Thanks for sharing. Pocatello is a great place to live if you're into hiking and biking. There's a lot of local eateries and retail businesses and a small zoo not to mention you can attend ISU sporting events among other various entertainment at holt arena. I'm so glad you emphasized the local music, Pocatello is like a mini Seattle!
Hello My wife and I are looking to buy land (would prefer wooded or semi wooded) and it doesn’t have to be next to the city/town…..what are prices like in Idaho? We want 2-10 acres
@@svgitana2499 hi it just depends on location, condition, developed or undeveloped! Will you text me? Then we can chat away from the comments and see what I can find for you. It could be anywhere from like $50k to $500k… so it really just depends. I am happy to show you some things.
@@LifeinIdahoFallsID Ive been debating between moving to Pocatello/Idaho falls and rexburg so after seeing this video even though Pocatello is very nice I think I still like Idaho falls better! ☺️ Can’t wait for your tour of rexburg video! 🙌🏼

Jealous. I miss living in Pocatello!
Yep. The I-15 corridor in east ID is on my list. Thx for a realtor's point of view.
@@dig494 you’re welcome!
Great video! You have a scenic state! -from Indiana.
Must be cold hell in winter.
@@magic2506 it can be cold yes! Not as cold as northern states like North Dakota, Minnesota etc. I think it’s doable
@@LifeinIdahoFallsID Thanks! May take a trip one day.
COOL I live in Pocatello My favorite part about it is being close to the festival in forthall and the state fair in the Blackfoot :)

It seems like nobody lives in Pocatello. Where are the people?
@@andrewyue5920 what do you mean? There are 50,000+ people in Pocatello? It was a little cold the day I recorded if that is what you were referring to
It's 2024. No one goes outside anymore.
This is an an advertisement. Pocatello is ok for a small city.
Do a comparison video of Ammon and Idaho Falls. I just want to see my city be mentioned
