@UlyssiaGayle Thank God...first I love, love, love your videos. Your content is GOLDEN. My problem is I want to take the PMP course but thought PMI, Simplilearn cost $1000. Does it matter what course you take? Do employers look at that? I need to get it done quickly. I say that because in April ı start the the Masters program for business and I just know there will be no time for it then. I am scrambling to get the 1000. I think I can do it but sheesh! Do you have any suggestuons?
@@rachelwalton6312 employers do not look at the course you take to get your 35 project management hours. I personally recommend Andrew Ramdayal’s course on Udemy. It was really good! It’s currently on sale for $22.99 at the time I’m writing this.
As much as I want to test in a month, my dashboard on study hall for the practice questions is literally telling me not to. I’d definitely like your guidance on how you studied and retained all of this information in order to pass. I haven’t even started the the mini practice exams and I already feel defeated tbh! My overall dashboard score is 45%, how the hell or what the hell do I need to do for it to get 60’s and 70’s????
How many practice questions or quizzes have you taken so far? My advice would be to go back and review the questions you got wrong. Try to understand the reasoning behind the answer. Remember when answering the questions to follow the sequence below when answering questions: assess review and take action If you haven’t already, I recommend purchasing the study notes by third3rockpmp! They are very thorough and helpful! My 1st few tests I scored in the 40s and got better with each practice test.
I’ve gone through all of the practice questions so far from my last comment to you on SH. And I currently completed five exams 5 so far. I do want to add that I normally read the wrong answers after I finish the practice exam/questions but it’s just retaining that info the next day or three days later lol. Also, Thank you for mentioning Third Rock’s notes as recommended. I have been trying to read a section at a time everyday in a way I can consume and retain the notes. Which that sequence you stated was the very first one “A.R.T”! I’m hoping everything I’m reviewing and doing will get me this certification. Lastly, I’m hoping my scores increases as well. If the actual CAPM/PMP test is this way then there might be a light at the end of the tunnel.

Did you sign up for the exam, got your exam date before you started studying?
Yes, I started studying before I paid for the exam. I knew when I wanted to take the exam but kept talking myself out of booking it 😅
So should I pay for my exams and start studying or start studying now then pay for the exams and study more 😅
@deedriawilson887 If you’re like me and would continue to delay booking the exam… I would book the exam then study. This way you have a target date to work towards. You also have to pay to move the exam so it’s motivation to stick to the date you book. I would give yourself 2 months to study.
@@UlyssiaGayle thank you so much 😊
Why don't you make a video telling in detail your study routine. How many hours did you study per day, how many mock test you did per week, etc.
That’s a good idea. Maybe I’ll create another Q&A video. Any other questions you may have?
@@UlyssiaGayle I actually love the way you made your video. A lot of good information.
Hello do you still answer questions here?
Hi! Yes, I do.
Well that is great! Is there instruction for rhe course
You took your exam at center or at home?
At the testing center.
Which option did you choose for 3rd rock. There’s one at the top and one at the bottom for the same price
@@MeekMcCoy I chose PMP Google Doc + PDF + Cheat Sheet
which book is that did you say
….. just rewind?
As much as I want to test in a month, my dashboard on study hall for the practice questions is literally telling me not to.
I’d definitely like your guidance on how you studied and retained all of this information in order to pass.
I haven’t even started the the mini practice exams and I already feel defeated tbh! My overall dashboard score is 45%, how the hell or what the hell do I need to do for it to get 60’s and 70’s????
How many practice questions or quizzes have you taken so far? My advice would be to go back and review the questions you got wrong. Try to understand the reasoning behind the answer. Remember when answering the questions to follow the sequence below when answering questions:
assess review and take action
If you haven’t already, I recommend purchasing the study notes by third3rockpmp!
Can you please tell me which package did you purchase from the third3rock options I'm confused
I purchased the google doc + pdf + cheat sheet package!
