  • "Nazi Dad" is fresh out of the Somerset County Jail after serving a four and a half month term. Late last year, he was wanted by police after being charged with assault, resisting, and evading law enforcement. Campbell says he didn't go far.
"Yep," he says, sitting at the Flemington Borough Park. "They could've reached out and touched me. And they didn't."
Campbell became known as "Nazi Dad" because he has fathered nine children by five women. He doesn't have custody of any of them, in part because he gave them names like Eva Braun Campbell and Adolf Hitler Campbell. I met up with Campbell in FlemingtonNJ, where he told me now that he's out, he's essentially homeless.
"I'm sleeping in a motel tonight. Just for tonight," he said, arms covered with tattoos of swastikas and Nazi slogans. "And if there's no heat wave for tomorrow, then I'll be sleeping in a park or in my car somewhere."
