    Im from the northwestern rural Appalachian woodlands near Punxsutawney Pennsylvania here in the USA. I've recently bee/ back into practicing videography and producing content and broadcasting media in the local area. My education was recieved 10+ years ago from a tradesschool class for i took a 4yr tradeschool class in high-school pertaining to videography and digital media. And i just had to get you guys attention to tell u that as a firearms and militarty tactics and martial arts enthusiasts, this video was a+ amazing. Great talent acting and a beautifly mixed production in the systema series. Im stating to really do a lot of research on systema. It seemed so beneficial to me my whole life regardless of what people say. Also, being a guitarist i love the cool dhent metal background music. Keep up the excellent content u guys r eat!

      I had to seek out three Systema instructors to finally find someone who teaches these things. And of course it was a Ukranian/Russian - the U.S. instructors aren't bad but don't come close to the real stuff.

      @@EvilSpeculator There is too much wisdom in Systema to explain everything at ones. However this link made me a believer in Systema shortly after it was released and it might give you some of the answers you are looking for as well ;D. Nice clear descriptions and examples. Also nice camera work. In wing chun the lap sau/grab and pull motion uses rotation as you pull down with your arm and lat muscle at about a 45* angle, disrupting balance and creating the “burden” you mentioned. I am enjoying learning your systema principles and techniques, thank you.

    • @EvilSpeculator
      @EvilSpeculator 5 лет назад +1

      There are no techniques in Systema. If that's what's being taught to you then find another instructor.

    Did anyone else notice how holding his arm arm at 45 degrees formed a right triangle with his torso? Then he pulled along the hypotenuse. I think that's the Triangle Principle in action! :)

    Excellent introduction into this basic Systema concept. May I suggest that you also cover the combination of three concurrent rotational manipulations - frontal plane, sagittal plane, and horizontal plane.

    This was a good explanation because it was clearly presented and visually understandable in clarifying basic anatomical structural balance.
    Can you do a video on correctly effective punching technique without all of the psychological, emotional, and mystical nonessential clutter?

    Hmm the center mass surely is quite useful in using the force against an opponent. No wonder this martial art is considered to be one of the best in restraining opponents.

    아하~~!! 상대방의 몸 앞쪽이나 몸뒷쪽방향이면서도 땅쪽방향으로 45도각도로 팔의 위치가되도록 만든후 내몸의체중을 이용해서 그쪽방향으로,잡고있던 내팔을 당기면 쉽게 발란스가 무너져서 넘어뜨리게된다는 원리군요~~^^ 잘보고배웁니다.
    감사합니다.

    Good videos but don't agree with the side ways push one as body mechanics are weak that way, even though the center of mass is strong the body is not designed to walk sideways...

    I am old. I have trained and competed in several different martial arts. Real, tried and true disciplines like judo, wrestling, ju-jitsu and MMA. Nothing like this fantasy bullshit. I've trained in many different gyms. Not a single coach has ever wasted their students' time with this pseudo-scientific garbage. This is designed to con money from gullible lazy people who wanna become tough guys through shortcuts, without pain or possibility of injuries. Why are these charlatans wearing military uniforms? They are trying to project the image of military elite training. If you are practicing takedowns on a concrete floor, that means two things: your takedowns suck and you don't care about your health. Fuck off, you fake punks.

      😂😂🤣 You have just proven your stupidity. If you have just a little sense of how martial arts/self defense works, you would know that this (Systema) ain't bullshit. You seem really incompitent.
