Brandon is very smooth with it. This may be the first video out of thousands that I have watched that literally put a smile on my face watching him go through the process. Thank you so much Sir.
Great interview. Seller net sheet is important. Sellers want to know this. Probably more so than the sales price. Love the flow of the listing appt. Learned a few ideas.
If you didn’t make this channel Brandon, I wouldn’t be known as a badass salesperson that gets what he wants. I’m not this person yet. I became an agent 30 days ago, but I will perfect this script at my first listing preview this Tuesday
This is so great! Thank you, my favorite thought shaking point was about “when” to share the home value. That makes SO much sense!! Thank you for taking the time to make this!❤️
This was great information thank you so much! I did have a question. Would you please make a video on how to deal with investors who are flipping and you are preparing for a listing appointment with them. They seem a little more assertive with how much they want to pay as far as commission and I don’t know how to come back from such firm numbers.
Thank you for all you do, @BrandonMulrenin ! QUESTION: Being that this video is from prior to the NAR Settlement; regarding your "Flexible Commission Program" (09:37), how will you NOW present those numbers?
I was taught not to send a CMA before walking into the property, because there could be things about it that majorly impact the value. If you did a CMA first, then you find those negative things, how do you address that after the fact?
Hey on the listing process there is a type O, on the steps when it comes to number 11 its just a number 1. Love you B I will take a free entry to your course now :D
Wonderful show today gentlemen! Thanks for all the great information. Question: If you would like to start making calls, but don't have a CRM full of CORRECT names and addresses, what is the best plan of action to fill up your database? Should you buy this information from a company? Should you buy a premium search tool like Spokeo or white pages and manually fill up your CRM? Would love some feedback as to how to best get started. Thank you! - Brandon Runyon
Vidal info as always. Just wondering how many times on average is there still resistance if you make it to the end of this process? Do you still need to go back and address price or we’re interviewing other realtors etc. if so I’ll bet it’s just a reflexive objection. Am I right?
Thank you for a very informative video! I've been dealing with a client who doesn't want to lower their house value. Also he doesn't want to pay for buyer's agent commission. What's my best approach to this? 😅

I would like to know where I can find an interactive CMA. Thanks
I just signed a $1.1M listing from door knocking! Brendan’s content has been clutch. Make it about the client always 🙏🏽🙌🏽
👏👏👏
That's awesome! I'm also a Bay Area Realtor in Dublin/Pleasanton and the edge of SJ County. Nice work.
Let’s gooo 🔥🔥🔥
I just used this for the first time. And now I have a $775k listing!!! Love it and it works

I love that Ren is not surprised by anything but also seems to admire the process
This video is packed with priceless information, well done!

This is very helpful for me as a new agent
Award-winning presentation as always.🏆👍
🙏
Hey Brandon, great instructional video! Do you have a free template of your presentation that agents can modify to fit their style and market?
Assume it’s yours once you present all your bullets with confidence.
Always good information! You have really helped me with my move from working with a builder to getting my license. Keep dropping them gold nuggets 💪

That’s all correct. We’re not sending the value. We’re only sending comparable properties to view. Thanks
Ah perfect now it makes sense to me.
Great information, very valuable!
Another stunning video. 🔥👏✍🏽
got my first appointment in 3 days, it’s tomorrow this helps my confidence
How did it go??
Did you get the listing?? I hope so💪🏽
This was extremely helpful
It makes a lot of sense, thanks for sharing 🎉
Hi Brandon. Great presentation....
Also, you have to Google actor Brett Davis. You two could be brothers...
Hey Brandon, what is your favorite brokerage?
What tool do you use for the interactive CMA?
Wow! I will implement this immediately. Do you take a copy of the presentation to the appointment as well as email one?
Yes absolutely
Can you elaborate if when they’re not ok with bottom price? On seller net sheet. What do you say?
Great stuff!!
Thanks again Brandon
👊👊

Double click on the 1 > grab the corner and make the box wider, so the other 1 can show. The 11 is there.

Yes, I would can a subscription to Vulcan 7 which provides you everything you need.
You should not have objections if you get the 5 micro commitments along the way.

Yyy
Do you change the presentation if they are not FSBO?
Never. Always the same
Thank you for a very informative video! I've been dealing with a client who doesn't want to lower their house value. Also he doesn't want to pay for buyer's agent commission. What's my best approach to this? 😅
Walk away. He’ll be a nightmare throughout the listing
You can not help this person, walk away. It's impossible to sell a house that is over priced and unreasonable.
What ended up happening to that client?
Brandon I'm not Licensed yet, but I wanted to know, could I receive a Fee from a Agent for leads if I'm a Telemarketer, or a Assistant?
They can pay you for the work you're doing but they can not share in the commissions unless you are licensed.
@@BrandonMulrenin Ok. I have a LLC, so they can pay my company for the services, correct?
You're a badass! Thank you!!
🙏
This is a wonderful and interesting channel. I found it very useful. worth subbing and liked ! a fellow creator g
