Me too, i love these videos. Especially when you reiterate or depict that it is totally okay to have variations and to need to ‘start a new life’ again etc. I love feeling like this is okay.
I love new beginnings too and it’s easy to treat them as something that needs to succeed and be too rigid, and then to feel like you are afraid of trying because you keep failing.
I just like the idea of it being more important to try for something or many things than to not try because you feel too afraid you won’t succeed.
I also appreciate when you both talk and show like a vlog yourself implementing the things you talk about.
Especially to feel supported when it comes to not just reading or watching about helpful things but sitting down and doing exercises that will make you take in what you learn.
I feel I’m struggling with this because I am still maybe worried about not being able to regulate my own emotions.
I feel like my subconscious is set on protecting me and I am trying to find ways to be able to gently show it is safe to try for things.
Lastly, I like feeling inspired and to see in real-time your results, but it can also have the effect of making me feel insecure and like it’s unattainable, especially because at the moment I am in several areas of not most like almost where you began.
I think starting making shorts will significantly help you reach 500k 👏 do a couple of them your way/style… then hire someone to turn bits and pieces from your videos into shorts, following your style 💕

Ohh I love resets! Such an important thing to stop and think about where we're going, but iwe rarely do so unless we plan abd dedicate specific time for it to happen... Is this why you are in an Airbnb for this video? 😊

Hi Nika, God I love resets too. I might watch them all month round and never get bored :)
But I find it difficult to fit in both weekly and monthly reset (which happens during the last week of the month). Do you have any tips for that? Do you strictly follow the same reset routine for every week no matter what, or have some alterations due to the coinciding monthly review?
I personally also focus on different topics on different weeks (e.g. I have one week allocated to financial questions, the next week for beauty procedures, one for social activities, and one for deep cleaning).
