Very good upgrade Dave, I know that it is going to run a lot better.
Thanks Gregory, I was a bit disappointed to see it had no grease in the diffs that’s why it had more of a gearing metal noise when running on brushed, much quieter now since I added some and is much smoother so should last a long time even though there was no damage to the diff gears at all!
Great vid, should go pretty well with that combo! I've got a very similar one in a 1/10 buggy, 2s is ok, but 3s is great.

Hi Dave Nice one you have finally done the brushless mod you will love it.. On mine i changed the wheels and tyre's for more speed..lol, but its fast on stock wheels. On 3s it will be a bit of a hand full wanting to flip over..lol..Have fun my Brother. Thumbs up from me.
Cheers bro yeah the tyres aren't the best for grip I know, I had trouble trying to keep it straight on 3s when it was brushed lol.. But I'll leave em on when I test it on 2s, thanks for watching! 👍
Hi i changed the 9200e over with basically the same brushless system and mine seems slow.... I calibrated the throttle but it seems maybe a little faster than brushed
I just did the same upgrade to a friends 9204E. I shall try and get video before he crashes it
should run well!!!

Can you use the original controller (2.4 ghz) with a 2.4 ghz compatible receiver? I don’t want to spend on a controller if I don’t have to. Is a steering actuator upgrade necessary too?
Hi mate no you will not be able to use the stock transmitter with an aftermarket receiver and if you are upgrading to brushless you will have to change the steering servo as well, thanks for watching
Do you know what pinion gear module it has?
I used the stock pinion so what ever spec that is bro
No need to change servo if using stock remote right?
You will have to change the servo to 3wire if going brushless
So now you got around $100 in to this lil rig? Well with using the servo out of that junky car and having your own controller and receiver? Nice lil easy build looked like. Thanks for sharing and hope to see your speed test and run with this lil rig😊

Why should you change the transmitter? If i dont change the transmitter, i will change only esc n machine, will it be a problem? Plss reply, thx
You have to change everything if you go brushless conversion, the esc, the motor and servo and also the transmitter and receiver, you can not use the old standard transmitter with brushless
Do you know about pxtoys 9204e brushless version? If i use pxtoys 9204e brushless version, and i will change motor and esc, should i change everything?
There is no 9204e brushless model that I’m aware of, only brushed

Hi Aaron no once you upgrade to brushless you will have to use a 3rd party remote and receiver for the esc
What kind of lips or battery upgrade you may recommend for stock motor and esc
Do you know what servo size it has?
Pretty sure it’s a standard 12th scale size servo as it’s not as large as the 10th scale ones, thanks for watching mate
