I need to thank you David, I just took the PMP exam and passed !! You will not know how you style of analysis and problem solving helped me in prerparing especially with this being the my second attemp at the writting the exam. My frist prepartion was "without" your videos and I just relied on reading my notes without the reasoning your provided. In the exams hall, I just kept smiling when I remember the way you addressed the questions and your rationales for selecting answers. Thank you David !! Thank you so much !!
Thanks David! your videos have been helpful in sharpening my knowledge while studying for the Pmp. I passed my exam today. Keep up the good work and God bless the work of your hands
@@vanessaade6802 be sure to study and understand the agile booklet, then I listened to almost all David's questions and refined my gaps through the questions. Before he starts analyzing the answers, I'd pause the videos to test myself then keep playing to see if our answers match. There's also a book by Rita Mclaughlin.. It breaks down pmbok 6 soo well. Get it! Then when you hear about a foreign concept through David's questions, Google helped too, 😅 and cherry on the top, I prayed and asked God to guide me, and He most certainly did. Hooe this helps. And all the very best!
@@faith.m2 How did David's practice questions compare to the actual exam questions? pretty close? I find that there's always at least two "throw away" answers and almost always the right answer is the longest. Just an observation.
Hi David. Thanks so much for all of your great content. Would you mind sharing where these questions come from? I have the 7th ed and don't see these questions in the book. Prepping for the exam and hoping to have the questions for quick review...blessings to you!
I have a question about Q18. The question is about finding the cause of the issue. It also says that the stakeholders are already engaged in the project. I am confused here why the answer would be C (1- look at the risk, 2- engage more) while it appears that we already know the risk and know they are engaged. I would have been tempted to answer A, look for the cause and brainstorm with the ideas. Appreciate any input you may have! Regards
David, I did not get this question because it does not show the maximum level of Risk. I mean 10% of what level? The 2 million value is for the discovered impact risk. The discovered impact should be analyzed with a threshold that is 10% of the value that is missing in the question. So the acceptable range is not related to the discovered impact. It is a range mutually agreed upon by stakeholders. Please clarify if I am wrong.
Passed CAPM today.. I did these questions everyday till my exam. Thank you #yourfavoritepm 🇹🇹
Fantastic, congratulations! The CAPM is an excellent certificate, well done 🙂🎉
