      @BruceCarbonLakeriver 9 месяцев назад +1

      @@Koppakuoriainen "Yes but with a speed limiter fitted you shuld not be able to even if it was legal to drive 100km/h." that's your personal opinion. As a truck and heavy vehicle driver myself, I can tell you 100km/h isn't the issue.
      "And if it's legal to drive 100km/h in that country why have the wrong limited speed sticker then?" Most likely it is based on the vehicles history. It is for sure exported and imported at least once. Nobody would care about that type of sticker after international trades. Usually local laws are overruling them anyways. E.g. in Austria, where trucks are allowed 80 km/h on the highway (Autobahn) it wouldn't do sht if the truck has a technical v-max of 100. You're not allowed to drive it anyways. I guess it is the same with this sticker on the Volvo bus. Another indication for its 80km/h designed vmax would be the revs. At 100km/h it is clearly above the green area of the rev gauge. Usually trucks/busses vmax is within the green area. So it depends on the gearbox and which one got chosen for this specific vehicle. Perhaps it got imported from a country where busses are only allowed 80km/h ^^

    • @Koppakuoriainen
      @Koppakuoriainen 9 месяцев назад +1

      @@BruceCarbonLakeriver Im not sure what you are trying to convince me to?
      Limited speed = There is a limit to the speed.
      In this case 80km/h.
      I just thought it was funny how BS the sticker was compared to the real speed because in my country you MUST get the tachograph checked EVERY 24months. And if you manipulate it, that can cost between 10000-50000£ in fines depending on how much you cheated.

    It is obviois, this driver wad never punched in the face.
    20 years ago, I was commuting daily to work in the navy's bus, for around 30 km. The bus driver "style" was less "flamboyant" than this one, but had his "moments", too. Among commuters there was an "well built" notorius old lt. with disciplinary issues in the past. One day, the driver was behaving like this dude. The lt whose seat was in front kindly asked him to slow down few times. The crusty driver, had the guts to respond into a insulting manner, telling lt. to STFU, as he's the "CO" of the bus.
    The lt. told the driver to stop, because he's sick. Afraid that the lt. would puke in the bus, the driver stopped. The moment the bus stoped, the lt. grabbed the driver, lifted him from the seat, pinned him against the windscreen and roof and yelled extremely loud that there are two choices for the driver: to drive safely to destination, or to suffer an "induced coma". He also mention that the second choice would not impede to the comute, as he's also qualified to drive a bus.
    The driver went to mute mode, and after a captain who was the highest rank in the bus, kindly asked lt. to come down, everything came back to normal and we reached the destination quietly and safely.

    I’ve heard something about the bus drivers in India the drivers are paid for how fast they can get from A to B and are encouraged to take risks on the road.

      Never like that . The driving style might look crazy but trust me , atleast 100k - 1M buses like these operate daily (minimum) they all run on timing for ex: the longest i have been was roughly 800kms in 12-13hrs including break time . In case you were late might start faster but arrival time will be similar time (on what mentioned in the ticket)

    After see all video i didn't find any lack or guilty of driving skills. We are showing only 100 Km/h on expressway. Mostly person driving there vehicle above 100km/h on expressway. You can see any Expressway at your nearby location. The person shooting the video only showing there speed on expressway not showing his slow speed in rush area. Even he is driving at 100km/h at expressway, i didn't show any move of vehicles is wrong or guilty by driver. If he rush driving maybe anyone complaint about this driver or complaint files by bus number. But no one do this. So it's skills of driver. I salute to driver. You can see at 9.54 If he is rush driving many vehicles pass there bus at stops, they definitely complaint for rush driving or people on expressway they complaint for rush driving. If he do.
    Final comment: salute to driving skills for driver.

    It was so pure good luck, they made at destiny. In my country the buses are just allowed to run at 90 km/h and no more. I will be very scared if i have to travel with that line in such trafic conditions. Is a very dangerous situation to drive a big vehicle like that with a few people on board that they may die.
