Pixel Watch owner here, 24hr battery life is when you wear the watch and don't even look or use it. If you actually make use of its features, it's about 12-14 hours before recharging it. If you don't recharge, you are screwed if you want to use it as a vibrating morning alarm or collect sleep data.

I will not buy until they bring the Google Assistant and Spotify music control. This is ridiculous. Edit: they already said they will not support 3rd part apps. Google killed the product. Excellent strategy, Google :(. Who cares 1-2 days of battery life on a Pixel watch.
If they wanted to kill the product, they shouldn't release it in the first place. Because now I'm not only done with Fitbit, I'm done with Google and it's Pixel blabla too. Stupid move.
Another regression compare to the first Sense: the swimming app no longer display the number of laps or length on the watch during the activity, you can only see a timer. It is only available on the phone App once the activity is done. Therefore, unlike Sense 1, Sense 2 is mostly useless for swimming. I also thought about using my Sense 1 for swimming and Sense 2 for other activities. But there is no way to have 2 Fitbit Sense on the same account...

I recently brought sense 2 and the retailer at the store told me it has on-wrist call features and now I couldn’t find any such features.I brought it specifically for calling purposes too. Can I return/exchange my product? Please someone help
Good video! After couple months having the Sense 2 (with previous experience with Versa 2 and Sense), I'm really disappointed. There's been a whole slew of issues with it - it seems to have been release just half-baked and Fitbit is not putting adequate effort into fixing and polishing the experience. After migration from Fitbit Pay to Google Wallet, my payments are not accepted at merchant terminals. There's some very weird behavior of the HR measurement. It seems to work decently on the watchface but during sports activities I often get just "--" 2 dashes and no value being displayed. Strength training with kettlebell (swings and get-ups) produces no active minutes - registers very low HR values, everything in the lowest zone, which is total non-sense (pun intended). Sometimes, sport activity does not record any HR - had to restart the watch. I think I'm done with Fitbit and aim to switch to Garmin Epix. The sport stats and features seem to be in completely different league there.
I have the sense and love it. Why would I go and spend $300 for a new sense 2 with less features? I think they need to the premium features without monthly fee. I don't see me getting this watch anytime soon.
Hi-thank you for your excellent review. Now that it is a year later would you recommend the Fitbit Sense-the ECG feature and is it reliable? Also would the step count be more reliable now on the watch. Is the Fitbit versa 4 best to get, or is the ECG and stress management addition of the Fitbit Sense impressionable for what it does, to buy over the Versa 4. I am needing your expertise a year later on which of the two to buy. Thank you.
Glad you find this helpful! The step count is alright but nothing has changed since its release. As far as ECG and stress management, based on my experience and working with cardiologists I can tell you the ECG is a very nice feature, but I wouldn't call it reliable and currently that applies to all smartwatches. The wrist is a very noisy area! If budget is the concern you wouldn't miss much but not having the ECG and the more useful stress management features.
@@RyansTechMedia Thank you for taking the time to respond back with your valuable information. This is very helpful with making my decision. I just wanted to know your opinion on the Fitbit options versus the Garmin Venu 3S. It is more money than the Fitbit Sense. However, by the time i do the Premium subscription on the Fitbit, and over time, that would add up yearly. Would you feel that particular Garmin would be an option over the Fitbit for me? I read that it is not as user friendly and more of a learning curve. I need your opinion with me considering this. I appreciate and thankful for your help with this.
You bet! You’re absolutely right about Garmin vs Fitbit. I’d recommend Venu 3 for a better battery life or Venu 3S for better aesthetics and more comfort. Garmin is in my opinion worth paying the extra and you’ll get used to the Ui and everything in no time. I have many Garmin videos as well.
After watching this it might be time to leave Fitbit. I really don't like the fact that Google bought them. I don't know what but it really bothers me. Apple Watch SE, huh? This might be the move. And you know what brought me here in the first place? My current watch, the OG Sense, one of the charging pins on the cable keeps getting stuck. And I just don't want to purchase my second one. Some of these design decisions are just plain dumb. Great video and new sub. THANK YOU!!!
Thanks for the great review. Not having support for 3rd party apps is a deal breaker. Pixel watch only has 1 day battery life which is also a deal breaker. Looks like Fitbit/Google doesn't have a product for me. I have a Galaxy s21, but Galaxy watch also has short battery life. Apple watch doesn't work great with Android. Now looking at Garmin Venu 2 for long battery life, and support for additional apps (e.g. Amazon music). Interested to know if there are any other serious contenders out there.
Thanks Brad! Well, there are other good brands too, like Polar and Suunto, but unfortunately there's no perfect smartwatch out there. All of them have their own pros and cons. But since you have an Android phone and you care about battery life, a Garmin watch like the Venu 2 Plus might the right choice (btw I don't think I've seen an Amazon music app for this watch, but there is Spotify and Deezer).
Great video! Another backside of this watch is the battery life, unfortunately. I have one for less than a month now and the battery is already not lasting for 24 hours (not using any of the high draining battery apps, except for GPS). I am returning it right away because of this.
@@RyansTechMedia I used for a maximum of three hours. But the battery was draining overnight, right after having recharged the watch. After seven hours of sleep I had 55-60% left, without using sPO2
@@ItchyKneeSon I reset the watch, installed only the basic features, changed the face, and now it lasts longer. So, basically, the battery lasts if you don’t use your watch.
Well, if you have a 50% discount regardless of your choice, you could try the Versa 4. But the thing is that now both Sense 2 and Versa 4 have become almost like simple activity trackers with all the downgrading. So maybe just save yourself $50 and get the Charge 5.
Do, any problem with the Fitbit sense to you have to sign up with that description that’s the only way it’s gonna work but it runs off for android but the maps when you’re doing your workout they don’t show up anymore but I’m fine with it
@@RyansTechMedia Ya there's a whole comment thread on the FitBit forum about the exercise app not working. I'm going to go with a Garmin Venu 2 S, I think... This time around I'll check out reviews before purchasing!
I’m so glad I watched your video as I was going to buy the Sense 2, but now I’m definitely not going to. It’s just not as good as I thought. Great video, with disappointing results of the Sense 2. Thank you for sharing. 👍
Battery Life is the best thing about the Sense. As the original Sense can last for days and up to past 1 week, even for an old watch. That's with syncing every morning to see health trends. I haven't came across other Smartwatches that are that capable. How about the new Apple watches?
@Ryan's Tech the apple watch ultra is better than the other Apple watches but does not come close to fitbit sense watches. Apple watch ultra last about 36 hours. Fitbit sense 6 days +.
Thank you! I'm not sure, but for these two feature here's a list: Irregular heart rhythm notifications are available in the following countries: American Samoa ᐧ Austria ᐧ Belgium ᐧ Canada ᐧ Chile ᐧ France ᐧ Germany ᐧ Guam ᐧ Hong Kong ᐧ Ireland ᐧ Italy ᐧ Luxembourg ᐧ Netherlands ᐧ Norway ᐧ Poland ᐧ Portugal ᐧ Puerto Rico ᐧ Romania ᐧ Spain ᐧ Sweden ᐧ Switzerland ᐧ United Kingdom ᐧ United States ᐧ U.S. Virgin Islands The ECG app is available on Fitbit Sense 2 and Fitbit Sense in the following countries: American Samoa ᐧ Australia ᐧ Austria ᐧ Belgium ᐧ Canada ᐧ Chile ᐧ Czech Republic ᐧ France ᐧ Germany ᐧ Guam ᐧ Hong Kong ᐧ India ᐧ Ireland ᐧ Italy ᐧ Luxembourg ᐧ Netherlands ᐧ New Zealand ᐧ Norway ᐧ Poland ᐧ Portugal ᐧ Puerto Rico ᐧ Romania ᐧ Singapore ᐧ South Africa ᐧ Spain ᐧ Sweden ᐧ Switzerland ᐧ United Kingdom ᐧ United States ᐧ U.S. Virgin Islands
I checked on iPhone and you can get notifications for regular text messages and WhatsApp (need to enable), but you can't respond. I think on Android you should be able to even respond voice messages. At least that's what I remember about Fitbit Sense.
@@RyansTechMedia i have android: Oneplus, and i want to buy Fitbit sense or the Fitbit sense 2. But the lack of the third parties makes me really concern. :(
@@karandmac614 I upgraded from the Versa 2 to the Sense 2 however I returned it back today. It really has no features at all compared to the previous Versa 2. No third-party apps, no music support, I couldn't download any apps from the fitbit gallery just watch faces. I also worked out with it and when I was doing cardio it noted my HR to be much less than the actual cardio workout. I was greatly disappointed and unless you want to wait for updates I wouldnt recommend.
I did this exactly. As purely a feature watch rather than “smart” I do like the features. $200 while steep didn’t feel unreasonable for this neutered release. The nice display won me over. Still hoping third party apps might be allowed someday.
Bryan, for this purpose it's not the best choice, tbh. What I would recommend is a watch from Garmin or Apple and an accompanying chest strap from Polar or Garmin for the most accurate HR measurement. amzn.to/3jwAhBR amzn.to/3C3zwqp
Getting rid of the 3rd party apps is the best thing Fitbit has done for the past 4-5 years. They were poorly implemented and caused several connection sync issues with the phone. Pandora and Deezer only worked with premium accounts, while Spotify was only used to control the music on your phone, nothing more. Also, adding Google Wallet and Google Maps is more than counterbalancing the loss of the app store. My Versa4 is the 1st Fitbit I've owned (previously, I had Versa2 and the Ionic) that is fluid and has zero connection problems. If you want a full spec Smartwatch get the Google Watch (and with that a one-day battery) or a Premium Fitness tracker that offers the basic functionality of a Smartwatch and still has 6 days battery get the Sense2 or Versa4.
I didn't get a chance to try out the watch for serious activity tracking, but for normal to moderate usage it's fine. Usually many smartwatches this range can't keep up HR tracking above a certain level.
Great vid. Very informative. I just got my Sense 2 today and in setting it up I find out I cannot use the ECG because I have a pacemaker and a past history of A-FIB. Bummer, since that is the major reason I bought it. Should I return it and go with the less expensive Versa? What would you do??????
Thank you! If I wanted to stay with Fitbit I probably would. But on the other hand, with Versa 4 you won't get the continuous all day body response (EDA), so if that's ok with you then mostly definitely switching to Versa 4 makes sense. All the best to you.
So if I buy the original Fitbit sense it will still have all the features (like the wifi etc) that the sense 2 doesn’t? Also I have an Apple phone. Do you think it is more worth my time to get the sense or the Apple SE watch? I just want basic fitness, sleep and health features. I’m not a professional but I want to lose weight and track my health. Thanks!
That's correct Mirina! You can have apps and wifi on Sense. It's certainly a good watch, but for a truly connected experience with your iPhone you might want to consider Apple Watch SE (2022) if you think you can manage a daily charging routine. If you prefer a longer battery life then Fitbit Sense makes more sense!!
@@RyansTechMedia Thank you for answering me. I’m not very tech savvy so I never know what to believe but you seem to know what you’re talking about! So I will certainly look more into the Apple Watch. Thanks again :)
No worries! Now that you're in the market for a smartwatch you can check out my latest video Polar Ignite 3 which has an interesting feature that I really liked especially when trying to lose weight and then some of my Garmin Venu 2 Plus videos. With these two watches you kind of lose some of the smart features you'd normally see on an Apple Watch for example but their sensors are great. But at the end of the day, remember there is no perfect smartwatch unfortunately out there, so after some basic researching just go for what your heart likes more!
@@RyansTechMedia I will defiantly give that video a look. I’m now interested in what feature you found interesting! I am looking more for the health/sleep/weight loss features, other features are more a bonus. So I’ll keep my eye out for what seems to fit best. It can be confusing but your videos are really helping 😊
I have a Versa 2 that has been very useful but now needing replacement as the battery is dying. I was disappointed when Fitbit stopped connectivity with 3rd party apps. I will not buy another Fitbit.
If you want the continuous stress measurement, Google Maps and Google Wallet (to be released) Sense 2 otherwise if it's essential for you to have access to third-party apps then Sense is the best choice. But the thing is they might in the future make the third-party apps available for Sense 2 as well, but there is no guarantee here. And lastly the touch indent on the Sense is more tricky to use than the actual button on Sense 2.
I'm a cancer patient who wants to track my heartrate and sleep patterns. the cancer is in my chest and affects my heart, and from what I've read, my resting heartrate may take months or even years after chemo to get back to a healthy place. Despite the cons of the Sense 2, do you think it's still the best option for my needs? I know the Apple 8 has a lot of the same functions, and I'd be willing to pay the extra $ for it, except for the terrible battery life. Do you have any recommendations for the best watch for me? Also, I live in the US (California) and I have an iPhone SE, in case that influences your recommendation.
First of all, I wish you a speedy recovery and full health. There is no doubt that the Apple Watch is the best choice for iPhone when it comes to smartwatch features. But if you look at other watches like the Sense 2 from a fitness tracking point of view, they're very capable. I'm going to recommend you the Sense 2 and the Garmin Venu 2 Plus (link in the description). The first one (Sene 2) because of aFib detection and great analytics (but behind a paywall) and the second one (Venu 2 Plus) for great accuracy of their sensors like heart rate, etc. Both have a great battery life and in my tests they both track my sleep very similarly. Of course the sleep data is not exactly the same because they have different algorithms but in my opinion they both do a great job. And lastly the stress management which is very important to your health, especially during your treatment and recovery period, is a feature of both of these watches, but despite Sense's cool EDA measurement which is based on your sweat glands I think the stress data from the Venu 2 Plus is more straightforward and better understood. If you end up getting yourself an AW8 then you just need a trial week to learn how you use the watch and then come up with some kind of charging schedule, especially one that makes sure you have enough charge for sleep tracking during night. Some people get used to this and some others get sick of this charging routine after a while. BTW I have some videos about the Venu 2 Plus too that you can watch if you want to. I hope this helps!
The back side I'm not sure, but since it's not usually exposed it should be fine. The screen's scratch resistance is not best in class. It's more resistant to bumps and impacts.
Ryan's Tech: new to your channel, I really liked the review you did on the Fitbit sense 2. I'm currently in the market for a smart watch, however I don't know to much about them! I'd like the watch to be able to track my sleep, o2 sensor, track my distance walking and others that I'm not aware of. What do you recommend? Is the fitbit sense a good one? What's the best watch for price point.. open because I'm aware in today's market equal things can be bought just without the big store brand names... thanks
Hi Scott, welcome aboard! Do you exercise regularly too? If so what is your primary type of activity? Running outdoors, open water swimming, weight lifting, ... The Fitbit Sense and Sense 2 are both good watches. But there are better options in terms of accuracy of your heart rate, GPS tracking, etc. (You might want to watch the next video hopefully coming out this week or next). And one more thing, do you have an Android phone or an iPhone?
Currently you can't, but at some point in the future with a software update (not sure when), you can answer phone calls on your wrist via Bluetooth which means your phone has to be nearby.
Thank you very much for such a good video! I am looking for a smartwatch, which can measure HRV and sleep patters (REM Sleep, deep sleep, etc). I am not interested to use it as a sport watch. Which smartwatch would you recommend for me? Thank you very much in advance
My pleasure @Inga 8! Many watches these days track all stages of sleep. Fitbit watches usually do a good job in this category. You can also track your HRV with Fitbit Sense 2, but to see your trends and significant changes over time you need to become a premium member. If you have an iPhone, then Apple Watch 8 is pretty good too and it can track both your HRV and sleep patterns, but the downside is a shorter battery life. And as a third option you can also buy a watch like Garmin Venu 2 Plus that also does a great job with sleep tracking and can track your HRV on demand and has a great battery life. The downside is that it doesn't show any trends of your HRV over time, but individual snapshots of your HRV measurements. I've been using this watch for nearly a year now and have several videos about it on the channel if you're interested. The HRV on the Fitbit Sense is only available in the these countries: Canada, United States, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Asia Pacific, Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Latin America, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay. Thanks so much for watching!
@@RyansTechMedia Ryan, thank you very much for your answer. As it might be difficult to get watch with HRV function, I want at least a watch, which will measures heart rate accurately. At the moment I have no watch, I checked Garmin Venu 2 and it lookes very bulky, especially for a small wrist. I dont really need high end model and plenty of features and sport tracking. Do you think Apple 5 series are also good enough? Accurate heart rate, oxygen level, accurate sleep report with all 3 phases are very important for me. I dont have anything from apple, but if it is the best alternative I might need to switch to some affordable models.
It sounds like you have an iPhone. In that case, sure watchOS 9 which is the latest operating system of apple watches is compatible with Apple Watch 5 I believe and all Apple watches have great heart rate sensor, similar to Garmin. By the way, Garmin Venu 2 Plus that I have is actually a bit smaller than the Venu 2, unlike what the name suggests and Garmin has another one called Venu 2S which is the smallest one. But I think you'd be happy with an Apple Watch. Another good, but more affordable option is Apple Watch SE (2022). All these watches are great at those things you care about the most, but with Apple watches you just need to get used to a charging routine especially one that's a few hours before your bedtime just to make sure the watch won't die during your sleep.
@@RyansTechMedia just a last question, as I dont own apple, what about Garmin Venu SQ, would it have accurate puls, heart, sleep measurements? Thank you so much, best channel!
Sorry sometimes it's easy to miss the replies here. So you're referring to the old model right? This one: amzn.to/3XAVB8K Its heart rate tracking is not as good as the newer models, but it's still acceptable for the price. The accuracy especially declines during fitness activities like strength training. But for this price it does a decent job tracking heart rate and sleep patterns with a great battery life.
It's a shame what Google did to those of us who trust Fitbit. Even the watch has 4 gigabytes of storage (which was for offline music) that was left without any use. I had ordered the first Sense because listening to music without carrying the phone was important, and they removed the function that was already included. Really embarrassing. Google never again.
I bought my fitbit Versa 2 less than a year ago, but I lost my receipt and it died for no apparent reason and I'm out $150. Nothing I can do but warn you these watches are not worth the money you are paying for them. My Wife's watch died too, but she had her receipt so they replaced it, but you don't expect that it would die in less than a year when you pay that much for it. Never again.
Would you say a Sense 2 is a good upgrade from a Charge 3? I already have a smart watch for 3rd party apps/gps, but I want to solely be able to monitor health stats on the side when working out. Since the Sense 2 offers the most health features from FitBit, I was hoping it would be a good upgrade!
i use this watch for more than a week, the disappointed point that i found is Bluetooth connection is weak, its directly disconnected even i put the phone inside the room and i just go out from the room. the other disappointed point just same with the video, limited features for different country, need sync to phone before you read the sleeping score from watch, dont know how long the period of 'coming soon' meaning, no 3rd party apps thats really boring, only can change the tiles in apps, and lastly, more features is locked unless buy the membership.
@@RyansTechMedia lolx. i still wear it like normal even i think sense 2 is not valued for that price. i just like its long battery life, thats why i choose sense 2 rather from samsung watch or waiting for new google watch launching.
Hey i have fitbit charge 4 watch. Its a tracker . I bought this in 2020 and now i want to upgrade it to a smart wach. My question is in charge4 the steps and calories that it shows is wrong. If i move my hand it counts as a step so is that happening in the latest watches too? Also the calories are going 1500+ per day which is also wrong. Plz answer
At least the step counting in Sense 2 is still not that impressive. No smartwatch in the market can count the steps 100% correctly, but there are better options than Sense and Sense 2 when it comes to this feature.
I just wanted a watch for apps and calls and easy control of my phone. Do t care anything about fitness. After hearing those features it does not have.. noooo way am I buying this. This would have been my 1st watch
It’s really clear and lots of information about this smartwatch , thanxx for agood review , My friend just bought Fitbit sense 2, he told me some thing about this one he said he can leave the telefoon at house and going to jogging and telefoon keep connecting with Watch and can listen to music or even radio via gps , I don’t know if this right or not ?
No 3rd party apps? I am decided. Not getting this watch even if it's $79 on sale. There is an ecosystem out there that makes up for the onboard software shortcomings and they blocked it out. What were they thinking. Calculator Pomdoro TIMERS Those are my top used apps on Fibit Versa 1.0. Sense 2 sounds like garbage. Pixel watch is nice but charging it after 13 hours of use from experience is pretty garbage too.
The Sense 2 is awful. Along with many Fitbits, the heart rate sensor sucks balls and has been shown to be highly inaccurate especially during higher intensity activity. The GPS is mediocre too. The EDA is a gimmick. The only thing it performs well on is the sleep tracker
A terrible watch, loads of issues even with the replacement I got. Keeps shutting down, doesn’t record heart rate during exercise. Even changing display settings is terrible, no back option when you change settings. Just don’t get it, save your money.
I've had the Sense 2 for a short time and I'm satisfied so far. However, my demands are not very high. However, one thing bothers me: why does my phone ringtone have to be ON for the Fitbit to indicate the call? I need to have my phone on silent in the office and would like to be notified of calls discreetly at the Fitbit. But that doesn't work if my cell phone is silent. Dumb.
@@RyansTechMedia Nope. Samsung with Android 13 & OneUI5. Maybe it has something to do with the country - Germany. But when I turn on the toggle for calls, I'm even told that it doesn't work when the phone is silent.
@@RyansTechMedia I was still able to solve the problem. With silent (mobile) the call is not transmitted to the Fitbit. But it works in vibrate mode. I then simply turn off the vibration for calls on my cell phone, which means it's virtually silent. But finally got the calls on the Fitbit.

Pixel Watch owner here, 24hr battery life is when you wear the watch and don't even look or use it.

I think I'm done with Fitbit and aim to switch to Garmin Epix. The sport stats and features seem to be in completely different league there.
💯
BTW if you want ECG on your watch, then the Venu 2 Plus from Garmin would be the one. Currently it's only available in the US though.
@@RyansTechMedia Thanks. ECG is not a key feature for me.

I have many Garmin videos as well.
thank you for your frank opinion and seriously comparing this sense 2 and apple watch 8 .
Galaxy Watch Pro? I like mine and been getting 3-4 days of battery. I did get as a deal by trading in my galaxy watch 3
Great video! Another backside of this watch is the battery life, unfortunately. I have one for less than a month now and the battery is already not lasting for 24 hours (not using any of the high draining battery apps, except for GPS). I am returning it right away because of this.
Thanks Carlo! How much approximately did you use the GPS in one single day, if you don't mind me asking?
@@RyansTechMedia I used for a maximum of three hours. But the battery was draining overnight, right after having recharged the watch. After seven hours of sleep I had 55-60% left, without using sPO2

so i'm being offered a 50% discount to replace my Charge 4.. do you think I should go with the Charge 5 or the Vera 4 for $50 more (after tax)
Well, if you have a 50% discount regardless of your choice, you could try the Versa 4. But the thing is that now both Sense 2 and Versa 4 have become almost like simple activity trackers with all the downgrading. So maybe just save yourself $50 and get the Charge 5.
Do, any problem with the Fitbit sense to you have to sign up with that description that’s the only way it’s gonna work but it runs off for android but the maps when you’re doing your workout they don’t show up anymore but I’m fine with it
No 3rd party apps is big slap in the face to the fit app developer community!
Couldn't agree with you more!
How is your impression with the stress monitoring. Is it accurate?
I got one but I'm going to return it. So sad, the exercise app refuses to work! It only worked twice and a reset of the watch didn't help.
Yep, I'm starting to see a pattern here. People are returning this watch. Very disappointing launch so far.

What isn't so good is that the strap keeps detaching from the watch on the original Sense, not sure about the S2.
Might want to clean out the strap indents. Mine worked fine for over a year.
Battery Life is the best thing about the Sense. As the original Sense can last for days and up to past 1 week, even for an old watch. That's with syncing every morning to see health trends. I haven't came across other Smartwatches that are that capable. How about the new Apple watches?
The new Apple watches can't match that yet. But the Apple Watch Ultra has a longer battery life.
@Ryan's Tech the apple watch ultra is better than the other Apple watches but does not come close to fitbit sense watches. Apple watch ultra last about 36 hours. Fitbit sense 6 days +.

Have they fixed the heart tracking that was way off in sense 1
Personally, I would return it. I also have current irregular heartbeats (no pacemaker), and my Sense has never detected anything.
I feel you 100%!
So according to you which is best sense or sense 2 ?
If you want the continuous stress measurement, Google Maps and Google Wallet (to be released) Sense 2 otherwise if it's essential for you to have access to third-party apps then Sense is the best choice. But the thing is they might in the future make the third-party apps available for Sense 2 as well, but there is no guarantee here. And lastly the touch indent on the Sense is more tricky to use than the actual button on Sense 2.
It has Bluetooth(i think) calling now but that might only work for Android
Thanks for sharing. I'll write an update!

Interesting take on this watch, to me it sounds always held back by google because they are adjusting the specs compared to the pixel watch

The HRV on the Fitbit Sense is only available in the these countries:
Canada, United States, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Asia Pacific, Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Latin America, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay.
This one: amzn.to/3XAVB8K
Its heart rate tracking is not as good as the newer models, but it's still acceptable for the price.
The privacy policy is a dealbreaker. I don't want my health data in the cloud.
That's for sure a good upgrade Aubree! If you'd said Charge 5 though I'd have to say not necessarily the greatest upgrade.

Don't buy, versa 2 have factory issue with button, very fast will stop working you can check that on forums
Dumb.
I'm curious Jana, do you perhaps use it with an iPhone? Or is it an Android phone?
@@RyansTechMedia Nope. Samsung with Android 13 & OneUI5. Maybe it has something to do with the country - Germany. But when I turn on the toggle for calls, I'm even told that it doesn't work when the phone is silent.
@@RyansTechMedia I was still able to solve the problem. With silent (mobile) the call is not transmitted to the Fitbit. But it works in vibrate mode. I then simply turn off the vibration for calls on my cell phone, which means it's virtually silent. But finally got the calls on the Fitbit.
