In prison, he knew nobody would believe him, so he just 'steered into the skid' and did whatever was necessary to survive. Very good series for the first few seasons, before it just got silly.
Yes but his whole character would have never been a real thing in prison because he was PDF and would have been in PC or killed by his own gang. Having that type of paperwork is a death sentence.
This show actually came out way before legends the first season came out in 2004 and the foutth 2009 then after one of the main characters "died in the show" it was over till 2017 when they came out with a 5th season and showed that he didn't actually die. Which is crazy because me and my uncle always believed they were gonna make another season and show he didn't actually die because in the end of the fourth season they never actually showed his body and when the 5th season came out 8 years later in 2017 we were so hyped it was my uncle's and I favorite show I have watched every episode and every season at least 7 times 😂😂R.I.P. No way. I cant believe they used the Joliet prison in this show. My uncle lives like 10 mins away from there and the history behind it is awesome. Very good choice for a set!

You'd be surprised. Prisons have Special needs yards (SNY) now & put rats, sex offenders, dropouts & anyone else they deem "unsafe" to be in a general population unit. There's tons of gangs now that have formed on those yards/units. In a general population yard though, you're right! Nobody like that would be IN a gang, let alone run one.
I like how the guard in the emergency room is i think the only unnamed one, and he has the most bad luck 😂 first he gets beaten up during the riot and coerced into telling Pope there were no problems in his section, then to get knocked out, and during the escape T-Bag knocks him out 😂
