Based on the structure and load bearing capacity it has a certain focused customer group and not just commute. Its a utility scooter and a work horse for people who carry loads on a scooter in their daily business day. Comparing it with other scooters doesn't make sense.

I think you are not thinking straight here , the reason why they are limited to Bangalore is because they are still working on expanding their reach and will take time .This is their first product and they will have to establish show rooms , service centres and charging networks which takes time.Simply because they are based out of Bangalore they will start from there ,logistically makes sense.
