Man look at you! When I started watching you you had maybe 3000 subscribers, I am so impressed with your work ethic and your devotion to your community. Keep rocking it Jesse!
Nice to meet you!
Commenting for engagement, not much to say except I hope this kind of content does well for this guy.
I love that you are doing this video! I'm excited to know more about YOU!
Been following you on IG for a while now didnt realise you had a youtube channel, i have adhd and i sat through this whole thing it was so interesting i can see your channel growing even further tbh keep it up dude!
I think it’s awesome that you are open to sharing everything, and it’s good to hear what you like to do because you aren’t defined by prison. I know that so many people are judgmental when they discover you have numbers behind your name. People think they are entitled to judge when they have no idea who you are or what you stand for. I’m a horrible cook, but I love baking. Pretty sure I contributed to my ex gaining a ton of weight lol. I don’t really do it a lot now because it’s just me and my son, and he isn’t happy when mama makes anything not on his strict food list (he has autism). It’s really great that after everything you’ve been through you are now getting to live your best life and use your story to help others. I remembered when my ex was locked up there were a few times where the phone just cut out and I didn’t hear from him for days. Since we had divorced the last time I couldn’t even find out information. There aren’t enough resources in or out of prison. The try to take away your humanity and then wonder why so many people end reoffending. I admire what you’re doing.
I remember seeing one of your 1st videos on TikTok, and watching you now, you’ve come a long way. ☺️ I totally feel your pain with your motorcycle accident. I broke my ankle, so not fun, but I also knew that I didn’t want fear or anxiety to keep me from doing what I enjoy, so I still ride, just not on the freeway. Gotta keep moving forward. Thanks for sharing. 🤗
Great to learn more about you, Jesse! You’re a truly inspiring guy.
Since you are learning about things you like and don't like after leaving incarceration, and you don't want to just talk about prison and prison experiences, maybe you could consider doing semi-regular "shit I learned about myself this week" type videos.
I think many people in many walks of life are on their own journeys of self-discovery and that would still be very appealing to a wide audience.
It could be food, thoughts, topics, ideas, clothing, outings in different environments, music, cultural realizations, and on and on. I'm really glad you made this video! I hope you do more non-prison content in the future! I'd love to also hear more about your college education, what helped you decide on that field, what excites you about the field today?
Was there something different you wish you could have studied that wasn't an available choice? Did you begin in a different field of study and change your major at any point? If so, what prompted the change? If not, why do you think that's true? (You'd be in the extreme minority as 80% of students change their major at least once)
Awesome idea! 👍🏼
So excited for you to come to NC!!!
I'd do a caravan with you if you want to go on a "van life" style trip! I did 6 months full-time in the mountains in the Pacific NW in 2020. It's not nearly as involved or expensive as most influencers make it look.
If you want to see a wider array of more common/realistic setups in all financial levels, check out Butterfly Tracks and Cheap RV Living. Both these channels do a lot of tours of vehicles that people are living in. It's really amazing!
It doesn't have to be all or nothing. Many people rent a vehicle, do a "no-build" set-up and go on road trips to nomad gatherings or to visit cool places. Then you can go back to your normal routine.
I love that idea
Im glad youre doing great. Thanks for your video about your life.
Hi Jesse, so nice to get to meet you on a more personal level.
You should get yourself a Harley. They're better for cruising. You don't necessarily feel the need to go fast on them. I've never driven one, but I've been on the back of Harleys and fast bikes and I was terrified on the fast ones but I absolutely love riding on a Harley. 😊
🔥🤟💪🇺🇸
Get rid of that bike please❣️
