Things I've learned while attempting this roll: 1. An American half dollar is good for practice, then once you get it you can gradually get smaller to a Canadian two dollar coin to eventually a quarter 2. If you practice this without really thinking about it, like while watching a movie or studying for an exam, the base movements should solidify pretty quickly 3. Don't use your thumb as a handicap, like at all. It also helps to keep your fingers tightly together so the coin doesn't fall through the gaps 4. I found that if the coin falls through your pinky and ring finger often, you can practice tossing the coin up and catching it between your pinky/ring to increase reflex speed and pink strength 5. For me, it's easier to start the coin as close to my index knuckle as possible (closer to your body), as it offers more control and more room for error 6. Holding your hand closer to a fist than an open hand is actually much easier, it restricts your movements more so you don’t end up flipping the coin off your hand 7. It's actually much harder to do slowly than quickly because you lack the momentum to roll the coin across your knuckles. That doesn't mean try and do it quickly at first, it just means don't get frustrated if you don't catch on quickly. It gets much easier when you get the base movements down Hope these help, and let me know if you have any questions :)

I have no idea what you’re talking about. This guy’s channel is still active and he has plenty of videos from within this year and from after 2012. This is an old video of his that has nothing to do with his current sub count
Don't feel bad if you can't do this at first. I find it easiest with a quarter even though I have smaller hands. It took me around 4 hours straight to perfect it, and I can use my left hand as well. If you can't do it try tilting your hand more so it isn't straight. An easy but overlookable mistake. Then it's more like you are catching the coin naturally other than moving it. Lifting other fingers helped me in the begging and got the coin rolling, eventually you can "have all your fingers down" and roll it. Something else I didn't pay attention to; don't put it towards where your finger connects. Rest it right below the second knuckle from your nail. It's a lot easier this way. It just takes lot's of practice, you can watch videos or listen to music and just fiddle with it. Eventually it will be muscle memory. -English isn't my first language so sorry if this is hard to understand-
