That's an old production filter. Looks like made March 2014, Wix parent Affinia (on can) sold out to Mann&Hummel in 2016. Spacer used because dome bypass on this low tier Wix made filter. Spacer same size as Wix base end bypass piece, that was used in most Wix upper tier filters. Current production CQ red and blue very unlikely to look like topic filter. Might even have a new manufacturer now.
@@brandonhatfield2547 As my OP was 11 months ago, CQ manufacturer at the time, not as clear. Now it's common knowledge that Premium Guard currently makes CQ Blue and Red. All AAP choice.

Carquest red is standard for 5,000 miles use and blue is premium for 10,000 miles.

Premium guard makes the carquest filters now. Wix faulted pretty bad through COVID and lost a lot of business.
