Thank you, David. I went through the 150 PMBOK questions, which made it easy to review the book, and also watched the 200 AGILE questions videos. Let me put it that your calm methods and positive mindset helped reinforce the learning materials and the PM mindset required to pass the exam, which I did today. Your videos were the primary guidance, and I spent about 2 hours each day doing about 10-15 per day while reviewing the books. God bless you, Sir. I can't thank you enough!
I just passed my PMP few hours ago in the UK with all ATs. Thanks you David for your outstanding efforts. I can see all the positive comments and appreciation on yours videos and hope that gives you positive energy to go 1 mile more. Honestly I can’t express my feelings of gratitude in words. God bless you with good health ❤❤❤.
Thank you David! You are a Legend! Passed my PMP exam on the 1st attempt with AT in all 3 areas thanks to your content here on RUclips. Excellent insights and methodology for approaching each of the question types.
Hi David , silent listener here Im a Filipno resident in Singapore. Watched most of your video for the past 4 weeks and helps me passed PMP exam above target. Thank you for all your advices and good materials… ❤🎉😊
Mr. McLachlan, I passed my PMP yesterday. I can't thank you enough for all the online tutorials on PMP key concepts, Agile, and Q&A section. Much appreciate your guidance and encourage me keep on going. You're the best tutor for PMP. Once again, Thank You very much, Sir.
Dear David, I can only agree with all the comments here. YOU have been a GODsend in my PMP exam preparation. I just sat the exam this morning and passed in my first attempt! 90% of the credit goes to you!!! For all your excellent tutorials and tips/explanations of the practice questions - teaching me to think about what to eliminate first, identify the strong maybes...look for "buzz" words like "engage, identify, problem-solve, prioritize, put the team ahead of any one person" and so forth. You saved me!!! I will go for the ACP exam next, and I will aign up for your course and follow all your tutorials here as well. THANK YOU!!!
Hi David, I was clueless on how to prepare and was reading (sleeping with) PMBOK 6 and 7, Agile Manifesto until I accidentally found this video. This simplified the entire book and then started watching all your tutorials, stopped reading books. You completely changed the way of thinking. Today I have passed my PMP with AT. Thanks so much!!
Thanks David. I passed my exam a few days ago in South Africa, having gone through your 150 questions. I am really grateful for sharing this information with the world. God bless you!
Just took the PMP exam this morning and passed! I had taken the official PMI prep course as well, but your videos helped me the very most out of everything! A million times thank you! 🎉
Dear David, thank you so much for your series of all these excellent exam prep videos. I struggled a lot during my prep course and also while my own preparation but your videos were a savior. There's no alternative to practice while studying and your Q&A videos did the trick. The way you explained things in detail made understanding so easy. Thank you so much for all the efforts you have put it in trying to help others. I passed my PMP exam last week all thanks to you.
Thank you so much! I watched almost all of your videos along with the PMI's Study Hall to prepare for my exam. I am telling everyone I know to use your videos as a primary source. I was disappointed with the Study Hall. I felt the questions on the exam were on par with your videos. I know I passed because of you.
I successfully passed my PMP exam ON 20th June , thanks to David's PMP-related videos. They were incredibly helpful throughout my preparation. Thank you, David.
Hi David, want to thank you so much for your great help. For many days, I have been watching your videos and learning, Yesterday I passed my PMP with an above-target score. Your work contributed a lot. Thanks. 🙏
David, you are the best coach. Thanks a lot my brother. Just passed my PMP exam with flying colours. A lot lot lot of thanks for your guidance and coaching. You're just the BEST!!🎉🎉
Hello David, Thank you for the wonderful PMP knowledge areas thorough explanations which has helped me clear the key concepts and passed my PMP exam. Agile and Waterfall questions also broaden the insight. Thank you once again!
I’ve completed the hours needed to take the CAPM exam. I came across your videos and wow I’m glad I waited to take the exam. Just wondering , Would watching these PMP exam prep videos help or do you have separate ones for the new CAPM exam?
Hi David appreciate all your effort doing such an amazing things here. I'm preparing for exam this coming December and wondering if the eaxm would be more 6th or 7th edition?
Is it possible that for Question #6, besides D being the most logic the thought process is that the question appears to define a traditional project management (i.e PMO, WBS). Answer A talks about project backlog which is more common to Agile while answer D is about risk register which is more Waterall type. Wondering if the clue here was not more about the management style. Just a thought :)
Hi David, I am preparing for my CAPM exam, and I see that all your videos are for the PMP can you please direct me to any specific content you have that is also relevant for my CAPM exam? Thank you very much for all the great effort. Warm regards from Morocco
Hello Jamesgreer First of all best of luck with your exam If you don't mind can you guide us on what went wrong on your 1st try so we avoid such mistakes in our time
@@kshitijrathod3969 I got BT on process on target on people and NI on BE. don't overlook the BE. Also know the process. Look up pmp mapping game and do that until you get 100%. Read questions carefully. Process of elimination.
@@jamesgreer323 Thanks a ton buddy Process of elimination as in, are you talking about a technique? Also, do you refer any book which is much more interconnected? What best advice will you give to clearing the exam, I've scheduled my exam in Apr.. Thank you in advance
Contingency reserves: Amount set aside for known risks. Management reserves: Amount set aside for unforseen scope or changes. Cost baseline: Aggregated project costs, plus contingency reserves. Project Budget: Cost baseline plus management reserves.
Good question - they can be seen as similar. The difference is in what we would do with them. One said they would use the tools for feedback, the other would try to capture all the requirements. We went for the feedback option :-)
Apologies - I don't know any recently, outside of the PMI practice test suite. The ones here I have made myself, based directly on info from the PMBOKs.
Hi, can anyone pls let me know how a Proposals / Bid manager can fill the pmp application? can we fill details about proposals from RFP date until the proposal submission or until contract award ? Thanks in advance.

Management reserves: Amount set aside for unforseen scope or changes.
Cost baseline: Aggregated project costs, plus contingency reserves.
Project Budget: Cost baseline plus management reserves.
