Heyhey! Thank you so much :) you can start retinol at 18 too (I started retinol at 18 for my acne and I’m now I’m in my late twenties!)
Post 20 your body loses 1% of collagen each year so start retinol right away! You can start with eclat retinol it’s 0.8% and beginner friendly.
