Explanation - Indian Meal on leaf Banana leaves have a wax coating, which melts after contact with hot food & enhances the taste of the food. It also releases antioxidants hence it works like green tea. Explanation - Eating with hand Eating with hand engages all the 5 senses of body, promotes positive gut microbiomes & gives an idea of temperature of the food. Main question - Why Right hand? One reason is that our cardiac system is on the left side. The human system is designed in such a way that you should not use your left as much as you use your right. The “Ida” or lunar/left side is the feminine in you - it needs to be protected and nurtured. The “Pingala” or solar/right side is the masculine in you. Everything that you want to do outside, you should do with the right. The right is more robust - the left more sensitive. Fun fact- Hindus also wake up from the right side so that there is minimum pressure on the left side of the body.
That is not honey bread It’s is main sweet we will prepare all our festivals At the first we keep this in front of gods in festivals (prasad )later we all eat.Every state different name but taste is same and super In Kannada will call “Holige “ In Andra Pradesh will call it “Obbattu “or “Bobbattlu “ In north side will call it”Puran Puri “ Ingredients ::: wheat floor Jaggery Sugar Ghee
Besides the breakfast place u have natural icecream ...best ice-cream in india .. u missed specially tender coconut.. u were literally standing outside naturals
you guys should go to Punjab to get the taste of north cities like Chandigarh, Amritsar, Jalandhar. must try Amritsari kulcha, chole bhature, thali, a lot of crazy food options.
Try Meghna Biriyani at Sarjapura Road Meghna Food restaurant. Try kebab at Copper Chimney at HSR layout also. Explore HSR layout food street on 27th Main on weekend evening for roadside street food. Try Goan food at Fisherman’s Wharf close to HSR layout. For non-veg food Frazer Town. Explore breweries and pubs. Bangalore is the pub city of India. Check Iron Hill at Marathahalli. Few more at Sarjapura Road, HSR layout, Koramangala, MG Road, Hennur, etc.

Like your smiles! You guys look *genuinely* enjoying food exploration and not trying to be modest out of sheer courtesy. Let us know how the prices compare with Germany.
The Indian Donut is called "Vada", which is a South India special usually eaten with idli. Also, the Badam Milk you had with it is Almond milk (Almond is called Badam in india). I'm loving your videos! Hope you have a great time.
Whoever guided you to these three places did a good job. Has to be an authentic Bangalorean😂. Of the three, I ike the special lunch exoeri2nce at Sri Krishna Bhavan...but can do that perhaps once a year. Cant eat so much often. And then too i would have to skip dinner. There the sweet " honey bread" you ate is called "holige" a typical karnataka special swewt. Kind of sweet stuffed paratha. The stuffing comes in many forms but i think you had a lentil and jaggery paste stuffing. Jaggery is semi refined sugar, more like molasses. So despite being sweet it is also quite healthy. In moderation of course. The "crab chip" that Noah spoke about is another local snack called " happala". In fact everything you ate including raw banana "bajji" is completely authentic Karnataka dish. The Menu of what you ate for lunch is usually our main festival menu. For breakfast there are many many options, mostly "darshinis" or our version of fast food joints. Tastier and even cheaper than Rameswaram I must say, though Rameswaram is good and quite popular. South infain cuisine is distinct from Nirth indian in that they are much lighter and fewer spices are used to prewerve the original taste of the main vegetable used in each dish. We also tend to use quite a bit of coconut in out dishes. It was nice to see that you tried to learn about the dishes and enjoy them for what they are. Baangalire does have some.amazing beer joints and micro breweries which you must try, to get a more complete picture of the city. Without meaning to sound offensive, i must agree with your comparison between south indian food and German food. I struggled for light food and bit more i teresting variety in taste both in Switzerland and Germany and was rather glad to come back home to our idli vada and dosa😂. Perhaps my guide wasn't as good as your Bangalore contact. Wishing good travel onward. Cheers.
Thanks!

Explanation - Indian Meal on leaf
Banana leaves have a wax coating, which melts after contact with hot food & enhances the taste of the food. It also releases antioxidants hence it works like green tea.
Explanation - Eating with hand
Eating with hand engages all the 5 senses of body, promotes positive gut microbiomes & gives an idea of temperature of the food.
Wow thanks for sharing that very interesting!🙏🏼🇮🇳
@@zingwibrothers Thank you brothers 😄

Wow really ?
@@zingwibrothers Think so. Either way you should definitely visit cause it's beautiful
@@zingwibrothers its not the biggest one in asia. 😅
You both have indain typicall nature. We don't feel like German. Very open funny natural way presentation. Both of them always in smile we are in a laughing mood😅😅
Cleaning custom: before food is served, sprinkle water on the banana leaf and use your (right) hand to gently wipe it away.
Like your smiles! You guys look *genuinely* enjoying food exploration and not trying to be modest out of sheer courtesy.
Let us know how the prices compare with Germany.
man, its been 2 years since i visited Bangalore, my mouth is watering seeing the dosa.... awesome
The Indian Donut is called "Vada", which is a South India special usually eaten with idli. Also, the Badam Milk you had with it is Almond milk (Almond is called Badam in india). I'm loving your videos! Hope you have a great time.
Try Bengalore Hoskote dam motton biriyani❤
Badam means almond milk shake bro.iam from Bangalore side Navi Mumbai
Thanks 😊.I once lived there. There was one more-Krishna sagar outlet there
Whoever guided you to these three places did a good job.
Cheers.
Yea, Now you guy's understand left hand use for - ...... , 🤣🤣
Hahahahha you’re right sir 😂
