@@monkymann5834 As much as this may be annoying: CVs deserve it as they are so broken it isnt fun anymore...They completely remove most Vision gameplay and thought put into from WG and the players...Its stupid. To add to that. Apparently CVs never detonated, never had large fires and floodings only competent Damage Control Partys were able to solve and apparently CVs have the entire US-war industry (1944-Edition) packed into a single ship...They are unbalanced, unbalanceable, frustrating to play against and not good for this game. ALSO add to that, that most CV players sniff glue harder than most BB-players and you get a really really toxic game class which, ontop of enabling glue sniffing World Champions to punch far above their weight: if played by an actually competent player they are even more broken and abused so hard your AA might aswell jack each other off. Which they already did before but even harder

This was one of the hardest WoWs fights i have seen in a while.
Really hard to watch. Given not knowing it will end up in "Victory", would have stopped it way early.
its only hard because he made it hard...not shooting at that shima made the game that much harder

The Zao not shooting that Shima in the early game hurts. Instead shooting a healthy GK... Also, the shima was already open at the point we saw the torps. So. if map awareness is already called magic: Yes, you are a magician :)
By the World of Warships playberbase's standards, yes, map awareness is definitely magic.
It was making me rage quite hard too. Since we're in a "toxic" video... What kind of bloody fool in a ZAO, of all ships, doesn't shoot at a SHIMAKAZE 13 Km away? That should be punishable by law.
That, and there was only one DD on each team, and they were both shimas
it legit made me check the comments to see if anybody else was as ticked as I was. i hate being a BB main when my cruisers play like this guy and complain when *I* haven't killed the DD

A tip of the cap to our Mighty Salt Lord for demonstrating how to deliver a withering critique of the CV rework without ruining the party in the process. This video, along with the recent "fun police" intro where AP rockets smother a CA with no real counterplay, are stinging rebukes to the CV rework without wallowing in an endless rant. @The Mighty Jingles the CV guy you spoke about who didnt want to spot i had a few unfortunate rounds with him yesterday too.. he attacks our DDs then pushes straight up the middle and gives a free first blood to the enemy team for four games straight

Damn that is far closer than anyone would want it to be, and maybe the closest victory I've seen Jingles air to date. Well done Toxic Emperor and the other members of your team that helped you hang on to that pitiful amount of health for so long!
They really need to make it so that any shell that so much as scratches the Smolensk's citadel does full citadel damage. Against a ship that fragile you shouldn't even need the bursting charge. The kinetic energy of the shell alone should shear it in half.
Honestly Jingles, We don't need intros from you. Just the sound of your voice is enough for us to work harder in these salt mines.
I was listening to this while I was playing ships. Jingles would make a good baseball announcer. He "calls" the game well enough you can opt to listen and not ever watch.

I think the painkillers are getting to the old gnome. "I think there's a Shimakaze over there". Yes, there was - he was spotted for several seconds before he let all those torps go. And "we might have a Meme-taur here". Um ... no.... he popped smoke during the very first encounter. You don't get smoke AND radar. Get some more sleep, Admiral sir. Ok, back to the mines.

Actually Jingles, you CAN citadel a Smolensk in a BB. I recently had a game where I hit a Smolensk citadel with a Yamato and he may have even been broadside when it happened, but I know how the internet works so I shall look back through my replays and upload it to my channel if I find it.

Finally a Zao in your replays :) So far my only tier 10 ship.
I still haven't managed to pull of a magical battle like that but it sure is a dynamic and versatile ship.
Dodging shells is fun, fire starting is fun and the AP does hurt when it needs to.
Zao is considered the poster child of powercreep in WoWS, but it's still a great ship if you know what you're doing. It's also a more self-sustaining, less team-reliant ship, which is definitely a good thing in WoWS current state
you can use the VLC media player (its free) to record a copy of any youtube video - then you only need to edit it to get your intro

This is the furthest forward I've ever seen a IJN CA go. I honestly thought he was lost when he hit the Cap ring. A Zao, no less. I've never seen a Zao load AP either. Just crazy.

I suppose the enemy CV does have the defence of expecting a 9k health Smolensk to be able to deal with a Zao on 1300hp, at which point his position in the A cap is a safe one, although it is entirely reasonable to say he shouldn't have been anywhere near there just in case the Shima wasn't running Det flags (I thought Det flags were mandatory on a DD...?) and the Smole potatoes against said 1300hp Zao...
It must have been so satisfying to get the win after the cocky early celebration from the guy on the other team (Who was notably quiet at the end...)

ACKSHULLY, Jingles, I see you use the library citation form of that famous Japanese admiral: “Yamamoto, Isoroku”. Which name in normal usage would be Isoroku Yamamoto. Well done, sir!
Last name-first name is the Japanese order, which last year became the official recommendation for non-Japanese media as well. That's how the unique commander's name is displayed in the game, too.
An observation. When I'm playing Wows my AA gets better result when the planes are targeting someone else

The first half of this match is how every single match I get into goes except instead of coming back my team just gets flat out wiped out and usually I’m the only one with a kill by the end of it. Most matches the enemy team only loses maybe one or two ships

I've been playing this game since it was only two tech tree lines (US and IJN). I play this game for fun. I spend real money on this game.
- Then the "Fun Police" made carriers OP.
- Then the "Fun Police" power crept good ships (even though those ships are good in their own right)
- Then the "Fun Police" let new players with no experience and no other ships buy tier 10 premium ships.
Pretty soon the "Fun Police" will suck all of the fun out of this game and I will stop playing it and spend my money on something else.
I've been playing for that long too. I remember the old RTS Fun Police, who were so, so much more OP than the current version, capable of spotting the entire map simultaneously, whilst also dev-striking t10 BBs from full health at will.
Jingles, RUclips isnt the only place you can download your own video's. Did you forget floatplane you silly old man? XD
