  • This week we install long tube headers on the caprice ppv. There is one thing that you have to do for them to fit though. These long tube headers should help the L77 6.0L breath and make more power. Stay tuned, as we are one step closer to getting the LSA Blower on there!

    Awesome brother. I've seen ones where guys are beating real estate out of their headers because of the oil cooler. That is way easier. Thank you.

      He says they are Pace setter and the part number. I've heard of those for small block chevys

    I have read some headers might clear the oil cooler, I think Doug Thorley headers that will fit a G8 or SS. Anyone else know for sure?

      @repairandsharegarage  2 года назад +2

      probably not; There are so many LS engines running without them that I figured it would be fine, but there are aftermarket options if you wanted to have an oil cooler

      I dont really know! I got one recently that claimed it was ls3 swapped and I have the 823 heads as well. Naturally the guy sold it to me and 2 days later the transmission let's go

      I was gonna have local exhaust shop hook me up or I might just buy couple universal exhaust adapters 2.5” to 3” and cut that donut off to have straight pipe to pipe connection to weld
