How do you find it so far? Any issues with the black smearing / ghosting? Looking for monitors G32QC is on the list. Will be using this both for gaming and documents related work

This is misleading. The real VG32VQ got 400 nits 144hz. I think you meant vg32vq1B or vg32vq1BR. Maby you can talk about it in another video. That would be great
Well I trusted you and bought the Gigabyte one. I'm really loving it so far, however, there's one thing I think any potential buyer of this monitor should be aware of, which is wobbling. My G32QC wobbles even when I'm casually typing like I do at the moment. Other than that, no problem at all. One more thing, this monitor accepts 4K 60 hz HDR signal from my Series X, which is awesome.
I've narrowed my next monitor down to this one I think. Since you posted this about a month ago, have you found anything else that you don't like about the monitor? Thanks!

Honestly I've got to know, did you adjust the brightness level on the G32QC at all? If not, maybe it's just your camera but it looks very washed out compared to the asus. I don't like the low light on the asus personally, but if the gigabyte comes that washed out maybe I'll get neither. Let me know. very curious.
It is by default set to non standard gamma settings out of the box. Changing the gamma from gamma 3 to gamma 4 sets the gamma to standard 2.2 which looks much better
Yeah, but the difference is that when the gigabyte was on sale he costed 3380R$, while the Asus costed me 2380R$. Is it worth a thousand bucks the difference?
Not to mention, the gigabyte contrast ratio is actually 5,000:1 and not really 3,000:1. They actually under quote this spec, it's been tested on many channels. I have it, love it.

I had a VG32VQ1BR the static picture quality was great , but it was noticably dark with its 250 nits and it had terribly bad motion blurr in many games , and it had some terribly bad ghosting on any settings in my experience ! There was no way of geting rid of it , the ghosting was bad on it ! If VG32VQ1B is the same as VG32VQ1BR then its going to be a regretable buy if you dislike ghosting ( Smearing and traces) and motion blurr ! I was able to return it , to pick another one ! Deffo do not recommend !

@@furtado83 eu, dependendo do valor iria de painel 2k. Já que 32 polegadas, por ser um monitor e utilizar bem próximo, acaba aparecendo muito mais os pixels, e também da mais longevidade ao seu produto.
Personally, i run the Asus (all 3 of them) at 30% brightness as i dont sit out in the sun when i use them 😂 It`s _very_ good in medium to low light room use, way too bright at 100%.
Yeah it's a personal choice as i see it. I like the Asus one since i don't mind for brightness that much. Both monitors are great 👍 all i care is 32' and 165hz since I've never used one or playing on once before 😂

If the brightness is like in the video i think it will be fine since you will not be gaming on the highest brightness settings on monitor for me anyway. The More important question is does the gigabyte downscale a 4k picture to 1440p because I know the asus can do it because I have the Asus Vg32vq1b and it is good for Ps 5/Series X. And I would change the name in the title to (VG32VQ1B) instead of (VG32VQ)

Depends. If you sit really close to your monitor and have good eyesight, you should go with a 27" because you'll get higher pixel density at the same resolution. If you have the space and don't mind a dip in pixel density, then 32" all the way. I personally don't like having a curve on a 27", while a slight curve on a 32" sure is nice. I have the 32" gigabyte he's talking about here, it's a great all around monitor.

So the Asus Tuf Gaming VG32VQ1B sells for $429.99 ($494.49 taxes included) instead of $479.99 ($551.99 taxes included)compared to $579.13 plus $75.29 for import fees ($752.59 taxes included)for the Gigabyte G32QC. Well, it's a nice $258.00 between the two monitors. I don't think a lot of people will choose to pick the Gigabyte because of the 2 USB ports when most are using wireless keyboards and mice! Just pick the Asus and use the $258.00 on someone you Love!!! ;)
@@XWXS2 No setting will increase response times brother. Sure, if I do increase overdrive. But 15ms response time at max overdrive and with about 60% of overshoot is pretty darn bad. :)

Most 1440p 165hz 32 inch monitor on the market have the same panel. Just diffrent software. I just can say set the monitor correctly. This is hogwash. The ASUS is better in a landslide here. You have a 1080p video showcasing 1440p panels and you can STILL clearly see the ASUS is far more accurate. The Gigabyte is literally washed out and it's so bright you can't even see the top of the mountains, most abstract shapes or even the wheat field at any point in the video. You can literally make out 'almost' everything with the ASUS. Colors are deeper and more accurate on the ASUS. CRAKT

i got the gigabyte 1440 p 32 inch just cause i wanted to see all the hype with 1440p, it kept getting bright for no reason, the motion blur was too much and it was just too much for my eyes, i just kept getting headaches also a dead pixel far to the right. it just wasnt a good monitor imo but i already had an asus 28 inch 4k and its a good monitor im just gonna stick with Asus because i never had a problem with them be 4

i was surprised they didn't mention that it does 4k even at 60hz , as for the wobble it's fixable .

Honestly,the wobbling can be easily fixed with a VESA mount, and for pretty cheap too.

Watching this in 1080p Asus looks more better and natural. Colour on Asus looks way better than gigabyte
