Sometimes when performing this move, the top card will separate itself from the deck while doing the flip. If that keeps happening, mainly keep the tension on the middle finger instead of the middle, ring, and pinky finger. Try not to add too much extra force from the ring and pinky.

If you have trouble doing this, try gluing the cards together first.

Better yet use painter's tape, (you can get it at the hardware store). It removes easy without removing any ink and you don't ruin the deck. Unless the deck is shit. Then glue away!

how about a rubber band ?

Nah guys you shouldn't use stuff like glue, it'll destroy your deck. Instead what i like to do is use paperclips to clip together every single card to the card right next to it. Works extremely good without any damage to the cards

i'd just use a small cardboard box instead

Better in long form because you can go more in depth but for some tricks it could work

For vids like these, it’s sick
Naturally you can go into more depth in longer videos but I think this one in particular was fine with detail

The other advice + Use your nail instead of the flesh part of the index finger, so it glides.

I had this problem first, but i learnt you should keep your grip relaxed and not pulling down on the cards while you flip the deck. But you can use it for an ace production too😊

Looks like you're flipping the deck the other way tho, like, you release the thumb not the middle/ring fingers 🤔
    Cool move tho!
