Reflecting is so so important! Failing to plan is planning to fail!

I love the idea about getting yourself into a good headspace before you reflect and set goals. I can totally see the times I’ve made goals that have come from a place of not being very kind to myself! Definitely going to do this on the weekend! X

Another fab vlog. Can’t wait to see your channel grow. Jan & Feb can be tough here in Australia too. I live in Brisbane with it’s sub tropical climate which is hotter and more humid then our southern states. So you kind of have to organise your outdoor exercises at 5am otherwise by 7am its just too hot. Also makeup just slides off your face in the humidity and wearing your hair down is impossible with the frizz factor. However I shouldn’t complain the other 10 mths the weather is perfection. Cold and dark winters would be tough.

Thank you! ❤️ oh I can totally imagine! Extremes of either hot/cold are tough. I’ve never been to Australia but would LOVE to visit one day xx

Hi Ellen I have just recently found your channel. Thank you for your positivity it's exactly what I need. Like your self I had a really low mood through Jan into Feb. Last week or so I've started to feel better and more motivated. Why is it we give to everyone else but forget about our own self care.
Can I ask also where you got your outfit from in the clip at the start it's such a cute tank top. I love it x

Thank you for such an inspiring video
Honestly i have the same struggle when in come to running and i decided to challenge myself to run a 10k by June. Absolutely hate that i did that but hopefully warmer weather will help me feel more motivated.
Also i really liked how realistic your goals were and also this “don’t be too harsh on yourself what matters is that you’re slowly getting there” approach towards achieving them. Once again you’re such an inspiration, Ellen, thank you!

thank you so much ♥ and wow 10k that's amazing!! 100% it'll get easier as the weather gets nicer - i'm so impressed you're working towards that even in the cold and rain this time of year. You got this!!!
