Got mine yesterday. In a nutshell: it's terrible. The amount of inverse ghosting makes it literally unusable for faster games. Even Tarkov looks horrific up and that's not exactly fast. If you just play RTS or ARPG's then this monitor *might* just be ok. Even scrolling on web sites makes all the text leave nasty trails. Sending mine back. Biting the bullet and going for the Odyssey G7.
@Jesse Pinkman not sure what they were smoking but it's terrible. The guy that picked up mine when I returned it said 'ha that's the third one of these I've returned since Christmas'. So can't just be me. Just got the Odyssey G7 and it's phenomenal. Performance that matches my TN panel with far better colours, brightness etc. Can't see any ghosting, overshoot or dark level smearing at all.
@Jesse Pinkman perhaps their idea of acceptable is different to mine. Perhaps the particular panel I had was bad. Who knows. All I know is, coming from a TN panel to the Gigabyte was so bad..for me it was pretty much unusable. Any kind of motion on the screen caused some nasty visual defects. *some* is acceptable, no monitor is perfecf. but for me I just couldn't use it. Maybe people have higher tolerances for what they deem acceptable.

@@MrTMP007 GIGABYTE G32QC
there is a vid of someone with a series x suggesting this monitor after he tried it personally, showing it has 1440p at 120hz
@@theone1480 I'll take a look at that. Im still confused which one to pick but my guts tells me that i should pick the g32qc. Thanks so much bro.
Cat activation. Bites strange man with giant box.
Does the OEM license website actually work? I want to use it but I want to be sure 🤔
Are you talking about for activating Windows? You don't need to buy anything, just search google for "activate windows for free". You just enter a couple commands at a DOS prompt, and that's it. No money needed.
@@RADERFPV Hmm I see, thanks!
@@shadowios7033 Hopefully youtube doesn't block it - msguides.com/microsoft-software-products/2-ways-activate-windows-10-free-without-software.html
I did method 1, and make sure to pick a regular windows 10 pro key and not the N version. The N version is for europe only. Worked like a charm for me, I'm using the PC I did it on right now.
@@RADERFPV you’re a king for that, thank you.

Can I still use my Monitor Samsung Syncmaster 2233 21.5", and what max settings can be achived on it?
Or do I need new monitor like Asus TUF Gaming VG27BQ 27.0" 2560x1440 165 Hz Monitor for my current 90% complete pc build ?
I will be using it in next 5-10 year's with some minor upgrade's after each 2-4 year's.
I plan to use it for gaming (gta5, deadside, battlefield4/5, starcraft 2...), and 3d modeling/rendering (autocad, maya, home planner...)

As long as you have a decent monitor you don’t technically need to upgrade, but since you have a 2070super and a 3700x your setup can benefit greatly from a good 1440p monitor. This one is fine, but as you can see from the video this monitor has its flaws. I would recommend the LG 27GL83A since it’s the same price as this one, an IPS panel, and overall a higher build quality. It’s not curved and it’s 27 inches instead of 32 if that matters to you, but this slightly smaller size gives it a greater pixel density. Lol this is sounding like a sponsored review but it really is a great monitor.
@@xander_allen Even if I wanted LG 27GL83A it is not available, please suggest something that is available on pc-partpicker (not curved, under 30''). Thanks :)
Antonio Cepaj That monitor I suggested is available on pcpartpicker. Another suggestion would be the ASUS TUF VG27AQ. It has similar specs with a 165hz refresh rate instead of 144hz, but it is a bit more pricey.
10:36 why use youtube content and not real in-game footage?
can you try the black frame insertion feature on an actual game and not some low fps youtube video? just curious
Do you know how it would fare on the Series X?
Do you have a link to the tools you used to test this monitor (UFO, dead pixels, etc)?
Do you think this would make a good triple monitor setup for sim racing? Iracing in particular.
What card do you expect to run those with ? 😂

Suggest me best 1440p 32inch curved 144hz or more hz monitor
I mean kinda wierd the power brick is that big... in my 27 inch version of this monitor, it doesnt have that.
In bnew my G27QC i got a dead pixel. Got it RMA though. but it took week to send it back. Bummer.
does it manifest screen door effect on some colors/images?
It seems pretty steep. Think ill grab an MSI
DP 2.0 and/or Hdmi 2.1?
I can get it for 439$ CAD on amazon, is it a good price? Or is there new alternatives that came out in between?
thats a really good price - it works out to around £254 - I just bought mine off Scan.co.uk for £289 whilst on Amazon atm the same monitor is £350
why first??, they also have Aorus branded gaming monitors
Does this monitor have build in speaker?
Try the Samsung Odyssey G7, this is the fastest VA panel ever made in 1440p. :p
Wasn't there an Aorus lineup for monitors?

@@GregSalazar thanks for clarifying!
What you think of the msi optix mag321cqr??
which one is better this or lg 32qn600
please, bro can u make a video or tell me, what settings do u use in your monitors bc i have the same but my screen quality isnt very good, i mean, can u tell me the contrastn, color vibrance, etc do u use ? thanks !!!!
anyone else have a problem with this monitor ? im using display port and it turns off by itself and i have to unplug and plug the cable back in for it to work
How much is the stand?
This looks exactly like my Dell S3220DGF. No external adapter with the Dell though.
Adorable cat
Me looking at this for someone who isnt a critique and is looking at the very worst looking at pros most people would probs pick this up
$360 isn't bad for a 32". WOW.
BTW-"Butts"? You really said, "Butts"? I'M DEVASTATED!
Isn’t the KD25 240hz monitor they have their first one? I think this is the second one.
Unless Gigabyte's own marketing team is wrong, this is technically the _first_ one.
EDIT: See pinned comment.
Nevr liked triangle/three leg stands, they take up more desk space and don't fit in all situations. ASUS square'ish monostand is nice.
Is it good for the ps5 ?
