KEEP up the EXCELLENT WORK! i'm not sure about the veg food in Kerala, but check out: 1) Mothers Veg restaurant, unlimited veg food, you can try the many vegetarian options served on a banana leaf. 2) puri masala (fried bread and potato curry) 3) PalAppam and veg stew 4) Kadala curry and puttu (steamed coconut rice and chick pea curry, its different than chana masala) 5) Malabari parotta and red potato curry 6) Pathiri and mushroom pepper fry (flat rice bread ) or kathrika (fried eggplant dish, dark in color, sweet, spicy, sour, and savoy flavour) 7) Pineapple pahcadi, pulissery/moru curry, cabbage thoran, avial, kerala rice, mango pickle(the pickle is sour and spicy), inji curry (dark in color, sweet, sour taste and savory taste), rasam, and parippu curry (dahl), cheera thoran 8) Kalappam or idiyappam and potato stew 9) Dessert - rose cookie/Achappam (to my knowledge its Dutch influenced) and Payasam (you tried that already, and Orange and black halwa 10) Kerala style Vegan fish curry (they use plantains instead of fish) 11) kottu kari, 12) kottu parotta Anyways, you pretty much tried all the ones that one could try. Exactly. Kerala's development started with Travancore and Kochi kingdoms. The British helped the Kings to established everything.. the best roads, railways, airports, best hospitals, colleges, buildings, industries everything. After independence the politicians especially the Communists destroyed everything. Now Kerala is existing only with the foreign money earned by lakhs of youths working abroad. Thanks to PM Modi's govt too for giving this much aid to Kerala.

I started doing research and learned that states from 13-18% literacy are now at 85-90% and communism is ruining kerala but it won’t be visible for nect half century due to lead it had for 100s of years before independence.
Kerala is lovely for a short vacation but not a good place to live in permanently for several reasons. Tried for two years, gave up, now relocating to a metro.

I started doing research and learned that states from 13-18% literacy are now at 85-90% and communism is ruining kerala but it won’t be visible for nect half century due to lead it had for 100s of years before independence.

Kerala is lovely for a short vacation but not a good place to live in permanently for several reasons. Tried for two years, gave up, now relocating to a metro.
