Sound is very low please improve the sound
Phing is made of Mung bean flour. Same white laphing flour.
No idea I used the phong of rice flour
@@DickeyDolrecipes not just you many people think like that. There are potato phing also but Tibetan phing is made of mung bean flour.
Absolutely right, phing isn’t rice noodles, it’s mung bean( dal) noodles. I like how u cook our Tibetan food so well.

Yes you are right and in English it’s called Sichuan pepper
@@DickeyDolrecipes It’s not English name so we can say Erma Tibetan or Himalayan pepper. Sichaun is Gya nak. This Erma grows in Himalayan region also.
my logo momo always sticks to the bottom n only half comes out. wat could b the reason .
Hi
1. It might be your untensil / pot is thin as it gives better result in thick one.
2. You have to apply 1 to 2 tbsp of oil on it.
3. Add half cover water of logo mono so it will not stick.
4. Cook it in a medium flame. And it will cook within 10 mins.
5. Have to stay near by kitchen so you can easily check as you will hear the sound of burn while it’s water is drying up. So that time you can turn the flame into low.

The audio is very low this time
The water was brown… when you were adding it to the loco momo… when it had just turned brown… why is it brown? Is it from the black fungus..?
