Thank you! Thank you!!! I took my PMP 1/4/2025 and passed! For the last three weeks have been utilizing your RUclips page and Udemy course. Really help me focus on the PMP Mindset. The PMP Fast Track and Pass the PMP No Study were very helpful review the night before. Helped me to stay focused using your tips and tricks!
Hi David. I passed my PMP yesterday with AT/AT/AT in all domains. Your videos were a big part of my preparation process including all your little pep talks. I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the effort you put into these videos you post for people to help them in their PMP journey. You are just amazing. Thank you so much for helping me achieve this milestone.
Passed 2 weeks ago. I work as a PM in predictive projects. I say that with Study Hall (for Mindset) and lets say Rita M. Book (10 ed) for technical is more than enough to pass. And David's videos on lets say drag and drop. No Udemy or other courses and no 3-4 months preparation.
Since you did the PMP you should be aware that you will have to provide evidence of the 35hours to PMI. The majority seem to use the Udemy courses for that. On top reading Rita's book, doing studyhall, and watching at least the Agile/Drag-Drop and PMBOK Videos incl. Processes will take you a minimum of 1 month of prep. According to reddit around 2-4 Mo seem normal. Not saying its impossible to do but I believe to feel confident/prepared prior to taking the exam it takes at least 1-2 monthes. Just my 2 cents!
It is possible. I did not study at all, and only watched David's videos for 7 days. I passed the exam on first attempt (AT/AT/T). I was super happy that I didn't have to pay to retake the exam since I took the exam the last day before it expired. David is an amazing teacher, thank you for everything that you do.
@@blingblain3156I took Andrew ramdayal’s PMP course on udemy. I also already have the CAPM so that fulfilled the educational requirement to apply. I have years of PM related experience from my career which satisfies the experience requirement.
"David, your videos and teachings are truly exceptional! I utilized your Udemy course, which included the invaluable drag-and-drop feature. I'm thrilled to share that I passed my PMP exam on the first attempt! Thank you, David! I highly recommend the Udemy course, as it uniquely aligns with the Exam Content Outline (ECO). This comprehensive coverage isn't available in your free courses. Honestly, I received immense value at a fraction of the cost, compared to traditional training centers where I invested heavily with limited returns. Your Udemy course is a game-changer!"
Thanks for these tips David. I still have my doubts if these will be enough to manage the answer in ~1 min. For me key to success was a mix of Mindest, PM knowledge, ITTO's and at some point during the preparation - knowing what kind of answer PMI expects. However as mentioned by you - the biggest enemy during the exam is the time, especially if english is not your first languange. Thanks for all your help, dedidcation and your truly exceptional videos.
Great video as always David! I'm a subscriber and your YT channel has been so much help to me already, thank you so much! I've been approved by the PMI to take the PMP exam and will schedule it for around 2 to 3 months time, so now in the final stages of preparation. I've watched your 200 Agile Q's, 100 Waterfall Q's and just finishing your 150 PMBOK 7th Ed Q's videos. Noted your advice below on your Udemy course and PMP Fast Track section on it. I also see that you have 2 x 250 question practice tests on the Udemy also, which I plan to use. Note: I wish I'd found your training package before I used a different one to get my 35 hours. My question is this: do you have an exam simulator also? If not, could you suggest one please? It would be the final prep before the exam.
I've been a PM for years and am studying for the PMP, but my actual experience can be a hindrance from a test taking perspective. That's because I find myself filling in the gaps from the question itself with actual experience as opposed to focusing only on what's being asked.
I used and I learned from your RUclips to pass my PMP as well as CAPM in one week. I am still wondering how i did it in 2022. I much appreciate your guidance ❤ . Thank you
I will take my PMP exam on 27th Jan 2025. Fingers crossed and Thank you very much for your help on this. Learned so much and hopefully I can pass. BTW if you can please do some multiple choices questions as well as most of time we are having issues with those
How can you highlight any key words in the questions if the exam is digital? If it were on paper, then this method would really help, but how is this possible if you can't do that?
@shuvra4352 i guess I don't know. I did OK on the first attempt. Better on the second, worst on the third. It almost feels like the more I study the less I understand it. I've been a professional PM for 13 years now. It's frustrating
It is a difficult exam. Do not feel bad. If you have access to my course study the PMP Fast Track, the PMP Course Summary Notes in lecture 9, and do as many practice exams as you can. You absolutely can pass. Everything you have done so far will build on your knowledge and you will get there. You can do it!
Scheduled to take my PMP in the next few weeks, of course I am signed up for your Udemy course and keep your videos played in a loop. I am nervous but also excited. I’d let you know how everything goes!
Definitely check out the new PMP Fast Track section 😊 and use the PMP Course Summary Notes in lecture 9 to review and study before the exam. Then take as many practice tests as you can. You can do this! 😁
Thats true, I passed it with just one week of study and that is only your videos. Thanks so much the way you explain it.

Awaiting my PMP application to be approved, excited to get this cert completed!

Have you been audited. Or you only submitted the application
@@yangamatam4658 I've only submitted it as of now, still awaiting approval from PMI

What's the name of the course you bought on Udemy

Thank you for your great work. I failed the People Domain of my PMP exam. What do you suggest I do. Thank you
I have the PMP Fast Track coming. It is already in my Udemy course. It goes into that specifically - people and process. These two things are key.
Thanks a lot David! Your videos are very useful. I was wondering if you have PMP mock questions/ exam simulator available on Udemy or somewhere else?
Here on YT, there are plenty videos on his channel with pmp exam like questions, agile, waterfall and mixed based on pmbok 7th
I do have question videos here on RUclips, and those questions are in a simulator on Udemy (over 500 questions included in the PMP course) 🙂
Is break is including the time
I am really afraid of passing it.
Greetings from Algeria.

Well done on your success ,did you only use David material on RUclips without reading any books, Your Advise much appreciated. Thanks

Hello,
I am also planning to take PMP exam in Jan 2025, could we connect, we could discuss knowledge materials
Just take David's Udemy course. All you need to pass is in there. Put more emphasis on the ECO
How can you highlight any key words in the questions if the exam is digital? If it were on paper, then this method would really help, but how is this possible if you can't do that?
There are digital tools at the top, similar to using a PDF for example.
@davidmclachlanproject What a relief!! Thank you for clarifying, David!
Just got preliminary fail. Taking again wish me luck.
You can do it! Try the PMP Fast Track if you have access to my course. That and my PMP Summary Notes in the Udemy course will help. You can do it!
I failed 3 times. Can’t take again until end of year
@JD-rx2kh I failed 3 times too. Sucks
@@chungkingexpress94 yea I might not take it again - the test is grueling and discouraging
I studied a ton last year and failed 3 times. I feel pretty stupid if people are passing without studying :(
Can you explain the cause of failure?
