Your videos are both clear and concise. I have not come across Transition CTR before but I am impressed with the quality of what I have seen so far. I believe that other Systema schools and styles are going to have to up their game. Well done.
+Frank Cochrane Thank you for the compliment Frank. Transition CRT is a young company and we are constantly developing our skills and knowledge. Our instructors are trained and in the Kadochnikov style
Excellent explanation, thanks. I have a question. It looks like you roll first from shoulder to shoulder, and then down one side of your body to your hip. Is it necessary to first roll from shoulder to shoulder, or is it possible to simply roll down one side of your body from the shoulder directly to the same side hip? Thanks for any advice you can give.
Yes it is possible to roll that way. Only not with this type of roll. With the roll backwards it is possible for example. But it becomes more difficult keeping your balance when you decide to roll only on one side.
There is one certified Kadochnikov school in Kharkov. Transition CRT doesn't have any centers outside of the Netherlands yet. But our instructors are able to travel and provide international training. You can always send us a proposal to: info@transition-crt.com
+booloff S. There are various situations where you perhaps need to make a roll forward. For example if you fall forwards (because you stumble over an object or get pushed) and the speed of your fall is too high to just break your fall. Besides the practical use of the ground acrobatics exercise, practising ground acrobatics helps you develop self controle over your own body and makes you physically stronger and more flexible.
You guys made the best systema instructional video on youtube I found so far that actually teaches people instead of just showing-off. Well done
+Andy Soetikno Thank you for the nice compliment!

I don't know why this channel isn't famous as it should be....

Fucking awesome channel congrats 🤟🏻🇷🇺
dude, 4min to explain the roll .... when there is like a ton of materials of old systema acrobatics videos on RUclips told by militaries ....
Don't waste your time here, then. Some of us appreciate a very BASIC explanation & repeated demonstration. Well done & thanks!
Yeah but here it's fast and shown for being able to reproduce it
And also please 3:13 is 3:13, not 4 minutes
