My husband and I both just got this monitor. It is AMAZING! We both recently got new Alienware desktops and we wanted really nice monitors to go with them. We were originally going to get Alienware monitors, but then we saw this and we have always had a great experience with Asus products. My husband is a bit of an occasional gamer, but I'm not. I just use mine for work and I absolutely love it. My husband said it performs great with his PC games. The picture is so crisp, clear, and vivid. It also doesn't have nearly as much of a glare in the sunlight like many other monitors do. My old HP monitor that I've had for about 5 years was actually giving me headaches after staring at it all day, but I immediately stopped getting headaches once I got this monitor. I can't recommend this monitor enough!
Just wondering how its been since? Been looking at getting it myself as it is currently £270
Everything about your channel is top notch; the thumbnails, the video quality, the editing. Holy crap man, I thought you had at least 100k subs. Its only a matter of time before you to blow up!
Ive been using this monitor for over a year now and its absolutely amazing. Works perfectly fine with gsync and the curve is just right.
Really it works on nvidia gsync? I'm thinking about buying this one
Quick question is the screen to big
The way I had just bought it last week and was frustrated there were no review videos for this specific monitor. 😅😂 The monitor is great and happy with it and glad you offer a review for it now.
Is it sharp
I love how he’s complaining about an 8-10 second boot up time and I’m here like I’ve been using some old ass 42 inch Samsung tv
I literally lagged out loud when he said 8-10 sec 😂😂
Are you me? I'm literally sitting here in front of a 40 inch samsung tv from 2009 and am thinking of upgrading to this Asus screen.
When one decides to get into the market for a new monitor, the information begins to come at you, sort of like when you are about to decide on a new car you see that car everywhere. Well, I was exhausted because soon as I decided on a monitor, I would find where ppl would have problems with it. If you read a fair amount of reviews you will find problems with every monitor. Well, this video helped me. I know and trust Asus's name, even tho names don't matter like they used to, Thank you for this well-made, informative video. I now know what to do. Many thanks.
I see you blowing up very very soon. Keep at it!!
I dont know about that since the tech reviewing section on YT is oversaturated
Amazingly done bud, your channel is about to be million plus by this time next year, top notch.
I’m starting to think you contributed to amazon’s lack of stock of this monitor til after Christmas lol.
Edit: It’s back in stock as of 12/8/20
Ya I’m definitely getting this monitor
Currently out again dangit
I have this monitor and yeah it's great but with one big caveat. VA ghosting is very present here in certain scenarios which leads to blurred, off colour effects in certain areas even at 165hz. You wont notice it 99% of the time but with certain pixel graphic video games it becomes very noticeable (enter the gungeon) to the point I thought the monitor was broken.
It is a good monitor though and I am not upgrading till I can get a 4k 120hz OLED whenever they become available at the $500 price (like 5 years). I can live without HDR which I expect is the next thing they will be trying to sell us on.
32 inches seems huge at first coming from 24, but it's actually not so bad. The curve is also very nice and I much prefer a curve to flat on such a large monitor. Blacks are very dark as well.
Image on screen is blurry without vivid pixel, set this to 50-80 for crisp image but not over sharpened. Overdrive on my monitor worked best at 80.
would you reccomend this monitor for a pc is it good
It’s about to be huge coming from my 14” ips laptop display.
I noticed that in Pubg. Also the HDR kinda blows
Thank you for this review, I've been window (or internet) shopping for a new monitor to pair with my PC and/or new Xbox, and honestly this monitor seems pretty great with it's features; Right now I have a 27" Acer 144hz Freesync/G-Sync TN panel, it's alright, but I'm sure the TUF 32 will be a welcome upgrade, though I've never had a 32" monitor before. :)
Thank you my dude, I was looking for a dual monitor setup and I think this is it

Planning on getting this to replace my Element 32in TV that I use for sim racing. Not a lot of room to work with so this is perfect.
Just got this monitor for Christmas for my Xbox it’s definitely a must buy for the price of 350$
And.. in terms of ghosting? It is that bad how some people say?
I really like how you deliver your review on a product. I agree with those predicting that you will blow up. Stick with it. I subscribed, and will continue to use your videos for product reviews. Great job on this review!!! Take care and Good Luck!
NICE REVIEW! 🙂
I just purchased this particular monitor. I'm going to be using it with the PlayStation 5 or XBOX SX (depends on what's available). I don't see console games getting to 4K-8K @ 240hrz this generation. I didn't want to spend $1,000+ for a monitor that will never reach it's full technical potential on a console. So, I feel like the ASUS strikes the perfect balance of Resolution and Frame rate when it comes to the new console generation.
How do you like it?
@@jasonhunt2909 Yup, it's perfect for my XBOX series S.
@@Jacen777 any ghosting issues so far?
@@haniigg No, it's performed beyond my expectations thus far.
Do you get 120fps on your Xbox with this monitor??
I'm coming up from an acer 1080 21.5 flat to this. It will be here in 2 days. Made sure to use your link. Thank you for this review!

Excellent content! Thanks! I was looking for a review for this one in particular :)
Just purchased, super stoked
how is it? is it g sync comp? and any ghosting?.
Just got one today - good value for money. Really nice clarity.
Excellant review, i wish u had more subscriber. No worries already subscribe to ur channel. One last thing, what is the brand of the monitor arm u use?
Just picked this up on sale for 275.00 on Amazon. I got so lucky because in just went back up to 350.00 and I'm very excited. First 1440p monitor for me. Thanks for the review while I wait for it to show up.
Let me know who it goes
Seen your cameo in the latest ltt video 😉. Big things coming my dude
Hey, planning to get a 1440p monitor for the Series X.
How is the contrast on that VA? I am torn between this Asus and the Dell S2721DGF. I would have already bought the Dell if it weren’t for the supposedly horrible contrast ratio on the IPS. Would you pick the contrast ratio over the improved color reproduction?
Also were there any latency or ghosting problems whatsoever?
Btw, thank you for the high quality video, I sincerely thought I was watching a million sub channel. Great work, you really seem to know your shit :)
Do u get this monitor?
@@haniigg Got the LG CX in the end XD First I tried the Odyssey G7 but my eyes just couldn't make the curve work, so I returned it. Didn't touch the S2721.
I literally rhought you had like 2 million subs
Yeah super professional for a small channel
All the world's navies put together don't have 2 million "subs". LOL.
Hi first time viewer here. Great review, I like your delivery style. Well done, thank you for the information.

Thanks for your review yougot me on the monitor arm stand... I only have 1 hdmi and a vga hookup but this monitor packs a punch 👊 Have a Great Weekend 👍
Nice review getting mine tomorrow now just need a better video card for my new pc
Ive been looking at the 27 inch curved model and the only thing stopping me from purchasing at the moment is if there is any significant ghosting
dude thanks for this video, you help me pull the trigger.
This was one of the best reviews I have ever seen
Hey man! Your videos are really helpful and I’d say you are the best youtuber I’ve seen! Keep up the good work. Also on a side note just wondering what size desk do you use as I am getting the G7 32” and want to make sure my 47 inch desk coming will have enough space for everything
Amazing video. Btw can you tell me where you got this wallpaper!?
Seen some Negative reviews about the HDR, after having mine a full week during quarantine - I don't really see what the negatives are. Maybe they're not using a good hdmi or trying to run d. p with it? I had to turn mine down in game (Cp2077/Cold war) because the brightness was too much in a dark room.
Great review! What kind of keyboard are you using in this video?
Dude incredible video you have me sold. I brought an odyssey g7 4k and I’m really disappointed because it’s just not working right for some reason so I’m returning it and this monitor is in store for my local Best Buy thank you 😁
Thank you my dude. I just bought this to go along with my new ps5
How was it? are you experiencing any problem?
This monitor sucks. I've had it for 6 months or so and never thought I would experience so many issues! Tearing, ghosting, screen suddenly goes black for 2 seconds at random times, bad settings menu, to turn it on/off you have to press the off button then click the joystick again to activate it, and takes a LONG time to actually show image when you turn it on.
Never in a million years thought I would have this many issues and problems with a monitor worth 500 bucks. It's completely insane. I've googled some forums and seems many people say things like "yeah, thats a common issue with asus monitors" etc. This makes no sense to me, but admittedly I don't know enough about all the different types of monitors. I just want something that looks good and expensive to actually work with quality.
Stay far away from this monitor if you're reading this. Go for another brand. I wish I did!
Amazing review you got my suh and like I really cannot wait to see what type of videos you make
Sub*
I’m in the market for a new monitor cause my 35” ultrawide Sceptre is just a little too big for my desk space. So I’m between this monitor, the Samsung Odyssey G55A, and the LG 32GP750. Thoughts?
Definitely buying this unit soon you earned a sub! Great video! gotta save up a bit I’m down bad after buying the asus tuf 3090oc 🤣
Whats up man, love the content your channel will blow up soon! You do a great job. Do i need a display port cable to get 120 fps with my ps5?
No hdmi 2.0 does 1440p 120 2.1 4k 120 1.4(oldest) 4k 30 and 1080 120
i play mostly single player games on ps5 do the graphics look good for this? and do you have any setting recommendations for this as that? just subed👌🏻
Thanks for the review - I’m in the market for a monitor for the ps5. I ideally want great picture quality (maybe 4K) which can utilise the ps5 specs. Would you recommend this monitor? Or have any other recommendations?

what is the difference of this one and ASUS TUF Gaming VG328H1B ?
hi m8, finally a review for this monitor. I have this and I want to know what are your recommended settings for the monitor's osd for best color accuracy?
Yeah I want to know too! I'm looking at reviews to see if any reviewer has recommendations because out of the box it doesn't look ANYWHERE NEAR as good as my 2018 23 inch Asus $180 75hz 1080p monitor.
Hey friend, loved the video, as everyone mentioned, you'll blow for sure, so much quality!! About the monitor, today I'm forcing 4k on a 2080ti + full hd 27" monitor, so yeah, I really need to trade. I know the 2080ti it's perfect on 1440p, but what's you opinion? I love to play on 4k, should I buy this one and force it or you would recommend another option?
Thanks for the review. Got one today - Really happy with it.
AWESOME Review dude! Seriously awesome review! Cannot appreciate it enough! Keep the content coming!
What do you think about the brightness? Is it 250 cd/m enough ? I read that we need to set it to 100% to get a good brightness.
Amazing review mate.. quick question though, I have a 144hz laptop and a PS5 on its way next week.. I'm trying to find a monitor that will give me the best of both worlds, I really do like this one but I am slightly concerned about not having that 4K for the PlayStation.. do you have any advice?
@@ConsumerTechReview helps me out more than you could imagine! I haven’t been a pc gamer for long so I’ve not really had to think about this before! I’m currently sat on a 60hz 1080p Samsung monitor so any will be an upgrade really. Would you recommend this monitor for my needs then?
Hey! Im exactly in the same situation I have a FHD 144hz laptop and ps5 slim on its way next week Im thinking about this monitor but I still think if its better 4K 60fps monitor for ps5bc I dont car that much the laptop so for ps5 wuld be great this monitor or another one 4k 60fps?

@@Akathos24 I only noticed it in cinematic shots. For me it’s not too bad.
Whats up tech review! Maybe you can help me with some recommendations. I currently own a custom gaming PC with a EVGA 2080ti FTW gpu and a I9 9900k processor. I recently purchased a ps5 and my current monitor is a alienware 34 inch ultrawide IPS panel, 1MS , 120FPS, 1440p. This monitor amazing i do love the 21:9 aspect ratio but unfortunately the PS5 does not support this ratio nor support 1440p and automatically defaults into 1080p :/. I mainly play racing sims and FPS (CSGO) for forza motorsports its amazing! Racing in a 21:9 ration is supper emursive but im trying to utilize both console and PC. So i was considering a 32 inch monitor and came across your awesome vid. Giving up a 34 inch would be hard but the switch from that to a 32 shouldn't be too hard. (Like you said) any monitors in the "30 inch +" size you could recommend??? My budget being around $1400-$1500
A1 quality vid, amazing
I came here to look for a better monitor and I just found a handsome man :0

finally copped a ps5. would you recommend this for ps5 gaming? if not what other option can i look to? my budget is $300-400
I just got one of these I’m assuming it’s going to be amazing I had a tv that was only able to get 60hz and wasn’t even 2k I think it was 1080p only so. I’m assuming this compared to that will be amazing!
Im seriously considering buying this monitor, but i have one concern. You/he is playing in dark room, but the brightness still looks too dim and the colors are not that great. Is It just tweaking issue?
I have this exact monitor and for certain games it allows 4K UHD.
Would this be something you'd recommend for playing the ps5 at 1440 ?
Also would this upscale to 2k 120hz ?
which is better, this monitor or the MSI Optix MAG272CQR?
Use it for single player gaming and multiplayer gaming (CoD, etc)
Hey what Would you pick the MSI Optix MAG321QR or the ASUS TUF Gaming VG32VQR ?
Off topic what glasses you got ? I like them
VA's panels are not good for gaming, very blurry in motion with back smearing. But for anyone who doesn't care about such things it will do fine.
Umm sir, which Asus monitor is this? Is it the VG328H1B or is it like in your description VG32VQ1B? I'm confused. Since both has the same i/o port. Would really like to know your answer quick.
How does it compare to the Gigabyte G32QC?

My man, how do you sound so experienced but yet have 10k subs? You sound like you have a million subs already bro i'm not even exacurating
Excuse the misstype :> english isnt my first language
Fake it till you make it. Look up the beginning of Microsoft and how Bill and Paul handled their first big job. We all are here before he blows up maybe because it feels like we discovered some secret. Truth is he just has great content.
Will it be good for console gaming where I sit on a couch far away from the monitor?
I've seen a lot of people complaining about ghosting/black smearing on this monitor. I just bought it, waiting for it to arrive right now, and I am concerned about how much this is going to bother me. So, how bad is it? And also, is this issue something you can soften with proper calibration and tinkering around with the settings? Thank you!
lmk
@@OVOChatgpt so, I've been using it for little more than a week now. At first it really, really bothered me, as the factory settings are pretty bad. I've managed to tinker around the settings myself and managed to ultimately get a pretty good result. Of course, there is still some ghosting and smearing, but that is something inherent to VA screens, you can't completely get rid of it. Besides, now that I calibrated it, it's not nearly as noticeable as when it came from the factory. The only moments where I really notice it is when the display is showing shades of grey from black to white (Steam Store is a good example) and even so, I've grown used to it and hardly get bothered anymore. While gaming, I never noticed smearing bad enough as to compromise my experience.
I've read a lot about how this monitor and found several people calling it a piece of shit and whatnot, but I am quite pleased with it. It's a lot of bang for the buck and features lots of stuff rarely found simultaneously in other displays on the market: FreeSync (supports G-Sync also), 165Hz, HDR, 1440p resolution and a huge 31,5" curved screen.
@@jbubal what the settings you used?
does the ELMB work well on consoles like the PS5?
I don’t know but PS5 is now supporting 1440p monitor.

Would you recommend this with a GTX 980ti? Best regards
Hey , I was wondering where did you get your mount? Ive been looking for one. Thanks !
It’s in the description
How does this compare to the MSI mag322cqr? I'm debating between the 2 of them for my ps5 :) thanks
How do you it performs compared to a 27" for competitive gaming?
I've heard of people saying pixel density is a big factor to to picture quality, would you say the difference in a 27in's density would show much compared to the 32in.
Well it will certainly not be as sharp as a 27 inch one, just imagine stretching the image 5 more inches, but its still not bad
Question im looking for a stand mount for this beautiful monitor it's showing unavailable on Us amazon needing help finding one compatible anything helps.
Could you give the best setting on this for the ps5?
Can't do 120 fps 1440 on ps5 because don't messed up making playstation the bad console this release.
So i hope you answer me this
