There are 53 tiger reserves national parks in India.. There's one in kerela too. But ones with largest numbers of togers are : Jim Corbett (Uttarakhand State), Sundarbans (West Bengal), Kaziranga (Assam), Nagar hole (Karnataka)... India has 80% of world's total tiget population.
For best chance to see a tiger, visit... 1. Bandhavgarh National Park (Madhya Pradesh); or 2. Kanha National Park (Madhya Pradesh); or 3. Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve (Maharashtra) All these tiger reserves close for 2 and a half months over monsoon, with last operational day being 30th June You may be able to spot a tiger in the buffer zone of Tadoba National Park if you're lucky, although the chances significantly come down as compared to sighting one in the CORE area
It's wonderful to see how open you approach the local people and how open you are towards local food and dishes. Could you also taste the Portuguese, Dutch or English influence in the food?
I think it'll be good though if you' d also show a bit more of history and show some cultural, historical or religious sites. India is quite a black spot and it would be interesting to hear about that, too. The Uncle of heritage:-)
Hard to say. Maybe they know Baccala (Portuguese dish) or some butter sauce on crab fish (I really tasted that when I was in Malaysia where the Dutch ruled in the city of Malacca for more than 150 years and people really had Portuguese and Dutch surnames (like Rodrigues or van Diemen). Maybe you could ask the locals. But if there are any interesting sites or buildings - show them. I think that could be also interesting because many people won't have a clue. Just an idea!
I don't think there is much grassroots influence other than the ubiquitous European style cakes. Kerala's cuisine is very Indian. We did integrate tapioca/yucca imported during the colonial era as a staple food. Also chilies as a cheap substitute for the black pepper we were famous for, and cashews.

So basically, it's watching people eat. They wanted to go to the jewish quarter, but we see nothing of it. Another thing not mentioned is that Kochi formerly Cochin is the world's first and most important city for pepper. It's nickname is Pepper Wall Street. Since Kerala is known for all the spices you know and also those you haven't. And it was the jews actually who started it worldwide. That's why I was disappointed, I'm not Jewish just in case, but for me it shows what a beautiful, natural and human state Kerala is. All of those I met, tourists visiting my country, really wonderful people. And yes, I would love to visit Kerala ! And the food is just. I'm hungry ! You can use Hindi only in north india, when you are traveling in south india you can talk to them in English and most of the people in south india will understand English and will answer. The South Indian states have their own language if you talk to people there in Hindi some people will take it offensive or insulting them . The north indians will talk only in English when they are in south india . Language is very very serious issue in India.

There are 53 tiger reserves national parks in India..
There's one in kerela too.
But ones with largest numbers of togers are :
Jim Corbett (Uttarakhand State),
Sundarbans (West Bengal),
Kaziranga (Assam),
Nagar hole (Karnataka)...
India has 80% of world's total tiget population.
Wow 80%?? We definitely wanna see one
For best chance to see a tiger, visit...
1. Bandhavgarh National Park (Madhya Pradesh); or
2. Kanha National Park (Madhya Pradesh); or
3. Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve (Maharashtra)
All these tiger reserves close for 2 and a half months over monsoon, with last operational day being 30th June
You may be able to spot a tiger in the buffer zone of Tadoba National Park if you're lucky, although the chances significantly come down as compared to sighting one in the CORE area

It's wonderful to see how open you approach the local people and how open you are towards local food and dishes. Could you also taste the Portuguese, Dutch or English influence in the food?
Thank you we appreciate it! We couldn’t not really see the influence, where can you taste it ?
I think you should also get a really Ayurveda oil massage if it isn't too expensive! So good❤❤
I don't think there is much grassroots influence other than the ubiquitous European style cakes. Kerala's cuisine is very Indian. We did integrate tapioca/yucca imported during the colonial era as a staple food. Also chilies as a cheap substitute for the black pepper we were famous for, and cashews.
Thankyou brother for visiting our hometown. And i wish you have a good healthy journey. More more love from kochi.

The problem here, is that we only have punjabi restaurants, there's no south Indian ones. In London, yes I can find that. My best wishes to all the people of Kerala !
