Is uber in hualien generally afforable as im wondering if it would be cheaper to book a driver or just taxi to diff locations i.e swallow gratto, this atv and the qixingtan beach in hualien. There is no Uber on the east coast, I use LINE taxi there. My friend drove us to the location in the AM but, if you go with this SUP company, you can ask t them to arrange a taxi pick up. At least that’s what I was told! I think it’s around maybe $500 NTD. If you have a few people then you can split it!
I was there during the mid autumn festival so, it was hot for me and that water was nice. I grew up on the Atlantic Ocean in Canada so, to me that is cold haha
