i bought mine 2.4L petrol in 2010 4x4 auto, been driven 85,000km no offroad ..this car gives me not a single problem. love this tucson..
Same me. I have the Euro spec 2014 1.7 crdi 140hp with a lot of torque. Amazing car. Easily 6 litres per 100km. Not a single problem.

Picking the ix35se 1.7 up on Monday . I have a Scenic at the moment , but i have had a lot of problems with it so i am getting rid.
Thank you, amazing review. Thanks for highlighting the high sitting position, but you forgot to mention the fuel economy, what does the dashboard say when you drive it in the highway? What's the L/100km reading? I was thinking about getting a Nissan Juke, for fuel and sitting position, but seeing this has a 4wd option and almost the same in fuel, most probably I'll get this one instead.

just bought the wife an ix35 1.7 diesel its her first diesel, she definately wont put petrol in it,ha that be crazy yeah she wont do that :/
Find the engine loud. And bumpy on the road.
They behave better since 2014 model with revisited suspensions.
