 David's 200 agile, 150 pmbok 7 and 100 waterfall videos is all the practice I did to pass. Thank you David for putting these videos together and for anyone doubting if these questions are enough to pass, take it from me, they are enough and they are all you need to pass😊
@@MitaliSrivastava the agile questions are generally easier than the waterfall questions. But most importantly, David's technique of how he eliminates the wrong choices and chooses the best is what you should focus on and you will be able to reason out the questions to choose the best choice. Good luck
@@edith918 Hi, How many 7th edition content was in the test? I'm about to take mine, and the PMI's exam outline doesn't tell me whether to focus on 6th or 7th edition. Thanks!
@@prakritighimire1777 the edition doesnt really matter. Just focus on practicing David's videos and methods of choosing the best answer. That is all you need to pass, trust me and good luck!!
@@edith918 I'm confused by this because I'm breezing through David's stuff here, but when I switch over to Andrew Ramdayal I'm getting cooked by his quizzes lol, wtf. AR's quizzes are like night and day, very specific and harder than these ones here
David, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. This video was crucial in my path to ace the PMP exam. I watched 100 questions out of 200 the same week of the exam (22 Nov 2024), and I scored above the target in all three domains. This video taught me a mindset of how to read both the question and its choices and accordingly utilize the knowledge areas to choose the best answer.
A simple message - I took the 100 waterfall questions - 200 Agile + 150 scenario based questions and passed this morning. Played no pmp games or anything Jesus, and got my pass this morning at the Pearson Vue. David Mclachlan - Keep doing the lords work. Thank you my good sir
@@dareydarey4252I’d be surprised if he didn’t read the books or took some course work too. I’ve been studying for a few weeks and not retaining everything yet. I think I’ll be good in another month.
I passed the PMP today, October 30th '23. I had a corporate sponsored training, but it was not until watching these videos that the light bulb turned on for me. I had a serious aha moment while watching the 3 recommended videos. I have several degrees already, and I studied harder for this than several of them put together. I watched David's video on learning how to think, and I believe it revealed another level of thought needed to work through the PMP questions. Thank you for your dedication to teaching, and you quoted a notable academic, "In order to learn, one must teach." May you receive all the good that you deserve!
200 Agile, 100 Waterfall, and 150 PMBOK. The practice of questions, reading and understand quickly is key. The time passes so quickly and speed is needed to dissect the question.@@lakithamunasinghe9224
Thank you David, I just passed PMP exam 2h ago. Many thanks to many of your videos, I went through your 150 PMBOK 7 and 100 Predictive/Waterfall videos but this 200 Agile video is pure GOLD, very relevent. Thank you so much for your unlimited energy. Your voice is still going through my head " I really truely believe that you can pass your PMP exam".
I was wondering if you’d share your opinion on the level of difficulty of these practice questions compared to the true agile-related questions on the PMP exam. Thanks for your time.
I am a little lost here. Kindly ask your orientation. I am assuming you took te PMI-ACP (Agile) certification. If so, why study waterfall and PMBOK 7 questions? is the Agile exam including the clasic PMP questions ? (I already have a PMP ceritification from some years ago and my goal now is to ge the PMI-ACP). @ctrang
This video and the waterfall 100 and PMBOK7 150 video question banks helped me immensely to clear my PMP exam with 3ATs. My tips for all working towards clearing the PMP (especially if you don’t have much initial idea on Agile / Project Management concepts) would be this - 1. Get your fundamentals right (very important - take your time here) 2. Do at least 5 mocks (rather than aiming for high score - work on building the mental endurance required for sitting long hours, and use the mocks to understand what are your strong and weak areas and work diligently towards the development areas, by reviewing the topic multiple times and trying to mindfully use your learning when a similar question appears next time). 3. Watch David’s question bank videos for the exam question approach and mindset! You are guaranteed a high chance of success! Thank you David for the amazing work that you have put together for these videos! Forever thankful!
I took my PMP exam yesterday and passed! I bought David's PMP course on Udemy and also watched your videos. Based on my exam experience, David covers all the essential principles needed to succeed in the PMP exam. I'm incredibly grateful for all the information, it truly feels like I've been practicing project management my entire life.
@@davidmclachlanproject Thank you, couldn't have made it without your practice exam and lessons. I also wanted to personally ask what do you recommend, going for PMI-ACP or Certified scum?
Thank you David! I took the exam online last Saturday (09-03-2024) and passed!! AT/AT/T. I only watched your videos in the final stage (last week) of studies and really, they were fundamental in unlocking the understanding of the best answer. I did it in Brazil and I didn't have any problems with Pearson Vue (many complaints). I had no contact with Proctor and all the process go well. The only caveat is that I reviewed all the questions in English and, in my opinion, the translation into Portuguese leaves something to be desired at several points, including impacting the understanding of the alternatives (example: "report/relatar" is not the best translation for escalate). I wish you success! Watched: 150 Questions / 200 agile / 100 waterfall
I passed the Exam AT/AT/AT. Anyone watching. This is literally Gold for you. I watched it the night before the Exam and it made eliminating the answers to two or one options. Such a gem. Cheers fam!
Thank you for this review because i didn’t know if I should listen to this video or not! But I’m literally getting most of the questions right so I’m happy I’m on track
Hi David, I just got my preliminary PMP exam results, and I have passed it. For my preparation I started off with your 1 hour video on 7th edition of PMBOK and then have watched all of your videos on scenario based questions 2 times and made notes to develop the mindset. All of your videos are priceless, it was your videos which enabled and motivated me to go and get done with the certification. TBH, I had your voice in my mind while answering the questions on exam day, I was like how would David select the best option, "this looks like a high may be", "a very good choice", "a low may be". Thank you David you enabled many individuals like me , you deserve a medal.
Hello Davidddddd!!!!!!! I passed my PMP exam on the very first attempt, yeayyy... And also scored AT/AT/AT. You're a gem. Thank you for all your help. I'm super grateful.
I just passed my PMP exam on my first go, and my predominant study method was watching David’s videos! I watched / completed all the questions in this Agile video, and his 150 PMBOK 7 Questions video. I wrote notes of all the questions & answers in a spreadsheet (marking which ones I got wrong to revisit), and made a separate vocab sheet, and an ‘Agile tenants’ sheet. The exam was challenging, but I felt very prepared and literally thought about David’s logic and encouragement whenever I was feeling conflicted on an answer. Thank you so much David!!!

I promised myself I would come back to say thank you. I passed my PMP exam last week and your videos have contributed to my success. Learning wasn't always easy, and it was mentally exhausting at times, but your encouraging words at the end of each chapter kept me motivated and moving forward. I strongly recommend all of your videos to anyone on their journey to get their certification. Once again, thank you so much. I will be coming back to your channel for continuous learning. You are a great teacher! Thank you!
I passed my PMP on the first try yesterday thanks to David and his videos - the most helpful of all to me personally being the Question and Answer ones (though I watched many others that he put together). I went through 450 practice questions with David (this, the 100 Waterfall and the 150 PMBOK 7) and got AT on all three sections. Between his explanations and encouragement I made it through. David, you are my hero!
Just have to say a very big big thank you, David. I found your videos the week before my PMP exam and they were extremely invaluable for setting me up for success. I was a nervous wreck because it had been 2 years since I took my PMP Bootcamp course, but never got around to taking the exam until now. I was scrambling to find some kind of refresher or at least a detailed look into the questions, the methods of what they ask, and the thought process behind the questions, and your videos were a GODSEND. I took my exam yesterday, and got my results back; I passed all 3 domains with AT scores! I just wanted to comment on one of the handful of videos I used of yours and express my thanks!
Thank you David, I passed my PMP exam on this weekend and your videos really helped in understanding the exam and concepts. Specially how to attempt questions. Sharing the lessons learned, 4 hour exam requires stamina and focus so for all future candidates pls do try minimum 2-3 full exam mock up tests.
I took a pmp bootcamp about a year ago. My deadline to take the exam was fast approaching. I watched your videos the last two weeks, and it was tremendously helpful! I passed the PMP 2 days ago. I must say that I do have tons of study hours under my belt prior to these videos. Nonetheless, I am thankful for David!
Yes, I did it! I just received an email from PMI with a certificate. I scored AT, AT, and T in my first go. Thank you so much for your three videos. They helped me a lot in understanding the topics. For those attempting to pass their PMP exam, this guy is a gem. Watch all three of his long videos and understand the topics, don't just cram them. His videos cover each topic from the books. In my exam, all the questions had a similar layout but were asked in different ways. So Best of luck, you all can do it.
You are a Saint, David! THANK YOU! I passed my PMP this past weekend above target thanks to your videos. I have taken two different PMP classes to get my 35 credit hours - for a total of 70 class hours - and neither class left me with the confidence I could pass the exam. After watching your 73 videos on the PMBOK 6 Process Group Practice Guide, and the 50 videos on Key Concepts, I finally started to understand what PMI is looking for. You have a gift for explaining these difficult concepts in easy-to-understand terms. You demeaner and tone are pleasing, and the encouragement you provide is uplifting, it is no wonder you are able to successfully lead teams. Watching those videos in concert with the practice question gave me the confidence to go ahead and schedule my exam. While I was nervous, I breezed through it in only 3 hours. I just knew the answers! For anyone looking to take the PMP, start with Process Group Practice Guide and Key Concepts videos, then do all of the Questions and Answers videos. Also, be sure to watch the PMBOK 7 video as I did get some questions where I would not have known the answer without watching this as well. There are new concepts and methods in the PMBOK 7 that are not covered in the PMBOK 6.
On March 19th, 2024, I successfully passed the PMP exam with ABOVE TARGET scores in all three domains. The videos by Mr. David, featuring 200 Agile questions, 100 Waterfall questions, and 150 PMBOK questions, were instrumental in helping me prepare and pass the exam. I am immensely grateful for the valuable effort you put into creating these videos. Best wishes for your future endeavors, and once again, thank you very much.
And I have also just passed thanks to your 3x videos [ 100 waterfall, 150 pmbok & 200 agile] Attended a 3 months course from a PMI approved training provider in South Africa & ended up super confused until I found your videos. I never touched anything else for my preparations except your videos and I got my pass results for PMP an hour ago. Super excited and thankful to you. The 3 videos are highly recommended as David provides a full context of the subject while answering the questions ❤
David, Your videos are must views for anyone attempting PMP testing. I wasn’t feeling very positive the night before the test and happened upon the video. I watched all 6 hours the night prior to the test. The pace along with in-depth and meaningful explanation made so much of Agile come together; I scored Above Target in all three domains and owe it to you. Thanks for the great work.
Dear David! I passed my PMI ACP Exam yesterday on my first try and I had to come and say thank you since we’ve studying “together”! I did read the questions in your voice and could easily dissect the answers because of your guidance!! Thank you so much for these videos? “HOW DID YOU GO?”
I'm getting excited about my PMP now - "isn't it wonderful? I hope you're learning so much about Agile!" Yes. Yes I am. Thank you so much for these hours we're spending together to prepare for my PMP!
This morning I passed my PMP with AT/AT/AT and I have to say the biggest reason for that is this video!! THIS VIDEO IS ALL YOU NEED. I mean maybe not 100% but SO MUCH of the test came from this knowledge area. Than you so much David for making learning Agile fun and engaging! The way you think through each question really helped me eliminate answer on the test. Of all the studying I did, this was by far the most helpful! Thanks!
I am over the moon, passed my PMP first attempt ... AT, AT and T (business environment). The secret is David's 100, 200 and 150 questions and answers. Not by knowing answers to the questions only, but by understanding the question, what is the question trying to achieve and best possible solution. If you can understand and practice, you can ace your PMP in 2 weeks or less. I did it online as well. I did not realised how 4hours passed so quickly. Thank you David for Simplifying and explaining the questions and answers. All the very best, yes you can ace your PMP
HI David, I passed my PMP yesterday. I used your questions as part of my study plan. I love the way you break down the questions. I think it really helps with in the understanding of the content of question so that people don't get confused. Keep it up. Thank you again.
I just wanted to drop another note to let you know I passed the PMP exam today above target for all three domains. This would not have been possible without your videos. Thank you again for what you do for the PMP community. Keep up the good work!
I successfully cleared my PMP exam. I want to wholeheartedly endorse David's PMP-related videos; they were incredibly helpful throughout my preparation. Cheers
After being a manager for years, I decided to pursue my PMP. I watched this video and several others from David McLachlan, and they helped out so much that I took my exam and passed with AT in all areas! David really presents the topics well and I like that he explains not only the correct answer but why the other answers are not correct. Many thanks for putting these together - the videos are great! And I subscribed!
I passed the PMP this week. David McLachlan's were a big help in my study process. I watched the 100 Waterfall, 150 PMBOK and the 200 Agile questions. They helped me prepare for the test. I passed AT in all areas of the exam thanks to David's videos. Thank you David.
I passed my PMP on Thursday thanks tp the Lord almighty, those that believed in me and to David's videos. Honestly, the calm way that you approach the questions is how I tried to be in the exam. I was worried, but kept remembering your little pep talks in-between sections. You're helping a lot of people David. Thank you.
Thanks David for your videos. They really helped me pass my PMP exam on 12th April 2024 with AT AT AT scores. I reviewed the waterfall, agile and PMBOK7 videos of yours. I felt that the questions in the exam were slightly difficult that the ones in your videos. All 180 questions were situational and there were no calculations to be done in the exam. The questions were quite wordy and very confusing. I felt that even if it was an open book exam, it would have been difficult to figure out the right answers. But anyone who has gone through the PMBOK materials and understood the why's of project management would be having no difficulty passing the exam. I also felt that one's mindset also determines if he or she will pass the exam. Go with a mindset of a manager and not of a team member, meaning taking charge of things, getting the results and taking ownership of activities and work.
David, I came here today to thank you for helping me achieve my PMP!! I passed yesterday thanks to your wonderful work. Like everyone said, your questions and explanations are pure gold! I watched your agile, waterfall questions and pmbok guide explaining videos. It helped me prepare with an agile mindset. Hats off to you Sir!!

Passed my PMP Exam today. I had a month to study, but discovered that David's 200 Agile Questions were a must! I reviewed this video 3 days before my exam and received AT’s on Process and people and a T on Business. Thank you David for creating this video, it definitely gave me a bit more confidence in passing my exam. To anyone reading this comment, review this video thoroughly and you will pass your PMP too!
I took my exam two days ago and passed! I used this video to prep leading up to the exam. Your process of elimination techniques really helped me during the test, I physically wrote down the X s and scribbles and checks just like you. I also think you talking through the Agile way helped me understand how to answer with the Agile mindset. The questions were SO tricky on the test. The key I found was to look for those KEY words, if its asking how to SHOW look for the answer that is VISUAL, etc. Thank you!!
David! Just passed my PMP exam!!! Honestly, your methods of breaking down questions and explaining the possible answers were the main contributor to my passing score!! I will forever thank you and point everybody toward your lessons here in youtube and Udemy should they wish to become PMPs. Thank you!
Dear David, to informed you that I passed PMP exam on 28 November and big part of my learn journey is yours! I keep listening your video, The PMBOK Video Course, PMBOK Key Concepts for Project Management, The Complete Project Management Body of Knowledge in One Video (PMBOK 7th Edition), 150 PMBOK 7 Scenario-Based PMP Exam Questions and Answers, 100 Waterfall PMP questions, and 200 Agile PMP questions. BIG BIG thanks to you. I do recommend a lot of colleagues who are under their way to PMP Exam to listen to your video and playlist. Really appreciate. Thanks again. Regard.
I just passed my PMP Exam with 3 AT today. Thank you so much Dave for the great efforts making those videos. I spent most of my time on the 150 situation questions, 200 Agile questions, and 100 Waterfall questions and the PMBOK comprehensive guide videos. Those are amazing reviewing materials. Those videos prepared me perfectly with the logic when making the selections. Thank you so much Dave again! Much appreciated!

David thank you so much, God used your page to help me achieve PMP Certification yesterday. I now have developed an agile mindset. I am glued on, You are a gem
Hi David, I am here to express my profound gratitude for the wonderful thing you have done in my life. One of my tutor's recommended your channel to me while i was preparing for my PMP exams and it worked like magic. I passed the exams on my first sitting and am extremely excited for this achievement. God bless you and keep doing the wonderful work, I'm now an ambassador propagating your channel to my friends who are also preparing for the PMP exams.
I have just completed all 200 questions and must say that David has done a brilliant job. His explanations while going through the questions are so easy to understand. A quick tip for all is to pause at every question and solve it yourself before David does that for us. Thank you David🙏. My concepts are much more clearer on AGILE now. Confident to take the exam.
Hi David. Thank you so much for this video. I passed my PMP exam and I am on top of the world with joy, yet very humbled. #PMP. The preparation was exhausting but your video provided that ease to get me prepared. #grateful

I passed my PMP exam today thanks to David. I watched 3 long question answered videos of him and i heard His voice in my head while i was taking the exam 😂 he explaines the right and wrong answers very well. He set a mindset for you i strongly recommend to watch His videos. Thank you David!
PASSED! Just yesterday, I received the results and passed! David's videos were essential in preparing for the exam. I would say that I passed because I took the time to watch all of David's videos. Each and every question that David went over not only elaborated on the right answers but also why the others weren't. The examples provided throughout his videos allowed me to understand that the PMP test is ultimately a mindset you must use to answer the questions. Thank you so much, David!
I just passed my PMP today. I really want to thank David for all his wonderful mock question videos. They gave a very good practice and understanding of the actual exam questions. I kept thinking about your motivation speeches during my exam. Thank you, David for all your guidance!
Thank you David! I passed my PMP exam today and I credit a lot of it to this video. Just the calm and engaging way you addressed these questions helped me immensely with my mental focus and mindset for this exam. Some of them I could even hear in my head how you would read the question. It was like you were there with me. I am so grateful for your time and efforts.
Congratulations Amanda, passing the PMP is one of the absolute best certifications you can get, and it will help you for the rest of your life. Well done!
I was wondering if you’d share your opinion on the level of difficulty of these practice questions compared to the true agile-related questions on the PMP exam. Thanks
@@vitogironda505 I found the exam REALLY tricky, but there are key words to look for that will give you your answer. I think the teacher here does a great job of explaining the AGILE mindset and if you really listen to him, you’ll pass.
My agency sent me to a $2000 PMP prep course to fulfill the 35 PMP requirement. I came away more confused and more worried. Yesterday I took the PMP and passed with AT thanks to David’s videos!! He clearly explains the PMI mindset and I used so many of the tools and techniques I learned in his videos. After my course I took a post test and scored 58%. After finding David’s videos and using them I scored 77%. Clearly they work. Don’t waste your money on an expensive course when David gives you everything you need here!! If I did it over again I’d take David’s course.
Hi, How many 7th edition content was in the test? I'm about to take mine, and the PMI's exam outline doesn't tell me whether to focus on 6th or 7th edition. Thanks!
Dear Friends, Believe me or not, This is the must watch before you apply for PMP Exam; just watch thiis video and his waterfall questions; you will be getting a clear picture of the exam; not even a single theoretical question or a formula.. If I had just read the books and gone after simulator exams; I would have failed miserably, today I wrote PMP EXAM and was above target for all 3 processes; believe me 75 % of the questions from were Agile , Thanking David McLachlan from the bottom of my heart.
how similar are these questions to the exam? I did the pmi practice exam and was surprised by how many select multiple options there were like select 3 from a huge list
I passed my PMP exam on 5th of September. The videos of David was a great help especially the way you explain the scenario based questions. David I greatly appreciate the amazing work that you are doing. I passed the exam with an above target score. For anyone who are currently preparing for the PMP exam, I encourage you to please watch the videos of David. Thank you David, God bless you 🙏
I just got my PMP certificate today and I can clearly state that it was mostly because of your videos on the subject. Can't Thank you enough for helping me understand Project Management and teaching in such a positive manner, amazing job by an amazing person. Thank you David Mclachlan.
I never leave comments on videos, but like many others here, I think it's necessary to thank and help others find these videos more easily. I'm a mother of four and have a full-time job, so I didn't have much time to dedicate to studying. Whenever I tried to study by reading, I would fall asleep, but this series of videos (Agile, Waterfall, and PMBOK 7 Questions and Answers) was the best resource I found. I only took one full practice exam on the PMI simulator and didn't do well (57%). I reviewed my mistakes and took notes, so that practice exam and David's videos (questions and answers - agile, waterfall and PMBOK 7) were my only practice, and I got 2AT and 1T on my exam today. Thank you!
Dear David, This Agile practice exam is so important for any one who is studying to take PMP exam. I sit for the exam on January 17, 2023 and passed with AT AT T on my first trial. The 150 and 100 practice questions on PMBOK 7 and 6 are also so great preparation materials. Your explannations, facial guesture and your motivating words are so powerfull and memorable. I truly recommend for everyone who is planing to take the exam to review this powerfull practice exam. Thank you.
Took my PMP exam yesterday, was expecting my result in 5 days, however, I got my result few minutes ago with overall AT and 3 ATs in all domains. Your 200 Agile questions and 150 PMBOK questions are the best preparation for the exam. Thank you
@@canadaguru3185 well, not necessarily much harder, but the options are more closely related. The key is to stay as relaxed as possible and use David's analysis and elimination of options style.
Hey David, I recently earned my PMP certification and just wanted to say a big thank you for all your work. I studied for months leading up to the PMP exam and since I spend a lot of my time in transit, your videos (especially your Q&A ones) were a perfect way to utilise this time. Thank you again for your clear and concise explanations. Your logical ways to break down questions were a huge help to my success. Hopefully I'll see you around the PMI circle one day to thank you in person. Cheers.
Hey David. I have just finished my exam and pleased to say that I passed on my first attempt at AT in all three domains. Like others commenting on here, I'm certain that your help and guidance made the difference. I really enjoyed your videos and they made the revision a lot easier. I can't believe they are free! Much better that the study that I completed for the PDU points. I will be recommending anyone that asks to watch these videos if they are taking the PMP. Thanks again, you are a legend!
I passed my PMP exam a week ago and i must say your videos are so helpful. Although the questions are a bit easier than the actual exam, i found your explanation is extremely constructive to help build that mind to answer questions. Thank you!

Passed my PMP several months ago thanks for David amazing videos. I’m back watching just this particular one as I’m now preparing for the ACP. I hope this video helps just as much again. David you’re a ⭐️ God bless you always.
Thank you David for putting up these questions & answers. Watching this video felt like retraining my mindset on how to think through the exam and presented scenarios. Your natural enthusiasm for the subject came through and made learning interesting even! You seriously have a gift. Just yesterday I was scrolling through the comment section to see who had used this resource and encouraged by reading the experiences of those who had passed the exam after watching the content...and today I want to pass on the favor. I passed my PMP exam above target across all domains today. To those watching, keep heart...this video definitely helps! And to David, once again...Thank you.
I recently came across your RUclips videos and they were instrumental in helping me pass my PMP certification exam. The video were well-structured, informative and engaging. You did an excellent job of breaking down complex concepts into easy-to-understand segments. I found myself retaining the information much better than I had with other study materials. I am grateful for the videos and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a helpful study aid for the PMP certification exam. I passed yeterday after 6 weeks of studying and watching every one of your videos.
I passed my PMP with 3ATs. Thanks to your videos 450 questions and study hall exams. Dear David, This movie it is great lesson also for preparing to PMI-ACP certification. I am PMP since 5 years and my PMP exam was purely waterfall based so I decided to improve my agility having PMI-ACP cert. Yesterday, I passed my exam with overal result AT, off course your movie was last stage of preparation, I started watchig 4 days before exam. I think the bigest value of this movie is how you rejecting incorect answers. I also confirm that the questions on this movie are very similar for real ones on the PMI-ACP exam. I realy recomend that for all persons who are preparing for PMP or PMI-ICP. Thanks for supporting me, I realy apreciate that.
Hello David, i passed my PMP exam today!!!!! I had just 3weeks to prepare for the exam and I stumbled on your videos in the last week, your videos made everything I was reading clear and relatable. I took the 200 Agile questions, 150pmbok questions and the water fall questions. The exam seemed difficult but I found myself literally analyzing each question like you would normally do and it made it easier to eliminate the wrong ones. Thank and thank you immensely for your support❤❤❤❤ God bless you.
Happy to report I passed my CAPM this Monday (June 17, 2024) using primarily David's course on UDEMY and watching basically all of his videos. I felt well prepared going to my exam-- Now I am ready for my next step PMP! Much love and keep up the great work--- from Montréal!
Sir you are a godsend! ❤ I took my PMP for the 1st time yesterday after only a week of studying and only used your videos. Just got my email saying I passed 😭🙌🏽 Can’t thank you enough for your amazing videos! For anyone looking to take the test- make no mistake it’s hard lol but a key to passing is knowing what to eliminate sometimes more so than knowing the right answer. Try to understand concepts over every little detail. You got this! 💪🏽
Hi David, I can't thank you enough for making this stuff freely available. I cleared my PMP today with 3AT and just realised how useful your videos were. RUclips should do better to put you in the top searches. You are a gifted Project Manager. I only wish I had found you earlier. Keep doing the amazing stuff. You have a fan. Cheers.
I'm halfway through this video preparing for my PMP exam, great video, thank you very much, David. Can someone explain the logic behind question 84 to me ( 3:01:00). I Picked A but the answer was C. You have been identified as a stakeholder on an Agile software development team. As you join the team stand-up, you are surprised that there are only eight people on the team and not more - after all the deliverable is quite large. Why is the team so small? A) The Agile methodology is being trialled as a cross-discipline self-forming team. B) One person was selected for each role necessary, and no more. C) Agile methods recommend the delivery team to be 12 or fewer members D) Agile methods call for very specialized roles. My thought process is Agile is all about self-organization and making sure you have a proper team, therefore, if the team is sufficient with 8 members, so be it. I understand Agile recommends teams to be less than 12 members, but picking that as an answer to why we have only 8 members seems like an easy way out. if I'm getting the agile methodology right, it's never about 'that's the rule'. I'm curious to hear what you guys think
I've passed my PMP on the weekend. In preparation for the exam, I went through the test questions in my PMP prep course and purchased tests directly from PMI. Going through this video definitely helped me connect the dots better and understand certain concepts. Thank you, David, for going over the questions enthusiastically and providing clear and concise explanations. I'm sure many people appreciate your efforts in putting it all together! Good luck to future PMP candidates!

This video and the waterfall 100 and PMBOK7 150 video question banks helped me immensely to clear my PMP exam with 3ATs. My tips for all working towards clearing the PMP (especially if you don’t have much initial idea on Agile / Project Management concepts) would be this -
1. Get your fundamentals right (very important - take your time here)

You are amazing 😊 Congratulations and well done! 🎉
@@davidmclachlanproject Hi David. QQ. Are there any plans to develop an exam simulator?
Just wanted to pop in to advise that I passed my PMP exam this morning AT/AT/AT. Your videos were a great help. You really are a phenomenal coach!
That is wonderful news - a big congratulations for passing your PMP, and with such high marks. Amazing work!
What materials did you use ?

I got my PDUs from a Udemy Course by Joseph Phillips.
I also bought a mock simulator on Udemy- PMP Exam-PMI New Format 2022 Mock Simulator (PMBOK7+PMBOK6)
Just took my PMP exam today May 11, 2023, and passed with AT in all areas after watching the below videos only once. I recommend it to anybody who is going to take the PMP. Thank you so much @davidmclachlanproject for the great content and the leadership. I would have taken the Udemy course if I had time and needed PDU hours but I did not need the PDU hours and did not have time for it.

Congrats!
That is awesome news, congratulations on passing the exam! It is difficult to pass and takes a lot of hard work and persistence. Well done! 🎉🎉👏👍

I hope you're learning so much about Agile!"
Yes.
Thanks!
Amazing work, congratulations on passing your PMP! 🙂🎉
Congrats!! I have the exam in 3 weeks and i am super tensed.. any advice around which areas to concentrate on?
HI David,
I passed my PMP yesterday.
Congratulations, that is amazing news! The PMP is a huge achievement, and it is so valuable in today's project-centred workplace. Well done! 🙂👍🎉
Is this video sufficient study material to pass the PMP exam today?
I successfully cleared my PMP exam. I want to wholeheartedly endorse David's PMP-related videos; they were incredibly helpful throughout my preparation. Cheers
Please do you have tips on the exam, and questions to expect.
Very good advice 🙂 Congratulations to you on passing your PMP with such high marks! Celebrate well 🎉
David, I came here today to thank you for helping me achieve my PMP!! I passed yesterday thanks to your wonderful work. Like everyone said, your questions and explanations are pure gold! I watched your agile, waterfall questions and pmbok guide explaining videos. It helped me prepare with an agile mindset. Hats off to you Sir!!
Thanks
I am thrilled to share with you David that today I passed PMP exam on my first try, scoring above target in all three domains! Thank you for all the video on PMP you have posted and the explanations in each question.

Thanks to you, Andrew Ramdayal, and PMI Study hall practice exams, I passed my PMP exam on 12/18/22
I passed on my third attempts today! So released! The only thing I did since 2nd exam is I watched David's 200 agile questions video, so helpful!
Thank you!!
I am so happy to hear it 🙂 A big congratulations to you for passing the exam! It is very tough but you did it! 🎉👏
David! Just passed my PMP exam!!! Honestly, your methods of breaking down questions and explaining the possible answers were the main contributor to my passing score!! I will forever thank you and point everybody toward your lessons here in youtube and Udemy should they wish to become PMPs.
Thank you!

Congratulations - passing your PMP is a huge achievement and you have done something truly great 🙂🎉
how similar are these questions to the exam? I did the pmi practice exam and was surprised by how many select multiple options there were like select 3 from a huge list

Thank you!
Dear David,
This Agile practice exam is so important for any one who is studying to take PMP exam. I sit for the exam on January 17, 2023 and passed with AT AT T on my first trial. Thank and thank you immensely for your support❤❤❤❤ God bless you.

C) Agile methods recommend the delivery team to be 12 or fewer members
D) Agile methods call for very specialized roles.
