Kerala is Spice capital of the world. lots of spices and herbs which can't be found anywhere else can be found here. they use lots of ingredients to make food and use coconut oil for cooking which gives Kerala food the special taste. this is food heaven.

The food in kerela is the best I’ve had in India so far. Great restaurants in Fort Kochi . Every meal we had in Kerela was fantastic. My best meal I had was mango prawn curry in Fort Kochi. Love India ❤❤
At the bakery , you had ripe plantain fritter (pazham pori) and black lentil fritter (uzhunnu vada). The sweet is ghee mysurpa which is from Mysuru in Karnataka. Sadya is traditional Kerala meals on special occasions.Nice video.
In South India, at end of banana leaf meal, curd or butter milk is given. The curd or butter milk is mixed with rice and minute salt and then eaten and the curd rice gives the same effect as that of lassi. The curd or butter milk is a prebiotic food, which compensates effects of species.
There is lemon pickle, mango pickle, ginger pickle, mixed vegetables, cabbage, beetroot, carrot, curd curry, pineapple curry etc. The only thing you have to drink directly is Paayasam, it's sweet....rest all you have to mix it with rice and eat. That's the Kerala food.
Okay thanks for sharing!
നീ അവരുടെ കൂടെ കൂടിക്കോ.. ഗെയ്ഡ് ആയി പോകാം.. നന്നായി തന്നെ എഴുതി ❤❤🎉🎉

Any dosa ,
Idiyappam and egg curry,
And Biriyani

I like Kerala Sadhya very much😍My favourite🌈
Very happy to see you guys are enjoying indian culinary. The sweet you had in the breakfast is made of pea flour ghee and caramelized sugar. The doughnut like thing is medu vada made of lentil balls and some spices deep fried served with chutney or sambar as dip. When you finish eating on banana leaves if you liked the food then fold the banana leaf towards you and if you didn't then opposite. Have a wonderful stay. 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳,👌👌😎 GOD BLESS BOTH OF YOU 🙏🙏🙏
Thanks for sharing and your kind words 🙏🏼🇮🇳
Hey Folks - Hi !!!!
Loved watching you enjoy the SAA-DYA (wholesome meal over Banana Leaf).
The Little Banana is a special one. It helps digest food and has a very special flavour --- It's called the ELAICHI KELA (Cardamom Banana).
The Rice used in Kerela is also very different. It is easily digestible. It is called the BROWN or the RED RICE. The grain is a little coarse.
Enjoy your stint in Kerela.
Please do try out the Non-vegetarian dishes --- Coconut Chicken, Fish Moily, Mutton Curry. You could also try out the Appam / Hopper with Stew (Mutton, Chicken or Vegetable).
Thanks for sharing! We appreciate the support 👍🏼🇮🇳
Kerala has one of the most delicious fish curries. Its called meen moiliee. Every world famous chef has done this recipe on their tv shows.
From Nigella Lawson, and others n they have called it Kerala fish Curry. I have tasted it and i think its absolutely delicious, heavenly.
Even we the Bengalis have the most varieties of fish curry
There is special variety of banana called Nendran in Kerala. Yellow banana chips are made using it. You should try that yellow banana chips especially the ones fried in coconut oil. It’s must try.
Using both the hands while eating is not the best way to do it😄
Okay next time only one hand 😅
@@zingwibrothers
do it with right hand , left will be used for sneezing , cleaning the back after poop , etc so use right hand while eating
Yes that's right, should not eat with left hand
Sadya is unique in Kerala. We usually have about 21-23 veggie dishes( wet, dry, semi liq, soup like, all types)The rasam is watery ( very spicy 🔥 n easy digest the heavy food)we also have 4-5 types of dessert called payasam.Loved to see to enjoy it .xoxo.🎉love from Kerala to both of you. 🌹

Hey - Glad to see you guys try Indian food…Our country believes in ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’ which means Guests are Gods…every state you travel you will blown away by the food & differences in flavors…the Lassi you tried is a North Indian delicacy which is something we have after food to keep our system cool…Mumbai is one place where you can get the food from all over the country…you must also try Chole Bhature, Dal Pakwaan & Aloo/Paneer Khulcha…just go easy on the chaat as your digestive systems are not used to our spices..take care… love from Mumbai…

Hi guys must visit " Lakshadweep island and Andaman Islands hidden gem of India 🇮🇳♥️
Yesss we wanna do that but unfortunately we have not sooo much time and money
@@zingwibrothers it's not time consuming and expensive and India is way cheaper than world so don't worry about your pocket 😀
For sweets... North is way better... But theres a few in the south.. like semiya payasam and halawa, and mysore pak.
Sadhya is something we create the taste by mixing different dishes with rice. Try different items you can taste unique tastes .you don't have to mix all together. Just mix each with rice so you get the idea. Same applies to nonveg items. You can get chicken/beef/mutton/fish along with rice. Find your combination. You can ask for more rice if you want also dishes.
South India there is no lassi, dahi, paneer,Nan bread etc it's all north foods.
South have some other drink, and another variety of foods and snacks...so, ask the hotel guy..."what is your preference" he will tell you
Yes we did
Nice That was awesome Bro ❤
Thanks bro 🙏🏼🇮🇳

In Kerala you will be served hot water which is medicated herbs
Good to know 👍🏼
Scientifically eating on banana leaf, good for heart and stomach, as per Ayurved
Felt good
Good food!
Here is a tip - When eating rice with a hand eat it with one hand if possible. And to eat the rice grab a bunch of rice with your fingertips, squeeze all fingers to make a scoop of rice, bow down to the leaf a bit, take it to your mouth, and push the food into the mouth with the back of your thumb. It would be easier.
If you use the excavator's hands you are going to drop rice everywhere. lol! Good try though.
Thanks for sharing!
Ooh yeahhh !!
One hand is enough at 10:36
Ohhhh yeahhh, thank you! 🫡
Ha ha! You're really embracing the joy of eating with both hands, just like a squirrel! It's great to see people enjoy their food like this. :)

Yes true but it’s hard to know if they can speak or not before ordering 😂
Use Right hand only (for right handers).
Move a small portion of rice and mix and smash the rice with any choice of curries/pickles/chutneys using your fingers.
You can experiment any combinations except with dessert items.
Scoop a portion with fingers and take it in your upper palm.
Bring to mouth and use thump to push the portion into mouth.
Brothers.. your vlogs are very nice.. really enjoyed it.. thanks..❤❤🙏🙏
Thanks for sharing🙏🏼
That sweet in middle is mysorepak
Pazham pori or Banana fritters, sweet Mysore pak made of flour and ghee (clarified butter), and salty Uzhunnu vada or fried donut Of black lentil flour
Hi... We eat only with our right hand... We don't use left hand to touch our food items.. (it's wrong hand for food) however, you will find people breaking chapathi with both hands in the northern parts of India.. we drink water through the meal, with left hand.
Oh I wish I could help you out in kochi..try more dishes ❤
Drinking cold or normal water while eating is considered bad for digestion
Visit kolkata for food experience

Crabs, prawns, pearl fish in banana leaf, beef with coconut chips, fried fish, prawns with drumstick are some of the non veg favourites. Tapiocca with fish curry, mussels, appams and ishtew also a must try. But veg thalis are "the" best
Let me guide you cause I am a guide😎
Because many foreigners don't know how to eat Indian food 😮💨cause they don't have a perfect guide and try Indian food how they eat it in their country 🚩
And sometimes they unknowingly eat something spicy🍲 without perfect mix but being on camera they pretend as they like it 😂
So first of all let's we forget about spice 😵💫 because when a foreigner say spicy we laugh 😂 cause we know that you will not find any food in India without spice 😅
So I just wanted to share one little secret thing🤫 with you on how to eat rice in each and every state of India in Indian style 😎
Roll the rice with whole hand make a dough of it 🍛
Then take that dough in last three fingers 🤌
And then slide it with your thumb 🎉
And Enjoy ❤
