I wrote his words in my journal - "Letting go gives us freedom. Freedom is the only condition for happiness."
The material world tells us to pursue "the dream" of purchasing and owning more and more and more... alas, it is never enough and leaves us feeling exhausted, anxious and disappointed. It has taken me so long to understand Thich Nhat Hanh's simple, but life changing message. Love and light and freedom to everyone.

O Great Monk, my salutation to you!! Yes, one who suffers a lot gives out the same amount of suffering, as if pouring out the venom from within!!
Rabindranath has put very beautifully, 'দণ্ডিতের সাথে দণ্ডদাতা কাঁদে যবে সমান আঘাতে সর্বশ্রেষ্ঠ সে বিচার'। He has advocated for tremendous amount of empathy from the one dispensing justice for the convict. This is possible only when there is mindful listening to what propelled the person turn to convict.
We humans are Children of that Immortal Bliss. অমৃতস্য পুত্রা।

The video is a little too rushed to fully justify the depth of the teachings. But then again, every sentence uttered has so much depth that it deserves to be meditated upon to fully understand and realize it.
    Fantastic selection of teachings though!

Teachings are very good but there is something off with the speed of the voice, too fast, he always spoke slowly with pauses, this one seems over the speed limit!

Do not shut people you love out of your lives because you disagree with them. Embrace them. You have disagreements. But yours, or theirs, may come from suffering. Their view may never match your view. But if there is common ground, enjoy that ground. Enjoy that friendship.

I also perceived it that way. It seemed to me like it's his AI-generated voice or something like that. Still, I think it is a nice compilation of his beautiful teachings. Thanks for this contribution. A lotus flower to all 🪷

i thought perhaps they had a monk read what seems to be a script compiled from many different teachings. All the different clips from the original recordings edited together might not sound very good or flow very well. But the video is, i think, lovely and well put together.

Les moines bouddhistes sont réconfortants, ils nous ancrent paisiblement dans l'existence. Ils sont la preuve du meilleur de l'homme. Pas juste un argument.

sometimes the sheppard must go at the wolf, peace is not always the answer. When the man do what needs to be done then he can rest and find peace, you earn peace, you don't live in it
