Kinda weird pero masarap na Ube Champorado Halo-halo! Swak na mainit na almusal o merienda dahil sa pabugso bugsong ulan pero summer feels pa rin! Try this #simpol recipe for the family!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups - Malagkit rice
4 cups - Water
2 tbsp - Ube flavoring
1 cup - Ube halaya
3/4 cups - Evaporated milk
1/2 tsp - Salt
1/2 cup - Sugar
1/2 cup - Evaporated milk
1/2 cup - Powdered milk
1/2 cup - Sugar
Assemble:
Langka
Kaong
Red beans
Corn
Leche flan
Desiccated coconut
Grated cheese
