You can also flatten the small dough ball with oil instead of flour. Doing it with flour will make the oil brown when frying them.
But to each their own. The breakfast looks good and delicious

Yes you are right normally we use oil for that but I use it for perfect shape otherwise doing with oil doesn’t Give a perfect shape. But thank you for your suggestion 🙏
