The special version of the remake's Iron Maiden is the most absolutely insane.
Only Capcom can catch lightning in a bottle...not once, but TWICE!! I absolutely adore the main game and the separate ways dlc.
U3 making it part of a cohesive lore is a genius move by Capcom not just a throw away monster.
Actually it always made part of a cohesive lore, you just never stopped to read the letters.
@@cayden2744i think the "throw away monster" in this case was the black verdugo original. That fusion between him and salazar was no sense and a waste of character
@@cayden2744 the letters were explaining a shit load and i was confused on which one he was talking about until seperate ways came out. then when i pieced them together it made a really good bit of lore of a man trying to become greater after being brainwashed by the cult heavily

I don't see how it was a waste, it just fitted the character.
Verdugo = Executioner, he is sent to kill you.
The other guy is very likely called "Hound", because he is always with Salazar and stays until the end with him. On the lore, these 2 guys seem to be very linked with Salazar, maybe even part of his family, so the fusion makes a lot of sense and accomplishes the purpose of that character.
@@cayden2744A fusão podia ter acontecido no remake. Lembra do verdugo que Leon enfrenta? Era só fazer aquele verdugo sobreviver a luta dele contra o Leon,Then he would return at the end of the castle to save Salazar when he was attacked by Leon. Then they both merged with the plaga queen.

Absolutely love the designs of the characters. They still look on-model, but are significantly improved. I also like how most of the characters are in their same iconic poses from the original.
They really made an absolutely masterpiece game!! Hope they do the same in future remakes and in perticular Re5 Remake that i love so much too.
Really hope they make a masterpiece out of RE5 to, but i hope the game isn't coop. I think coop would throw out the horror completely. Would be amazing to see a more serious tone single player RE5 with Chris going lone wolf most of the time taking on this Albert Wesker. That would be so great.

@@meangravy9286- i know a lot of players liked the co op, but i personally would cut it to add more of a fear factor to the game. Co op in RE doesn't mix imo.
@@tigga2300I agree, they really should put horror as the Re5 remake base core but not entirely, they can bring some of those fun action co op battles like first village fight or those off_road over machine gun fights...but I think most of the chapters must be completed as a solo Chris and we can meet and team up with Sheva several times during the game....sth like Re2 remake that we had two complete separate campaigns as Leon and Claire...here we can play as Chris and after clearing the game a new campaign will be unlocked to play as Sheva. And also, lets not forget about a super promising DLC to play as Jill☺️😱🥰

i miss ada's long choker thing, i remember being a kid watching my parents and older siblings play re4 and that flowy thing that falls from the back of her neck always stood out to me, to me it was just as recognizable as her red dress

All 3 studios who worked on 3make had a hand with the main game of re4remake albeit in a support role.
I mean re 3 remake wasn't that bad at all, but compared to re 2 remake it was so short for me, cuz they deleted content from original re 3

Leon Remake outfit if by far favourite RE outfit but I do miss the old Holster Design can’t believe how they surpassed the og but they did

@@cayden2744 they certainly did in terms of Gameplay, Design and characters Mainly Leon, Ashley, Luis and Krauser except Ada the VA kinda almost killed her character but did a better job in separate ways overall the game is better than the original and that’s a fact it’s by the most truthful to the og and whole new life in the game at the same time.

We all know the Dog is the best part of the Remake.
One thing Capcom does not fuck around with is their character models, goddamn. The fact that RE4 models still hold up nearly 20 years later AND that the new ones look so goddamn good is a testament to this.
The new ones looks terrible mostly tbh.
Like pre made assets from unity or something like that.
The Garrador and the Verdugo look great though.

Man Capcom is legendary.
This is a remake made with love and that lives up to the original, if not surpasses it. Both the story and Separate Ways DLC are outstanding. And of course that RE Engine is beautiful. I especially liked Albert Wesker's portions of the dlc, great voice actor to voice him. Wish every RE game was made with this kind of love.

All of them is so much better in the remake version, the design of all the enemies was fckn fantastic except for JJ, he's got downgraded. Capcom deserved all the praises with this remake, the best game in 2023 in my opinion that's for sure.

Não sei pq chamam 2, 3, 4 de remake, eles não são remake, são reimaginação, esse é o termo técnico correto pra esses três jogos. Devido as mudanças drásticas de cenários, conceitos de monstros e principalmente a mudança em aspectos de simbólicos da história. Tá legal, mas não são remakes. A Capcom usou esse termo " remake" pra controlar dano eu acho, apesar de ela ter citado várias vezes que era reimaginação, o que realmente é.

@@user-wj4pl2kz4y no juego en consola así que ni idea, asumo que en PS4 debe apenas mantener los 30fps. Yo juego en PC y mi GTX1650 corre RE4R ridículamente estable y sin stutter, algo curioso considerando que aún usa el lastre de Denuvo.
@@user-wj4pl2kz4ypues re4 está bien optimizado en todas las plataformas. Podría ser el juego mejor optimizado del año perfectamente. Yo lo juego en ps5 y en rendimiento va a 60 estables. Y en modo calidad, es de los pocos que no va a 30. Diría que va entre 50 y 60, muy fluido. No tiene sentido lo que dices.

It's the contrary for me, the OG always scared me. The remake one is hilarious with that lumpy body and jiggly physique.
It's not goofy ah, it has human characteristics in contrary to the new one that looks like an Alien. It has a certain "charisma" on it's face, just like humans.

HD Project is not official. It is perfect but it was not made by Capcom, he is right by using models from the original port version.
