    I have mine (blue dial) for two years now, and it's a great watch for the price. I did pay U$ 700,00 at the Zurich airport shop. Use it every day.

    Fully agree. Also, don't forget the Ballade. Same or similar movement, but with an art deco-ish dial. I found mine brand new, at a UK discount clothing retailer for 250GBP, which is exceptional value for money.

    • @DeadLemonz

      Because they heavily promote the PRX even though the gentleman has better finishing and a slightly better movement

    • @timepieceofart
      @timepieceofart  Месяц назад

      I think that the PRX really made the whole "old money" look more accessible to everyone and was definitely more promoted, but i can't deny that the gentleman is a better watch overall

    I have the ice blue version. Normally my sweet spot is 38-39mm but even at 40mm this was an excellent fit on my wrist. It’s comfortable, and best of all maybe I got lucky but my watch does -1 second a day

    • @timepieceofart
      @timepieceofart  Месяц назад

      I agree, it does wear true to it's size. How do you like the blue dial, a lot of people complain about the crosshair on the green dial

    • @nocturnalag7695
      @nocturnalag7695 Месяц назад

      @@timepieceofart That was the main reason I didn't get the green gentleman and I really wanted to get the green version as I love the ice blue a lot. The cross sadly has been a deal breaker for many and I just wish they'd make one without it. I ended up getting a Seiko spb289 mystic forest and absolutely zero regrets for my green watch
      The ice blue gentleman is great. It looks and feels good on the wrist, and it gets a lot of time in the warmer months as I wear a lot of navy / darker blue and white clothes and the ice blue has a great contrast. The accuracy being -1 second a day is great too I just wind it a few seconds every couple days a bad adjust the time once a month. Yeah I wish it was 28800vph but 80hr standby is a nice tradeoff

    I owned a Gentelman (blue, crosshair dial) but sold it off since it wears too large. I would rebuy it immediately if Tissot ever makes one in a 37/38mm size, since I love the dial that much.

    This model doesn’t get its deserved attention, unfortunately. It is a much more mature and elegant choice than the bland popular PRX, imo.
