    Hi , we used to eat bhaley , but dont know how to make it. Being in Bhutia culture didnt understands what u say,, it will be better if u add subtitles

      Yes u can use but u will not get the same result as the yeast one

    Because you have taken flat bowl rather than adeep bowl, you think that dough doesn't rise properly, dough risen horizontally rather than a vertically.

    Bloody Indian govt. Justhaving the lama doesn't end the duty. The Ministry of culture should have Tibetan cuisines or at least these similar options showcased too. Tibetan govt (representatives) should make efforts in this regard too.

    I think you don’t that much yeast to make a bread...it still come out good and yummy.. I have never used yeast in my entire life and I make bread almost every day..

    In subtitles typed 1 tea sp yeast and you are putting 1 tab sp yeast , what's the proper proportion of an yeast ?

    We call it Khambir in Ladakh. And we make them on fire and hot coal. Very tasty

    Wow that looks soooo good!! I think for clarity here you say "tsp" but you mean actually "tbsp". And the "curd" is probably something closest to like greek yogurt of things we can buy here.
