There is reservation seats for Women's ,old age people, mother and children , blind people , person with disabilities ,other seats are common seats every one can sit.if there is no people in reservation seats you can sit there ,but when they came you must vacate the seats for them, usually reservation seats are located near the doors and front side of bus,also there will be a notice inside the bus says don't put your hands and head outside the window ,no smoking
Visit Alappuzha 🌴🌾 guys the greenery and backwater and houseboats . The food especially fish curry 🐟 like karimeen fish this fish curry was very famous and tasty 😊❤

U got into wrong bus.. Munnar buses are inter district buses which has no standing, rather all seating.. Check color of buses for all Kerala as per law 1. GREEN BUS- City buses 2. Blue Bus - Suburb Bus ( connecting to city to small towns and villages around it) 3. Pink Bus - Inter district buses upto max distance of 100 Km These above are for private buses Govt bus - color code 1. White- blue strip - Local and suburb 2. Red - no frills all stop inter district bus 3. Green - limited stop inter district bus 4. Orange - AC bus 5. White -Red with logo of Thunder- Lightening express bus 6. White with Tricolor design- Premium bus with stops only at main towns

India has 7 big cats, you can capture Snow leopard, Leopard, white Tiger, Royal Bengal Tiger and Asiatic Lion ( endemic to India only in whole world in Gujarat.) Btw Gujarat is the richest state of India and its extremely beautiful too. India also has Black Panther which you can trace in jungle safari in Madhya Pradesh state. Kerala has Elephants but maximum of them in Karnataka state. Easily accessible elephants in Rajasthan and Assam

Kerala also has many elephants and tigers. But spoting them, especially tigers, is very rare. Because the forests here in Kerala are too dense to see the wild animals. And most of the forests in Kerala are not open to the general public. In the case of forests where tourists are allowed to enter, the number of people who can visit in a day is limited. If you want to visit some forests, you have to book months in advance. NB : in "Periyavr Tiger reserve" in Kerala it's easy to spot wild elephants.

Instead of asking " where can we find a bus to munnar?. ". Ask "munnar bus??. ".. .etc etc . Hope you'll have a good outing there ..
You were standing in front of a metro station. You could have taken metro to Vytilla bus hub instead of taking bus. Also it is easier to reach Munnar from Aluva situated at the opposite end of metro line. Not Brown colour, its called Khaki. It is because it is easier to hide dirt. If you work a job were you could get dirty most probably your uniform will be either Khaki or navy blue. It could be cops, postal workers, transportation workers, sanitation workers they all wear either blue or Khaki
In Keala buses, there are no seats specifically designated for men. However, a few seats are reserved exclusively for women, and men are not permitted to sit on those seats. Women, on the other hand, are free to choose any seat they prefer. Men are not allowed to occupy seats that are specifically designated for women.
Quite an adventure you guys are having and pretty fun to watch as well. Local buses have a few seats reserved for women as it's difficult for them to get a seat in rush hours. Same thing with metro systems, a coach is reserved for women. Luxury buses and air conditioned sleeper buses to Munnar usually operate at night but it's not as fun as the rickety old local buses 😅 Munnar lies in the western ghat mountain ranges that run along the entire western peninsula of India with many such hill stations. Tigers are found in multiple states in India the best sanctuaries are Kanha tiger reserve, Bandhavgarh tiger reserve, Ranthambore sanctuary and there is 1 in Kerela and Tamil Nadu as well near you.
I did the same journey , the other way round, earlier this year. The bus was empty when we boarded it in Munnar. So we got the front seat ,behind the driver. What a journey. What a beautiful part of the country.
My brothers from Germany, India is huge 140 crore populated country and every state have a cheap public transport system. The local bus service try to capture more customers for their profit. The tuktuk drivers wear same uniform because it shows that they're the members of the Union of tuktuk drivers whereas the bus drivers' uniform means they're the employee of the government
No... Taxi drivers(Bus, car, tuk tuk and van etc...) and ticket checkers in private buses are required by law in Kerala to wear that color (khaki) shirt. If someone doesn't follow that rule, the MVD can fine them.
Munnar municipality authority must provide accurate info on transportation within the town. They need to facilitate tourists with accurate information. They must provide a ticket package to tourists like any other tourist spots in European countries

When I went to Munnar from Kochi I got a direct 2-hour bus for 120 rupees
We also looked out for that but we didn’t manage to find it 😅

You could have gotten direct bus to munnar from Ernakulam KSRTC Bus station. Green and Blue buses are city buses
