Who ever knew it could be so satisfying to watch a guy clean his watch with toothbrush? Well done, my man. I'm about a month into my 925 ownership. It's been pretty dry here in Northern California, so not much tarnishing yet. Thanks for the tutorial - I'll need it eventually!
🤣 thanks Brian!! first of all, CONGRATULATIONS on your new 925! it's such a handsome watch! .. it is oddly satisfying to clean it in person too lol. Yea, it you wanna keep it shiny like your silver ring, have a really soft tooth brush & non abrasive tooth paste on stand by :)
Its a great looking watch for thrashing around. Pretty good value for money. I went with the gold one becos i simply prefer gold
Would love to see an update on this watch and how it is looking now! Do the hour markers or hands tarnish?
I got mine at the end of May and wore it most days throughout the period. It did not tarnish. The few videos I have seen showing tarnishing are from hotter regions and perhaps also those owners have a different diet and perhaps different sweat content. It doesn't add up really. Love my 925 and as a result got rid of both the black and blue versions of the BB58.
Interesting video. I think I will start with using a silver polish cloth first on my Tudor 925 before your method.
Thanks!
Yes! That is one way to do it. I've heard of people doing that as an option
Stunning piece
Thanks brother for the video ! 🙏
Thank you!!! For watching! Hope you find it useful 😬
I wish they would offer a silver bracelet for the watch not a fan of leather straps but I really like this watch
Well, you could buy the aftermarket Tudor bracelets, and the best part bout it for me is that, it does not come with fake rivets!! Only con is Stainless Steel has a darker hue in colour and it does not shine as bright as silver. But then again, having a bracelet entirely in silver will be a scratch magnet, as this case is already really easy to get scratched.
@@IsaacCheck this is very true thanks on helping me make my decision I think tudor brand will rise in price
Glad to know it helped 😬@@thekingofvirginia5014 they have already increased their price in May. But dont expect it to increase like a Rolex, but hold its value for sure.
Lmaoooo !!! Watch ! Watch ! Watch ! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 i couldn’t stop laughing perfection !! Jajajaja
I GOT MINES! 🥰
Great video!
Thank you so much!!!
Awesome video my man!
Thank you so much!😬
Thanks for the tutorial! Great tips! Incidentally love the grey strap you initially had it on. Mind if you could share where I could procure one? Cheers!
Thanks!!! Sure, it's from Shopee shopee.com.my/product/397461152/9022722128?smtt=0.105861688-1633310078.9 but if you dont have shopee in your country, they sell almost the same stuff on AliExpress aswell
@@IsaacCheck thanks
You don't understand what the commotion is?
Erm... The fact that the tarnishing happened only in the inner lug area and not other areas including the case back. This kind of suggested that Tutor have somehow missed something.
Thanks for sharing the problem. Complete deal breaker for me. :D
Great commentary. You had me laughing.
thanks! LoL far too kind!
mine has not tarnished at all yet, none inside lugs or anywhere (2 months old) strange i also left the stickers on the crown side like your friend! :) honestly though your "this is the way we brush our watch" song was really annoying, not gonna lie :)
Hahahahaha🤣 I feel annoyed too. But that was my intention. Thank you for your honesty.
Wow ita really interesting to know yours has not tarnished, I think the climate plays a big factor too in the tarnishing.
I actually liked the click bait thumbnail. Smart lol
🤪 *inserts my troll face
OK so my friend wore 2 watches on one wrist for the sake of it. The steel watch's crown touching the BB925 has managed to make some nasty scratches on the side, darn it. Ho can the satin finish be reapplied? Thanks for info on how to clean it with non-abrasive toothpaste and soft toothbrush!
Oh no...Guess the best option is to send it professional watch maker to rebrush it
My OCD would go through the roof if I got the 925.
nice. do you think this would be a good long term watch?
Thanks! It definitely is for me haha, guess it all comes down to personal preference 😁
I’m thinking of using the town talk silver polishing cloth, but I’m not sure how it will work on brushes surfaces.. anyone here try yet?

I tried it in my follow up video on those same watch, you can skip to 3:10min of the video to see the silver polishing cloth in action
R u malaysian? and ALSO can you make a video about the tarnish up to now? does it turn blackish? i think silver turns black is very cool
Apa kabar! Sure thing was actually planning one already real soon! since it's been 1 year and 2 months😉
@@IsaacCheck niceeee
I just cleaned my Tudor Black Bay Fifty eight 925 silver like this and now my bezel is jammed and won't turn at all :(
😱...send it in for service and claim the warranty,
Does it get scratch easier than a steel watch?
Most definitely YES!
